My experience was great! Been having problems with dealer I purchased truck from. To expensive and I think cause more problems. Billingsley Ford listen to me, the price was what was agreed upon, no extras. Very satisfied with service advisor! Told me when it would be ready and explained every detail! I WILL use Billingsley Ford for service and purchasing new vehicle if ever needed. After all it is a Ford truck! Shuttle service also fantastic. I have one vehicle so the shuttle service is a big bonus. They even bring your vehicle to your house when service is complete. Happy customer for sure!!

Bought a used Ford Flex here today, and had a wonderful experience. TJ helped us in sales and Travis handled our financing. Both were great. Drove almost 2 hours for the exact car I d had my eye on for almost a month, called ahead to make sure we wouldn t get a bait and switch (had that happen at a different dealership in the past) and TJ answered my questions and assured us the car would be waiting. (It was.) Car was exactly as described online, and the deal had no weird line items added on (as I ve had at others in the past) in fact the price had just dropped that day so it was less than I d expected. No hidden/surprise fees/charges. Financing went smooth once I got the credit report lock I d forgotten about lifted. :D Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Appointment was a little faster than I expected (probably since there wasn t any of that fake let me talk to my manager nonsense). Honestly, I felt strange driving that far away from D/FW to buy a car, but the experience was so good, we may seriously do it again when my husband s truck needs replaced. Top marks, highly recommend.

Great buying experience. TJ was a great salesman, seemed like we were old friends. Chris in finance was super helpful and friendly. Completed almost everything over phone and no surprises when we drove 6 hours to get there. I would buy again.

After having a rough go with my order and the dealerships in AZ, I found the Bronco I wanted 1,000 miles away in OK. I was lucky enough to get TJ Childree on the phone, because the process was really smooth there on out. He has been so awesome to work with and responds immediately when you have questions. They held the vehicle with deposit and I jumped on a plane get it. No surprises when I got there! Even had a driver pick us up at DFW to drive us to the dealership.Chris was patient with me while I was on the phone with insurance and explained the warranties to me in depth. TJ spent a lot of time going over all the bells and whistles.They made what could have been a very pricey, stressful trip, extremely easy.Thanks Billingsley!

Great place to buy! I purchased from out of state, they had a car that was hard to find 24' Mustang Dark Horse in blue ember. Spoke to Justin he made the process quick and easy within 2 days I had the car home in my driveway. If your buying here ask for Justin!

We drove from east Texas to Ardmore, OK because we found the Ford 150XLT on their website that I had been looking for. Upon arrival, we were not disappointed. There is no bait and switch here.We did not go looking for one truck and shown another. Our salesman, Chris, walked us through set up of all the electronics and showed us all the features. He helped us personalize the truck to our liking. We hope when we get ready to trade another vehicle, that they have the vehicle we are looking for.

I drove from Lawton to Ardmore to purchase a Chrysler 300 C. My Sales Rep was Mr. Austin, who did an amazing job at making me and my daughter feel comfortable and the journey very relaxing. I did not purchase the car due to being $400 short. Mr.Austin spoke very calmly as he explained everything to me. He had the vehicle ready and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the vehicle as we did our test drive. On 3/7/23 while traveling from OKC to Dallas I had an issue with my f250 6.7 diesel sucking air after I had an oil and fuel filter change in OkC at one of the quick oil change places. Lost power and eventually was stranded just north of Ardmore. I was stranded and don t know what to do, stuck in the middle of nowhere. So I called Billingsley Ford and got service advisor Nita Brosh. From beginning to end Nita was nothing but fast courteous full attention service! She got me in touch with a tow company and assured me that even though it was late afternoon she would get me taken care of, and she did. From the moment we pulled in to the service area Nita met me at the door, introduced herself and said you go sit in the lounge while we take care of you! Wow ! I was blown away that today in this all focus on me world we live in that there are people and organizations that really do care about others and someone in a bind needing to help! I was on my way with a hand shake and a smile within an hour. Thank you Nita for your kindness and service, I ll never forget you!!!!

My Maverick had a recall for curtain side air bags. They notified me when the replacement part was available and made me an appointment. They also set me up with a loaner auto. Repairs took about half a day. Very satfied.

We've been using Billingsley for several years and have been completely satisfied with this dealership from sales to service. Great people to deal with and always greeted by friendly staff. I cannot speak more highly of a the experience I had at Billingsley Ford. Even in the pandemic with a surging market they kept the price as reasonable as possible and did not throw out a super high dealer fee when I asked for a quote. Austin was the sales associate I worked with and he was kind, fair, and willing to go the extra mile for my service.Thank you Billingsley Ford for making my first experience a great experience! I Love my new Jeep.

My husband and I had been looking for a used Honda Odyssey for months and we surprisingly came across one at Billingsley Ford in Ardmore. We made the 1.5 hour drive from OKC to look at the vehicle and ultimately make the purchase. Chris helped us through the whole process and was awesome. He made us feel like family and very comfortable about making such a large purchase. We were so impressed that we will most likely purchase another vehicle from Billinglsy soon - as long as we get to work with Chris! Thank you!

Got my 2019 Chevy Silverado today. Austin Mitchell was a informative, patient, professional and punctual salesman. He was willing to value my trade in by having me take pictures of my old vehicle and send it. Chris from finance was able to get a better rate than my previous credit union and did not change rates or price, like other dealerships do, when I came to pick up the vehicle. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
