Take your business else where!!! Bought this and he is a liar. Over heated same day!!! Had to put a radiator and thermostat in it. So definitely was a known issue! I'll never buy another car from them!!!! Save your money and go to Tulsa!

Don't buy from here!!! My daughter bought a car here and it broke down on her the same day. Now she is discovering the motor is bad! Take your business to Tulsa!! He blocked her and her friend on Facebook just because they were telling the truth!!! That shows their integrity!!

Thank you Galaxy Motors! They found me a car in my budget, actually they dropped the price to meet my budget! The car is clean , runs great, am happier with the deal than I expected to be. The salesman, Warren, was up front,honest, and forthcoming with the vehicles history and the sales. I'll def recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good car at a fair price .

We needed to sell my Husband's Aunts vehicle. They made us a good offer and were quick to get a Transport guy to come to our State and pick up the vehicle. It was an easy process and reliable service experience for us. Would highly recommend this family run business.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here but my personal experience was decent. I bought a 97 Acura with front end damage and a broken odometer with an unknown amount of miles for nine hundred bucks and I knew it was gonna be a short lived vehicle when i bought it. It ran decent and I fixed a few things to keep it going for about 2 years. I knew I was getting a car that might break down and was just needing something to keep me going to work. I m happy it lasted this long!. Had no issues with the title it came in the mail in a timely manner and the couple that owned the place were nice. I d say just really look over your car when you test drive and know that the price reflects the longevity of the car

In response to Matt Nisly review.When you complained about the vehicle not running well we asked you to take it to a shop and we would pay for the needed repairs.The vehicle has a clean Oklahoma title and we have all the auction documents and Carfax backing it up.The auction site has a bad habit of copying and pasting descriptions as they sell 200 to 300 vehicles everyday.You pulled up an incorrect description however you were already upset with the purchase, there was no need in showing you our documentation. It would not have mattered at this point. We returned your money and picked up the vehicle at no expense to you.My husband has stage 5 kidney disease and he didn t need anymore added stress therefore we returned your money. I m very sorry you had a bad experience certainly not what we intended. We re a family business trying to do our best.Kind Regards,Galaxy Motors

Friend just bought a car from here was told that it only had a radiator leak. Broke down on the way home. As the radiator exploded, now found that the oil has water in it. When she talked to the dealer he laughed at her.

They are so sweet to me and they are the best I think. And they would do anything for anyone. They are so sweet I think they are so nice and sweet to me and I think . I give them 5 stars rating I think they are the best people so . That just me saying .they are so sweet to me and me and my boyfriend bought a Buick Century from them and run and drive it just had a few problems but that didn't cost that much to fix it and now it's nice and pretty as ever it can be like brand new and I think we had a good deal of buying the car off it and fixing it up I know the car is old looking at first but it looks really great now thank u guys u guys are so sweet to me

They were nice and polite when selling the truck to us. But when it came to problems with the title, we had all kinds of hell getting them to send me the right info to fix it. Very smart mouthed. Won't wast my time on them agfoM

SHADY DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 with only 17k miles on it from these people on a overcast rainy day. Didn't check it out thoroughly enough but it drove fine for the test drive. 50 miles down the road the electronics went haywire and could only drive 60 mph. Called and asked if I could return the truck, no way he said. Limped the truck home and once I got home the truck wouldn't start at all. Looked under the truck to discover it was completely rusted out EVERYWHERE! It looked like the truck had 400,000 miles on it, and the dealer went to great lengths to spray undercoating everywhere underneath to cover up the rust. Dealer still refused to take truck back.After further investigating, the truck was sold on a government auction site describing the vehicle as : salvage not intended for highway use, engine inoperable, transmission inoperable, SEVERE RUST, EQUIPMENT EXTREMELY CORRODED THIS TRUCK HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN SUBMERGED IN SALTWATER FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME! SALVAGE CONDITION.When confronted about where they purchased it from they lied and said they had no knowledge of what I was talking about. I informed that the attorney generals office would be investigating the issue and they suddenly changed their tune, offered to give me a full refund, and sent a tow truck to get the truck as it was completely INOPERABLE.These guys dont care about their customers, they went to great lengths to take a vehicle that has severe rust and sat in saltwater and mask the damage and try to put an unsafe truck back on the road! Greedy, dishonest people. This is obviously a pattern as I am not the only person who bought a vehicle and had issues immediately. Google the vin before you buy and see where it came from. Better yet dont deal with these people!The only silver lining is I did get my money back, but only after they were completely exposed and told they would be hearing from the attorney general.

