Cruisers in xenia was a God sent blessing for me. Great guys that are amazing and really knowledgeable. I had them install a dash camera in my truck and also my wife's car. Both installs took only one hour. I have been looking to have this done and couldn't find anyone, thankfully I found Cruisers. Also I was very pleased with the price to have it done. Very reasonable for such an awesome and professional job he did. I will definitely be recommending Cruisers to everyone I know. Thanks for the great experience.

Highly Recommend - they took their time to help me understand my needs and didn't rush me to make a decision. They were also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. If you don't like getting the sales pitch and all the BS that goes with it, you'll love your experience here.

I have been sadly disappointed in this establishment. I ordered a cover specifically with the light and the better warranty. That was over a month ago. I have had the cover installed and received no light. I called to question and Dalton told me the company stopped adding the light during the virus slowdowns and shutdowns. I was never told this when I purchased or when I picked it up after install. I was also told on that conversation that he would make it right, Dalton has not contacted me with an update or an appointment to install. As for the cover I can say that after 4 + weeks I am still getting measurable water building up after a good thunderstorm. I also have more visual wear than I would have expected already. I am updating after a follow up appointment. The water was more than acceptable and they installed some stripping. I have not been in any storms yet to test but am hopeful this was the fix.

They really take great care of their customers. I got a few things for my old Jimmy here, dog restraint and a rubber cover for the back carpet so I could carry the dogs around. My exhaust on babygirl is the bomb! They have so much for your vehicle needs. Very friendly, great prices, fast and accurate service.

My parents Xm service was interrupted after a car repair. What? No music or news... Called cruisers and made appointment. Without hesitation I would recommend their service/repair . Erica made my day with such a friendly approach to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Great people to work with! They got my truck in ASAP after I called and before they worked on anything they always called and made sure it was ok with me and let me know what was going on and very detailed when talking to me about it. Great customer service very polite and respectful people.

I ordered Weather Tech mats. They were there in 1 day. And when I went in to pick them up they installed them for me. Great service from everyone I dealt with! I much prefer working with local businesses!

They installed a LEER RCC100 for me. Great Job. First cap that does not leak winter or summer regardless of angle of parking. Light are great. Putting on a rack on it soon. I recommend them. Fast and professional.

Just got home from having a canvas applied to my husband's truck. Beautiful, and workmanship is awesome. However, When I ordered this canvas I was told there would be 10-15 dollars fee for removing the old one and the same to put the new one on. My bill was 80 some dollars. The job I was told was going to be about an hour and our wait was an hour. They told me removing it was more work than expected, but I was up front with that when I ordered it. I thought they had me paid for the entire thing when I ordered, but they said I only paid for the canvas.All of this to say make sure you get your quote on your receipt or you will be paying over twice for the service than you were told

They were fast with putting my remote start on and everything works good but the one guy could work on customer service skills a little bit. Talking on the phone was nice but never had a "welcome" or "my name is xxxxx, nice to meet you" he just walked up and said "key." Besides that it was a good visit.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent quality work. I had a break controller and 7 pin wiring harness installed in my SUV and I'll definitely be coming back in the future for after market hardware.

I had a Radio installed. They did everything as promised. The entire staff is kind and helpful. I look forward to more vehicle update. The radio looks and sounds great!! Thanks again Cruisers. :-)

I have bought many tops from this place. They installed a fiberglass tonneau and a few months later I decided I wanted a full size camper top instead. They took the tonneau in on consignment and was supposed to call when it sold, to help off set the cost. I just found out my tonneau is GONE and no one ever paid me for it. I lost $1,400. I could NOT recommend this place.

I got my wife's jeep grand Cherokee front windows tinted. They were done in a couple of hours and look amazing. My wife is so happy with the look. Will be going back to look at running boards next.

My father had an automatic car starter put on my truck a year ago. It has been a great addition to my truck. I decided I wanted to have the automatic car starter placed on my girlfriend's vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off in the morning. They called in the afternoon stating the vehicle was finished. When we arrived, we paid for the services and they thanked us for the business. They did not start the car with the key fob like they did my truck to show that the automatic car starter worked properly. We went out to the vehicle and tested the starter. The key fob would not unlock and lock the doors. Then we attempted to start the vehicle with the key fob. The engine would turn but would never run because the cycle on the car starter was not programmed properly. We tried to start the vehicle multiple times ending with the same result. I then went back inside to question if they made sure the starter was properly installed. The gentleman then went out with us. He then began to state multiple excuses to explain the reasons why the starter did not work properly. We felt as if he did not want to put the time and effort into the vehicle to have the automatic car starter work properly. Having experience with the starter in my truck, I began to prove to him his excuses were not valid. They took the vehicle back into the garage and fixed the issue. The starter now works properly along with the unlocking and locking of the doors. My advise is to be very aware of what they will try to get away with. Customer service was very poor. I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of us.

Came here for a bed liner on a work pick up truck friendly staff and they are quick about there work and they are all about making you happy plus they have a cute little puppy dog behind the counter i will definately come back for all of our automotive needs

Was told 2 hours to install running board steps, 3.5 hours later they have barely 1/3 of the work done yet while I was there they had a different vehicle in getting steps added. And no, not even a phone call to say it would be taking longer...do not go here expecting timely service.

I have a SRT8 Charger that Cruisers has installed a lot of aftermarket accessories on. They installed LED under body lights, a Flowmaster exhaust system, a momentum GT air in-take, hellcat like graphics, and fuzzy dice. Cruisers has everything to offer at a very reasonable price! We had to trouble shoot my under body lights when the control module went bad. Luckily, Cruisers successfully fixed the lights in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience.

I would have loved to made the purchase of a truck cap here, unfortunately it was made clear that my business isn't needed.I tried to get a quote for the cap and the individual that I needed to speak with would call me when he got in. A couple hours later I tried again and was told he was really busy (completely understandable) but would take my call. When he finally came to the phone it was obvious that my call was an annoyance. There was no "thanks for holding" or even a hello. He was very abrupt in his questions and I"m sure hurried to get off the phone. (Had he just said "I'm sorry, I'm really swamped can I call you back" would have been fine). He said he'd email me a quote that I've never received. So I just placed an order with a competitor that has fantastic customer service and actually made me feel that they want my business (which I doubt makes a difference to this fellow).I gave an extra star because the woman who answered the phone was polite and professional.

Had did hitch installed couple months ago on a 2017 Dodge Ram come to find out here my drivers stuck in California because they didn't install the hitch right there's one bolt in the entire hitch 8000 lb through the mountains he's lucky he didn't kill somebody and all he want to do is send me the bolts how about you install the hitch correctly and then says I installed 30 hitches in the last however many months you better go back and check every one of them pictures cuz you're going to kill somebody I highly do not recommend this place

Other than confusion over my appointment time, they did get right on with installing a remote starter package. They do have lots of stuff for pickups, work trucks and SUV's.

Had them install completely new Kenwood sound in my new Ram 1500. AMAZING sound. Added a Tonneau, running boards and rims too.
