This place is a joke! I've left several messages about an issue that my vehicle was having at the time of purchase and of course can never get a return call from Preston. They sell you cars that will break down in less than 6 months!!!!! These people are trying to tell my boyfriend there s nothing wrong with his car. We broke down , unable to even start the car during this huge snow storm!!! On the side of the highway at 10 pm at night!!! They then told us they were going to tow it to muffler bros in Huber and DID NOT. They towed it to vandalia and wouldn t answer my calls or call me back!!! I reported it stolen because I didn t know where our car was for A WEEK. After we just made the payment. Of course after I reported it stolen, they called back immediately to let me know where it was. Although they re trying to say it s just a sensor when the vandalia shop is telling us OTHERWISE. The guys who work here are RUDE. They speak to you like children and like you have NO choice. They told my boyfriend should ve read your contract, not my fault real douchebags. I would not recommend this place if it was the last car lot on the planet. I would buy a bicycle or learn how to skateboard. End of this month when I get my tax return , we will be hiring a lawyer and coming for this companies neck.

I am beyond disappointed. Four months ago, I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey Mainstreet from Josh at Advantage Car and Credit. He saw my weakness and used it to his advantage. No pun intended. I test drove the car and was in and out in two hours, as my first review stated. (Which they ask you to do before you leave and know what they truly got you into.) That honestly should have been a sign something wasn t right. I truly had no idea what I was getting myself into, being this was the first car I was purchasing alone. Four months later and I have realized I overpaid insanely, have crazy negative equity and have simply been ripped off. When I was less than two miles down the road after purchasing my car in 20� weather with one of my one year olds with me, I quickly realized the heat in the SUV was not working. I picked up my phone and called Josh immediately. I was told on the phone with Josh to get ahold of the shop who they have fix the cars to get a date set up and they d get the heat fixed for me for no cost. I have called the shop, left voicemails and I have gotten no where. I called Advantage Car + Credit in Xenia since not getting an answer in the New Carlisle office or the shop. The only time I hear from them is when they re asking for my $185 payment every two weeks. I explained with the SUV being our only vehicle up until two weeks ago, I was unable to get it in to be serviced. Our life has been insane, especially since recently moving to Celina, OH going into either the shop or office is an hour/hour and a half drive. I even told them I would pay the $100 deductible to have the heat fixed as now antifreeze is leaking endlessly into my driver side floor board and stinking up my car with my two children under two, who are right behind me in the back seat. I fill up the antifreeze reservoir twice a week ya ll! We went all winter with NO HEAT. No calls back. No nothing. When I spoke with the Xenia office last week, they called New Carlisle and had them call me. New Carlisle called me and said they d have the shop call me. And with no surprise at all, the shop DID NOT give me a call. I have been in contact with my attorney to help me with what to do next since my efforts until now, have been unsuccessful. This place is a joke. Save your money and go somewhere reputable, PLEASE!

I took my car the night before I was called first thing when they open i was updated throughout the day. They were very professional I ask about oil change since I bought car from one there company they was able tell me I already had one. Scam will sell you a broke car and keep telling you it s nothing wrong with it until the engine warranty is up and the tell you it s nothing they can do about it! Stay away from them they a scam!
