I loved working with these folks. Some of the friendliest service. They also worked with other shops to help meet my needs. They pulled a motor and put it back on for me. The diagnosed and replaced the starter. And ran checks on my aerators defiantly. We're new to boating but with an ol' 1988 Sea Ray with an outboard motor which was pretty cantankerous on initial cold starts. Really wanted to get this thing in for maintenance and checkout before getting out on the water this season. My reviews and gut feeling led me to Boat Dock Pro Shop. Surprisingly, they're just 2.5 miles away making the choice pretty convenient. I went in initially just to get some information and spoke with Rommye who answered all of my questions (and I had a boat load! no pun intended) and she was very nice to this ol' man who really doesn't know squat about these engines. Not knowing the history on this boat, I wanted them to assess the starting issue and while it was there, thought it best to have the water pump impeller replaced and the gear box oil changed. Dropped the boat off and got a call sooner than I expected saying the boat was ready to go! I thought it would be a couple of weeks with the number of boats I saw out there. Went to pick it up and Lindsey, who worked on it, wanted to talk to me. First - I thought uh oh! why did we ever get into boating. He told me the engine starts and runs fine. He asked if I had the choke on while first starting the motor -- I said I probably would if I knew where it was located. LOL! he explained that I had to push the ignition key in for about 3 seconds then crank it over. I was so embarrassed but he said it's surprising how many people with older boats didn't know that. He spent time answering my other questions...... You hear stories all the time about service departments who take advantage of people and charge for things that were not necessary. Well, NOT this place! I asked about the carburetors and he said he checked them and they are fine. I feel confident and very fortunate that I found a Very nice place where the people who own the business are honest, helpful and very friendly. Definitely going back in the future and I highly recommend them!

I called needing to get my jet skis winterized before a freeze and they got me in and serviced them that day. Definitely saved me a headache. Definitely will be back to do future business.

was easily able to Google boat supplies near me and bam there it was! My husband and I had called and visited every store that should have carried a 3/4 in. boat plug, but didn't. It was a gem of a find.. My husband also found the boat motor he had been searching for!

The Best honest helpful Folks in this region from here to north of the city. I say the entire Fine State of Oklahoma except i dont.get everywhere. . Pro Dock Boat Shop their All Stars. 5 stars for sure. I mean its Mom and Pop for the Future of American Business. Its A Family when boating ! Its there.
