Broke down for the first time ever and these guys helped me. They drove us to the hotel and back and dealt with the issues we had in a timely manner. They were frank , open, and honest with me on time-line and costs for the fix. Unfortunately the manager drives a Honda Shadow for a motorcycle but hey we all can't have nice bikes ") . If your reading this you should visit then.

All the dealers around DFW and KCMO told me would be a week plus before they could look at my truck. I dropped my truck off with these guys at 1230 and got a phone call at 1630 it was done SAME DAY!!! Very impressed and well worth the 1.5 drive from Texas. Will be using them from now on. Highly recommend!

So awesome. I had driven from Oklahoma to various sites in Arkansas. Was constantly adding coolant to my 2022 International. No one could figure it out. The mechanic at Summit, within 3 minutes, spotted the problem. Within 45 minutes, the problem was fixed. I recommend these guys.

NOBODY enjoys spending down time at a shop, but if you have no choice this is definitely a good one to spend it at.Every employee I had any contact with had a positive attitude and were very friendly. Any questions I had were addressed quickly and professionally. A couple of small issues we're dealt with directly and with the same friendly, positive attitude. If there's such a thing as a good visit to a shop this was it.....Thanks to everyone thereand have a good one!

4.5 hours to check my a/c....forgot to put lid back on the battery box...not really sure why it needed to be off but....they get the third star because they brought my lid back to Ada. I was not impressed.***** UPDATE ***** DERATED to one star... they lie, don't communicate, and are not reliable...GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They replaced my high pressure turbo, broke my low pressure turbo and didn't fix it right the first time and charged me to replace it.... remember me saying THEY BROKE IT and charged me for it saying, it was damaged by the high pressure turbo AFTER they broke it and said they would replace it at their cost, took almost 3 weeks to do all this and then charge me $7500... the quote was $3500.****BE WARNED****

This place is amazing from the front office to the shop, everyone is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend you take your truck here if you have issues

Don't waste your time stopping here. The Summit at Ardmore will answer the phone and wait on you. The okc location won't do either.
