When I went to Love's for some help with my truck that they couldn't help me with, they recommend Floyd the owner of (Jo Jo's truck and trailer repairs). Floyd and his technician James were very helpful, very honest, very fast and very professional. They got my truck back on the road to complete my delivery on time. Excellent service and communication even months after my repairs when I called for some information. Highly recommend. THANK YOU JO JO's

Called this repair shop because I was broke down one night in Ardmore, OK. Floyd stopped what he was doing to come out and help me and my buddy. Super nice guy. I needed 2 fan belts. I gave him the numbers and he went and got both belts, came and put them on and changed out a tire for me. DID NOT GOUGE ME ON PRICE!!! Very reasonable price he charged me too. I would definitely recommend his shop again. Then the next morning he called and checked on me and my buddy to make sure everything was good to go. Great guy. Thank you Floyd.

Called to ask about a tire. Very rude people here. Just hung up on me. No cust service at all. Will never use them no matter how bad i need a tire....Had been coming grom up north thru snow and was shock to hear u were snowed in. Thought it was just heavy rain and possible tornados so when u say snow to a trucker maybe think about were they may have been driving from if they sound surprised. Not everyone has weather channel on 24-7. Sorry for the confusion

When you're 2,300 miles from home, and you breakdown in Oklahoma, concern is an understatement. Of coarse it had to be on a Friday evening. So I do a google search. JoJo's is listed 24 hrs. The man on the phone says I can be there in 20 minutes. Now we both knew what the breakdown was. Floyd roles in, helper in tow. Confirms the repair. But can't get the parts till Monday. Maybe a used part in the morning. After trying with no success, Floyd orders a new part for Monday. Leaves after offering to loan me one of his Harley's for the weekend. Wheels back in 2 minutes later and says," you best be grabbing your kit bag and hop on in here", meaning, get in the truck. Before I knew it I was having dinner with the family, some fun conversation along with a movie. Stayed in his travel trailer for the weekend. Hung out, helped him with fixin some guys dry van too. Who does that? Opening is home like that? Well, Floyd does. There's a whole lot of goodness in this man. Humble, kind, caring, and fair.... no extra charge.

Great guy to know! He's honest and knows what he is doing. Fixed my truck in a timely manner and at an affordable price. I would recommend him to anyone coming in or out of the Oklahoma area. Can't beat 24 hour service!

Back in October, 30 miles from the TX/OK border, around 4pm I (70yo single female) heard a terrific noise and suddenly I was going nowhere. Floyd picked up an engine belt and came out around 10 p.m. Unfortunately they gave him the wrong size so I slept on the side of I-35, being rocked to sleep by 18 wheelers. The minute parts opened the next morning they came straight out and it only took 10 minutes to install. To observe Floyd's work it's obvious he truly knows what he's doing. To my surprise it cost half of what I expected. If I lived near by he would be the only one I would allowed to touch my motorhome.

Came out at night and they helped jack my truck up after blowing a steer. He ran around and got a rim and tire and spent the time to get me out of the median.Sending the truck to his shop for new hood, bumper, pto Work, and anything else we might find. Will update on the work but they have been amazing so far.*highly recommend

The star should have a minus sign next to it. Terrible is an understatement. Had a blowout, I was willing to pay for good service, I needed to get to my drop in humble, tx. But the guy gave a tire that was to big which caused my other tire to lose tread. Don't get me wrong I should've paid attention, but I trusted that this guy would do a good job. So if you use these people ,watch em closely.....but they trash overall.

Just wanted to share a few comments about the service we received in Oklahoma from Jojo's truck service. We were driving a motor home from Minn to McAllen Texas on Sept 29th when we broke down 40 miles north of the Texas border. After several attempts to find someone on a Friday afternoon, we got in touch with Floyd at jojo's. He was overbooked but still found time to come and help us that evening. He found us a engine belt and was determined to get us rolling no matter how long it took.. I have to say I have never been so impressed with someone's dedication to their job.. We were rolling at about 11pm and made it safely to McAllen Sat afternoon... A special thanks to Floyd and his asst....Its nice to know that there are honest and hard working people out there,, Sincerely Joe Rempert , Jacksonville Fla

Great people. Did repair work on our motorhome at a rest area. Then asked him to check our drive line and it was bad. So went to the shop and having a hard time finding parts. They let us stay on property and gave us electricity while the parts are being found. Should be more people like these guys.

