Super on top of their units! Gave me a call when I kept forgetting and extended my reservation without asking. Great location, very detailed. Dana was awesome, showed us the unit and got us a better deal than what we originally reserved with!

Worked with Dana at the Ardmore Ok location and quickly found unit I was looking for. He was able to handle paperwork smoothly and send me on my way. I appreciated it, as it was a busy day for me.

Needed a cheap and decent sized unit really quick on the day before thanksgiving. Colton was a great help and was quick to meet my needs. He took the time to show me the unit to ensure it was what I needed, and explained the features of the facility such as security and surveillance. Very pleasant and helpful person.

Colton is a great help! First off I called prior to going and everyone I spoke with was friendly and nice. Colton got me the best deal available and I would highly Recommend using Devon Self Storage!

Dana was extremely helpful with all of my questions regarding different storage options. I had several questions & he was very patient & answered each question very thoroughly! Be very careful if you have a storage that is against the edge of property.Rented since 2015. Went in a few weeks ago and found my storage unit broke into and most of my stuff was gone thru, broken or stolen.A large hole was under the back of unit, which is not monitored by their staff.Devon took no responsibility for this and said I should file against my insurance if I want to be reimbursed.To be honest; I did not have anything of great value in the storage. A trailer, a desk, some tools and fishing gear. The fishing gear and tools were gone but the desk and trailer were still ok. So really not enough to make a claim.I really thought the least Devon would do is waive the cleaning fee , since so much of the stuff is now trash, I did not want to waste my day off cleaning it out.Charged me $150.00 on top of not managing their property as they should.Would not recommend Devob storage to anyone.
