I ve purchased tires in the past. They keep to their warranties and are always quick to help. This time I simply went in for tire air pressure check, a free service they offer.

This is 100% the best Discount Tire I have ever been to. I typically go to Discounts in central Texas and have never been taken care of the way this Discount did. They were fast, efficient, and friendly.

When I first arrived the employee ignored me and helped the man who came in behind me first.. I waited for 30 minutes for him to get to me. After that they finally took my order she at first wasn't going to honor their online rebate without me entering the order myself and after I was about halfway done he said I'll go ahead and do it. 4 days later my tires came in and took about 90 minutes to get them put on.. But there is vibration when I hit 65 to 70 so I'm going to have to return and have them rebalance all of them!

Discount tire on 12th St. is so much better than discount wheel and tire around the corner on Rockford. They re friendlier, they re faster, they re cheaper and more pleasant. I wish all businesses were so cool to deal with as discount tire on 12th street. Awesome!!

Last week rear tire, today front tire (just bought all 4 new tires in April) what's going with Yokohama Tires... got stucked in OKLAHOMA, luckily there's a Discount Tire Store close by to take care of me, so I can get back on the road ....Great warranty & customer service Thanks Sean Chambers, great help & knowledgeable

Noticed a low tire while in Ardmore so stopped in and ended up having a nail! They quickly offered to take a look and fix it even though they closed in 15min. I always appreciate your customer service! Finished with 1 min to closing and I am heading home safely! Thanks again!

Had a great experience at Discount Tire! There were only a few people in the store during morning hours and I was able to get my tire rotated in less than 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend this location for quick and efficient service.

BEWARE OF MISOGYNY. There is a terrible misogynistic employee named Taylor who works there. I will never ever ever go back to this discount tire or any discount tire ever again. And I hope that any woman that ever encounters Taylor at his job or in life is informed of how he treats women. Unbelievably terrible service. Do not go here if you want to be respected/treated like a human. Just my advice :)

Discount Tire continues to be my tire shop of choice. It is always extremely clean inside and the customer service is top notch. They can be a little on the slow side on occasion, but this location didn't disappoint. Went in for a tire repair, they asked no questions. Guy simply said "easy fix!" and repaired it at no charge to me. Been a couple of weeks and the tire is still running perfectly fine! Will be back!

Fast, friendly service. Able to identify issue with my tire going flat when 3 other shops were not. Also found a nail in a different tire and fixed that too. Shop and customer area were very clean as well!

My 16 year old son went in for a quote on BFG tires for his truck and was treated badly. Acted like he was wasting their time for a quote and treated him as inferior. So, the $1600 for 4 BFG s went to local Discount tire (green sign) around the corner. My family and friends won t be doing business at Discount Tire on 12th St. Customer service and general decency for other people still matters.

Excellent same day service, will get you taken care of 100% of the way. They are a little more pricy on the tires themselves but with their aftercare and warranties they are more than worth it.

Went to get my wheels balanced, I was having a vibration issue. They found out it was a slipped belt in one of my tires. They were fast, very professional, and worked like a well oiled machine. I had been to many service centers and tire facilities. This was by far the best managed.From the time I showed up, found the issue and completed the work was less than an hour. That was with replacing a tire. Very impressed. Highly recommend this location.

I believe the guys name was Evan that helped me and my stepdad order new wheels and different tires for the 79 ford 4x4 he was very patient and helpful to us and did an excellent job and if he reads this he should know they look great on the old work horse thank you very much greatly appreciated

6/6/2022 What a difference 9 months can make. My opinion of this shop has definitely changed since my most recent visit today. I called ahead to get a quote for service, upon arrival I paid a different amount. Secondly, the service has really changed for the worse, which I contribute to new employees and/or management. The service was slow, there were several men behind the counters who appeared to be doing literally nothing. There were 4 and at times 5 servicemen in the bay area and I have never seen people move slower and appear to care less about their work. This is so disappointing since my initial impression of this location were so high. I will return again, and hopefully things will be better, but I'm lowering my 5 star review to 4 at this time.9/1/2021This is the tire shop Ardmore has needed for so long. Fast and professional service, straight to the point, no pressure, no up sales, stood behind their warranty too!

We needed air. The Tech checked all the tires. Had to remove air from 3 tires and add air to the 4th. Fast service. Friendly. Even gave us a new tire gauge. Couldn't get better service. Two women traveling in trouble.We went to Loves 1st and they would not help us. Their air machine did not work and stole our money.

Free flat tire repairs! Got me in and out quickly and didn't charge me a thing on a Saturday. Friendly, helpful service people happy to do their jobs. The other place I called to fix my flat and replace one lug stud was going to charge me $108 + tax! Turns out I didn't even need a lug stud! THANK YOU DISCOUT TIRE!!!