Very quick professional service I'll give it that but make sure you re iterate your issue on the phone I was in need of a 11r 22.5 drive tire they say they got a used one in stock they come out in a great hurry dismantles the tire then realizes he has a low pro blames me tells me I told him that's what I had I know for a fact I didn't he then charges me $48 to put it back on! Totally un impressed just another highway repair

Ok folks. I'm gonna set everything straight. I live in ardmore and drive otr. When I come home and need work done I call floyd. Floyd is a great guy that will do whatever he can to help you and get you back on the road. But best believe when you call be polite, courteous, and considerate that your probably not the only person hes trying to help. While doing my steer brakes, sent out a guy to do a fan belt on a motor home and was still working on my truck. We all now how shops are but floyd wont screw you over as long as you treat him like a human being. I stand behind floyd. He used to be a driver as well as any other person posting garbage on here. Give him a chance and if he doesnt impress you, then idk what to tell ya.

Jojo's was the guy to call and service to use! Our cargo trailer (full and heavy) blew a tire on I35 south of Ardmore. JoJo's was quick to answer, got a tire, got the job done and got the truck & trailer back on the road. Not only was JoJo's was timely and a great guy! He made our mini crisis turn out just fine!

It was Sunday evening and we were just getting ready to depart the Hardy Murphy Coliseum in Ardmore OK for the 6 hour drive home with our big trailer and horses when the message came on the console that we weren't going anywhere. Through US Rider these great folks came out with in 30 minutes, replaced a fuel filter and we were on our way.Thanks for saving our day

When I am writing this review, I am really excited. Here is his good work! My truck deliver a load in admore,ok and park in flying j truck stop for next load to pick suddenly won't start. We put new batteries won't start, I call another mechanic he told me the ecm problem and advised me to change the computer. I was really disappointed. Then I google and founded Jojo truck Repaires he came he hooked computer looked it bingo! Wire broblem from battery to computer. My truck was 2007 freightliner. I highly recommend for all. Thank you you for your service. Also thank you for your follow up and called me how my truck was doing. No word to say! God bless you and your family !

They are not open 24 hours like the Google map says. I had a simple job for them @ 430pm and I was willing to go to there shop and they said they are going home@ 5 pm. Recommended me to go to loves near by. I didn't need there recommendation I could have gone anywhere but I seen good reviews from Google map for this place so I decided to give my business to them instead. But they didn't care about helping me or making any money on this Thursday. I won't go to this people again for anything again.

There aren't enough stars on here! Drove an hour and pulled our uhaul out of the mud up to the axle, in the rain! Helped us find a place to park the uhaul. Also helped us find a storage place! Then found someone who wasn't expensive to help us unload! Awesome!!!!!!!!!

Horrible !! I broke down in Ardmore ok. They sent a service truck out only to tell me there shop was to busy to help me. The service truck wasn't even there 5 minutes. Although they still charged me 200 dollars. They are criminals taking advantage of hard working people in desperate times. Beware Drivers.

They came out and fixed the injector in my big truck right along side of the interstate and they did a awesome job in a short time I recommend to anyone that breaks down around Ardmore Oklahoma

Man talk about quick great service these guys can,t be beat really I know I can be very difficult sitting on the side of the road waiting on a turbo too get fixed they had me done and on the road around 6 hours rate can,t be beat half of what I would have paid any shop you guys rock all best wish people this should be your first call.

Hopefully this post helps someone this company is a rip off if I could give negative stars I would.I broke down in Madill Oklahoma I had a air line to the transmission break called jojos truck and trailer they come out was there less then ten minutes said they couldn t fix the problem they charged me 200 dollars for them to come tell me what was broke that I already knew they said it was for a service call I told them that s a rip off but paid because I didn t want to deal with them so I found another mechanic in Madill Oklahoma he come out fixes my problem in 20 minutes And charged me 85 dollars so I highly recommend calling another shop.

Leveling valve went out on my trailer that they don't make anymore he had to do some modifications three times in order to make it work, but it did the job and got me back on the road . I appreciate it thanks

Top knotch customer service, they went above and beyond to repair my ford f250 when my drive shaft broke off driving down 35, very friendly and very fair pricing, i would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality professional service
