Awesome customer service! Jos� helped me find the car of my dreams and got it to a price I could afford! He was very personable and kept us entertained while he worked to find a deal for us. Very happy with my experience!

They are your average car dealership, nothing I would note as extraordinary. Here's my experience.I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Tucson SEL in April of 2023, it being the first car I have purchased, I was excited and admittedly pretty clueless. Soon after purchasing the vehicle I noticed hail damage on the hood and roof that I hadn't noticed previously, nor were they too inclined to mention. Alongside stains in odd spots inside the vehicle.Now right at a year of owning the vehicle my compressor has quite literally fallen apart and I was able to find parts of it in my scrape bin, beneath my engine. Unfortunately for me, the compressor warranty expired 7 months into me owning the vehicle, so now I'm footing a bill of 1,200 of parts and labor to replace the compressor so I can enjoy some cold air this summer.Overall, I'd highly recommend not bothering with their used vehicles as the limited warranties and lack of transparency will become frustrating later down the line. I have hope that their new models, MIGHT be better, but at least you will be able to enjoy the perks of the warranties with things inevitable break down.Looking back, I would go elsewhere or purchase a new model.

Wanna give a shout out to the Carter Co Hyundai family for setting me up with a new car! Octavius has sold a family member of mine a car. So she recommended me to go talk to him. I was on my lunch break so I stopped in to see him and see about getting a new car. He made the process quick and easy. Getting a new car is a hard decision. But I definitely recommend seeing this guy for your car needs! He didn t make buying a car stressful or hard! And on top of that my payments was exactly what I was looking for!

We bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from them and ever since then it hasn t been a great vehicle since it was purchase we ve had to put it back in their shop multiple times because the vehicle goes into limp mode meaning that it won t go over 25 mph, they say it s fixed then a few weeks late it happens again. We put back in shop after waiting months then to provide a rental since it s my parents only means of transportation with my disabled brother who has cerebral palsy. Now they are wanting to say we need to pay them $500 for a possible fix even though it has warranty. They need to make this right. So please I am asking the community to come together and speak out against shady dealerships not standing behind their product.

Got to give a shout out here to Hyundai, so I got myself a vehicle from them and it is a surprising package. I was very impressed with what I was able to get and with the fact that they were willing to reason my dealer (which was Marcus from carter county dodge) at getting it at a good price that worked within my budget. They got me set up and gave me a run through with this new car cause I was not used to something that had that much of a package with it, so definitely check them out .

Definitely don t recommend getting a car from here , they discriminate against people with low credit . Instead of saying they can t help you they will give you the bare minimum. I had the worst experience with buying my first car . They let me leave the lot with a broken window & dirty interior! I bought a used car but they are supposed to make just like new . They cleaned it 4 times they say and it was still filthy. My license plate got thrown away so now they have to reimburse me . I thought i was in good hands . Also they told me my car didn t have interior lights but they did , they just wasn t educated about the cars they are selling . You would think they would know more about the cars they are advertising. This is a job not a passion. So if you choose this car lot please educate yourself, they just want the sale . Every time i voiced my complaints there comeback was it was already hard to get you in a car as if that s a reason for a filthy car . If you have good credit i guess it will be a breeze for you ! They don t like people with bad credit!!!!!

I was very pleased with Carter County Hyundai they stood behind their work. They stood behind their warranty. Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. I would recommend anybody to take their car to this place for service. Even if it s not a Hyundai, they will do you, right !!!

Mayor thanks to Sam, Robert and namely Jose. Jose was extremely patient and went above and beyond in explaining all the facts and functions of our new car during and after the sales process. They made it worth for us to drive 11/2 hours one way to pick up our car. Their service is second to none and superior to any other car buying experience we've had. The are awesome!Highly recommend Carter Country Hyundai.

Drove 2 hours and passed several dealers just to get here! Fantastic staff! Great selection. Everyone from Jose in Sales to Daniel in finance was top notch. James, the GM, has built a great team that pays attention to every single detail. Kevin and Robert follow up with perfection. If you are shopping anywhere else in Oklahoma or even North Texas, you have to check these guys out. If you re like me, you will be very glad you did. Outstanding job fellas! I m. Carter County Hyundai customer for life and I don t even live in Oklahoma! I live in Dallas. That should tell you something!!!!

Traveling from Wichita to Dallas tonight and had an issue with the brake switch that had just been replaced in Wichita. It was 5:10 and service was closing up, but my wife called and spoke with Kevin. Kevin helped us get the car started over the phone (kick it) and we drove in to the dealership. Steve in parts mentioned an item that generally gets missed when replacing the brake switch and not only swapped it out after hours- they didn t charge us a penny for it. They saved us a ton of heartache and scrambling to try to get a rental car. Above and beyond service and forever grateful for helping us get to Dallas for a wedding!

Randy White was excellent in working with us and very patient and helpful in finding the right car for us. Excellent service recommended to all my friends and family."UPDATE" 9/1/2023After getting our new car and having it for almost a month, my wife and I started getting letters from credit companies stating they couldn't approve our loan for Carter County Hyundai. NOTE I told him "Randy White" that he can run our credit 1 ONE time and if it doesn't go threw then that is it.But I didn't want my credit score ran down by them running it threw a bunch of times just to find the lower rate or to try to get us approved! Well over the last month we have got 12 REJECTIONS LETTERS FROM PLACES THEY DID CREDIT CHECKS ON US AT. SO THIS WAS 24 TIMES BETWEEN THE WIFE AND I. It knocked our credit score down 35 points on my credit and 33 points on my wifes. When I called they said that it shouldn't have hurt our credit by running it 3 or 4 times. I told them I agree, but when you run it 12 times then it DOES HURT your credit score. It hits it 2 points for each time it is ran. Then they tried to say because of the fact we got the new car it would lower it to. Which I understand that too. But when I got all these letters and told them I had them they said they would have the GM give me a call. Well as you can guess, Yes I never got that call!!! So I figured I would on in and changed my post on here instead. So if you go in there and you tell them to not run your credit more then 1 time get ready because they don't tell you but they run it until they find some one who can finance you but if not then they just killed your credit score from what you had been working on. I had to buy from them because of how many times they ran our credit. If I would of went to any other lot they would have probably done the same thing. So we went ahead and got the car from here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOW. THEY LIED TO US FROM THE VERY MOMENT WE GOT THERE. They had a truck on FB for a great price but when we got there they said "oh it just sold this morning". So had a friend go by and ask about it a few days later and he was told the same thing. But they post has been up for 2 months. So don't believe anything they say they have online that looks to good to be true. It is just a way to get you in there to. So don't trust it.

Bought a new car today from this dealership. It was the simplest most transparent process ever. And I ve bought several new vehicles over the years. No pressure and and lots of smiles. Lacie was our salesperson and she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

My second purchase here and second time dealing with Randy White. I don't plan to buy from anywhere else ...both purchases have been fast, easy and friendly purchases. I love my Tuscon and I appreciate carter county Hyundai and all the staff that helped us.
