Randy is by far the best in town. Unfortunately I have had my car in his shop three times in the five years. It has a four layer paint scheme on it. He matches it perfectly every time. I would not go anywhere else for body work or paint.

Do not go to this body shop, they held our vehicle for over 2 months before they even began repairs and I learned they had not even ordered the parts or contacted insurances until I started pestering them. You will not be their top priority, and the customer service is severely lacking. And after the service was complete they had not even painted over all the damage.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent and highly competent services. I ve called on SW Collision several (10 or more) times for auto body repair. They always furnish a detailed estimate of work to be done & stick to it. Wouldn't know what to do without Randy and gang. Kept my ole car running and looking half way decent...poor thing...not Randy, the car! I finally let go of the ole girl and gave him a break, now I bring him a new girl. And he takes care of her. He sure is good at gettin those dents out. Wouldn't trust no one else.

This place has had my sister s vehicle for months and is now asking for use to furnish an oil lock key and other tools before they begin on her repair. Like isn t this an auto repair place? Why should we have to purchase tools you should already have on hand, and why didn t we know about this weeks ago when they supposedly began working on the vehicle? Crazy if you ask me

The management is nice and they are prompt but their attention to detail in the shop needs some work. I'm a bit unhappy with the results but I'm aware good employees are rare in this area.
