They put a headlight bulb in for me used too most all parts stores did that but I don't know of anyplace else that do it.. very thankful..

My throttle body module went out right before I was headed back to Texas. I found an O'Reilly's auto parts store. I talked with Randy. He actually diagnosed the problem. Not only that, once the part was purchased he offered to help me install it. Not gunna lie, he did most of the work. He even Got tools I didn't have to replace the throttle body. I was out of there in no time.Thanks Randy, I'm in Texas now, no issues. Great installation and person. Much appreciated...

Twice in just 2 days we ve had to drive back into town (we live very rural!) to get CORRECT parts because the kids working in there don t listen and can never give us correct parts! Manager has been made aware and still the issue keeps happening.

Thank God I knew where what I needed was in the store, even though it took me 20 minutes just to check out as the employees sauntered past with clipboards, ignoring customers and the phone as it rang for at least 3 minutes. If it was an ER and I had been bleeding, I would have died for sure, just like customer service has done here.

They had an attitude which was very discouraging. They didn't try to help my husband . My husband knew what he needed to do . The clerk kept trying to sell him that he didn't want . They weren't very helpful . He needed a hose , clamp and a radiator cap . The cap was high dollar . 45.00 dollars is pretty steep if you ask me . We weren't very happy with the service . Will not go there again or recommend them .

Absolutely horrible customer service, was attempting to find parts to help someone off the side of the road and was constantly calling only to be IMMEDIATELY put on hold and forgotten about for over 10 minutes each time. Went down the road and Autozone was quick to answer and awesome at getting what I needed quickly

It was ok the day we went in to get a windshield blade for my car the guy behind the counter didn't know much about batteries he was selling to another guy so my boyfriend had to explain to the gentleman about a battery so I would have to say the sales person needs more experience

They had what I needed in stock. Though I almost broke the poor new kid, but he used all his resources and found what I was looking for. Why does the overflow hose for your coolant reservoir have to have a weird name? Thank you for not giving up and getting me my part.

Staff behind the counter are very helpful and patient. The only reason it's not 5 is the lack of help on the floor & sometimes you must wait a while to be checked out. Other than that, it's a solid business to use for your automotive needs. Thank you

Ok store that seems a bit lacking on product selection. Staff is usually neutral, not friendly but not unfriendly. Would be nice to see a smiling face sometimes.

Broke down on the side of the road and managed to get to this shop...got an employee on the phone with my husband to make sure I got all the tools and things he needed. Super helpful and grateful for them!

I broke down 90 minutes from home along I35 and after some help from Ardmore Automotive Service made it on the backroads to O'Reilly. They were open on a Sunday late afternoon which alone is a blessing. I was helped by two people who took the time to read the diagnostic messages on my computer to see what might be wrong. It was the engine so they allowed me to leave it overnight in the parking lot and return with a tow-hitch the next day. Breaking down was awful but I appreciate the care and time these two people at this O'Reilly took to help me. Very good experience and I recommend and rate this business high.

Poor service to no service. Counter guys look at you like they don't want to checkout, and some won't. I had one tell me that. Maybe if you're an attractive woman, they might show an interest. Go to CarQuest, Star Automotive.

Sunday july 24 i arrived at 8:45 and it was closed i drove from mareitta doing 90 miles an hour so i can fix my personal veichle and make to work tommorow. Very disapionted

These people are knowledgeable and respectful. You don't feel like you are rushed or given wrong advice or parts. I came here one day with my daily and told them it was running rough and wanting to die and bog out when given gas. The guy told me to lift the hood and start it and he unplugged my MAP and boom! I knew what was wrong without wasting my time! Thanks guys at O'Reillys!
