O'Reilly in Xenia totally delivered for me. Came out to the parking lot after work and my car was dead. Got a jump start and called them and asked if they had a battery for my car and if they could install it for me. It was yes for both. I got there in 5 minutes. The battery was waiting on the counter for me and I barely had time to finish this shout out before it was done. 110% satisfaction.

This is now my go to place for parts. They will order parts and the parts will be there when they say they are, they take time to get you the best deal within your budget, they will beat other stores prices, they are very helpful and welcoming upon entry.

Not impressed... I Had two front rotors turned and when I dropped them off they said I would have to wait a few days because no one was there that knew how to machine them. Then I got a voice mail that they were done. I went to pick them up and the cashier did not know how to ring up the rotors and was not willing to give them to me and me pay later and was unwilling to call his boss to ask how, so that was a wasted a trip for me. Today I go back to get them and the guy still doesn't know how to ring them (even though he had asked the boss how) and eventually finds someone to help. The service has gone up 40% to $25 a rotor and this is the quality I got. The rotors are rough, have grooves like a record, and they didn't even get all the rust off.

Took my car her because my battery was having issue that I bought a couple years ago. No only was it still under warranty (3 years) but the issue was the connection ring for the battery post was corroded and the guy cleaned out the ring and cleaned the post off with a tool and make sure to take the time to do it right.

Had the bulb I needed to fix fog lights in my car. Was reasonable price too. The gentleman that was helping me was awesome. He helped me find the correct tool. We made several Trips to my car and back and he never complained or anything. They were busy had several customers waiting in line too! Great Service by these guys!

Employees were very helpful. I asked about a previous purchase so I could buy the identical headlight for my car and without hesitation, the employee told me exactly what I needed to know and saved me time with searching the size of my wiper blades for me. Quick, efficient and friendly as well as knowledgeable.

am I ever having a hard time with CV axles from O'Reilly's. My mechanic installed one last night and it lasted about 4 ft. That's right I backed it out 4 ft. You can hear the knuckle joints inside of the axle ripping apart. The Next Step was to get another replacement from O'Reilly's. Of course they didn't have it but it was here by 8:00 this morning. My mechanic installed it, I got about two blocks before that axle failed even worse it was catastrophic and the car was not able to move. Thank God I got a good mechanic as he came to me within minutes of the test drive and got me back off of the road. To wrap the story up I've had to pay my mechanic twice for the same job, and we'll have to pay him again when I finally get a working axle. He was nice enough to put my old axle back in for the time being. Hopefully I will be able to get it somewhere else has this is Lifetime warranted I do not want another one from O'Reilly's. Has anybody had any experience with getting them to pay for all the extra labor due to their junk parts?

Manager and the employees greet you with a smile. You're professionals doing a good job. The store is always clean customer friendly at all times and if they don't have the part,c give few hours and they will. I try to do all my business there

Says open until 10 pm, hours were even confirmed by the business a week ago. I pull up at 9:05, open sign is off, door is locked, the associate there looked at me, grabbed a drink out of the cooler right in front and just walked to the back.

This was my first time ordering and purchasing from them. I order � part over the phone. It was suppose to be in on Wenesday. I went in to get it. Found out it was never ordered. I will not be going back.

One of my top choice for auto parts, even if they're a little more, I'd much rather shop here than say Advanced. Great, helpful staff. They can order parts quickly and staff is fairly knowledgeable of most parts

Good place to get parts for your truck or car. They are good at helping you find the right parts and give you details and directions that will help you if you are not sure what or how you are doing. Friendly helpful staff . Nicely laid out store to find what you're looking for and other things that I have not been able to find at other parts stores, such as body repair prep tools, paint, etc.

I only give them 4 stars because there is never guy there who is a complete no good fit for the job. He tries his best but he always looks up the wrong parts or the right parts but wrong car. Other then that I go here before anywhere else. Great parts and a great staff even if I make the one guy super nervous and I have to help him out a little.

Great store usually have what I'm looking for or can order it quickly. Only complaint and it's a big one there is always a wait and they will help someone on the phone over and over while you took the time to come in in person

When I walked none the of the employees were wearing mask and as of today there are 150,000 confirmed covid cases in Ohio . I was ignored by the fist 2 employees . The 3ed employee told me that I was unable to order a 70$ afterMarket radio harness to my home with out a business license for some reason in the middle of a pandemic (Idk why I just want to hook up a radio ) and that I would have to come back to the same store with maskless employees that were actually speaking about how they don t believe in the virus and they they don t need mask. Also discussing political trump views making the store a very uncomfortable almost discriminatory atmosphere. I decided to just go to a auto customs shop and do not recommend this store.

I went with my husband and was surprised at the organization, prices, cleanliness, and over knowledge of staff. I say screw Advanced Auto Parts, never going back there! And yay for military discount.

Needed a battery, went to be Walmart and was told it would be a over an hour to get one put in. Stopped at O'Reillys and they did a price match, and installed it in 15 min. Good service

New store within the last year. Have been in multiple times and usually in the store less than 10 min. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable on the parts I need

Joe is extremely rude and needs to work on his customer service skills. Too much happened to go into detail, but he is awful with customers. I will NOT be going back.