Most of the vehicles we seen had body damage and was pretty ruff except one but not sure what's wrong with it besides light dents on the rear by the tail lights. Well have to see how much they are asking for it...

Always been upstanding people to work with. They will not try to sell you a car without telling you what its issues are unlike alot of dealerships that try to railroad you through as quick as possible just to get more money. Wonderful business, would recommend checking them out!

Shop here for a GREAT vehicle that would be thousands $$$$ of dollars more at any other car lot in the area!!! Believe me, I shopped around and came back to Galaxy Motors! Drove off in a nice SUV! The owner has years of experience and TONS of connections to be able to sell vehicles for SO MUCH LESS!!!

Galaxy Motors IS my car dealership! Not my preferred one. My only one! Have had multiple transactions with them. Have both bought from them and sold to them so helpful it s crazy. And imagine this. A car dealership you can trust! 100% recommend!

I purchased a vehicle for a very reasonable price. The SUV was cheaper than I had found anywhere else. I ve not had problems with this vehicle other than change the oil and put new tires on it. I will say when something is listed don t wait around because they are priced to sell. I missed one vehicle because I waited to long but I didn t let my SUV get away this time. Thank you Galaxy Motors!!!!

I bought a car from there and it lasted 5 years and being that I only paid $1500 I say that's pretty dang good! The owners were polite and very helpful so I give them 5 stars!

We bought our Escalade from this business. At first, we were so excited, diamond white exterior, black interior, DVD in the back for the kids. Had my sister in law look it over as she lives in Bartlesville. Over mothers day weekend we had chatted back and fourth, sounded like a perfect vehicle. Monday finally comes, so we drive an hour to get there. The vehicle was beautiful. Had a couple dings but it was worth it.Took it for a test drive, drove great. Parked it and we are checking features. Went inside and asked the son of the business for a DVD so I could check if the player works, he looks around, says he doesn't have one, but assures me it works because it was his parents vehicle first, before he started driving it and it worked for their young child. I tell him I believe him, went back out to continue to check the vehicle out.I get back to the vehicle and notice there are 8 fresh oil drops under the oil pan. I go back in and they say it has never leaked oil before. They pulled $500 off the price due to a "new" oil leak.We go ahead and purchase the vehicle, take my parents out for dinner, and in just awe that we now own an Escalade.Next day, I bought some movies for my kids and check the DVD. It does not work. Tried a music CD. Just keeps saying disk error. Went to best buy and bought a cleaner. Still doesn't work. Talked to the mom and dad, owners of the dealership. They continue to say it worked. I told them that their son assured me it worked and it clearly does not. I tried to get them to offer a solution, and they did not even try.Bottom line, they seem to be a very stand up small business, but in reality, they will tell you what you want to hear, feed you lies, take your money, and not care about you after the sale.I will never do business with this company again. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

My husband bought a 2000 corvette and was given a test drive in the neighborhood. So he purchased the car with cash after he was promised it ran perfect. When he got to the highway he realized it didn t shift into high gear, he immediately called 12 miles away and was told it s your problem now and hung up on. No professionalism or integrity at this establishment.

Purchased a PT cruiser from this guy when I was living in Kiefer. By the time I got back to Kiefer from Bartlesville, it had burned a quart of oil. When I called him to address the issue, all he had to say was that it was an as is sale. Pretty dirty for someone who claims to be a Christian.

I bought a '97 Chevy Lumina from Galaxy Motors, it had 110k miles on it. I had no problem getting the radiator and turn signal switch replaced and putting new tires on it. But now, just after a month of having it, the engine is blown even after all the money I dumped into fixing it! They act like they're honest people doing honest work, but NOPE! This couple is here to ruin the hard work of this mother of two! Do NOT go here!! I cannot stress it enough!!!

Made a deal on marketplace. Drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. They tell me that the car is already sold to somebody else. Couldn't even tell me in person. Had to have their son to the dirty work for them while hiding in the office. I would give no stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.
