Just picked up a truck that was impounded by my sister in law. They said on the phone they close at 4:30. When getting there at 5. Read the door it says they close at 5. They could be a little friendlier and a little bit of understanding. I came from Texas to pick up this truck. And couldn't find it in their hearts to stay open til 5, said if they had to come back would be an extra charge. Just some suggestions.

These guys were FANTASTIC!!! When our tire blew, we tried waiting for AAA to figure things out, but after sitting next to a busy highway in the dark for several hours, we canceled AAA and took a chance on the best-reviewed nearby wrecker service Google could find. Mullins Wrecker Service arrived 30 minutes later, and they were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable about the area and our options for getting our tire replaced the next morning. The driver dropped off our car and then drove us over to our nearby hotel so we wouldn't have to cross the highway on foot in the dark.

Thieves. Lied to us and told us our car had been stolen from their lot when we tried to come pick it up even though we called to verify the day before how much we owed and everything was fine then. They refuse to show camera footage and cannot produce a police report. Police were uncooperative as well and could not produce a report either. Lies after lies from them and they just get away with it.

Amazing experience, I would like to Thank John for helping me tow my car since it broke down on my way to Tulsa OK coming From Dallas, Texas. He was quick and very professional when towing my vehicle to a mechanic shop! If Anyone needs a Towing company I would RECOMMEND them any day. Greedy and unprofessional. They unlawfully transported my camper without my permission and left the slide outs extended caused damages to those and the plumbing has denied me access to my personal belongings to the point I had to ask for law enforcements assistance . Tried to extort me for even more money They have been reported to the OCC and Dept of transportation. Sad how people act now days. They showed their character on this one and will never see a dime from me.

Pro business, helped me get through to a mechanic that I couldn't contact because I lived 2 and a half hours north of Atoka. They delivered my car to my house for a reasonable price, great guys, positive experience, if you break down in their area they are your best bet, they not only take care of your car they make sure your in a good place and safe.

Mullins Wrecker was so fast at picking me up and getting me where I needed to be I really appreciated it! Broke down on the side of the road is a tough spot but Mullins responded quickly. And it didn't hurt the wallet too bad. We were driving from St. Louis to Dallas when our tire seized up. Highway patrol was not able to help due to a shooting but these guys took great care of us and made sure we were able to find a place to stay for the night. When the guy saw my husband and my dad at the part store he made sure we were still ok.

Broke down at midnight on a Sunday, and these guys showed up in 20 minutes to tow my truck to the dealership and drop me off at the hotel. Great service, thanks for your help!
