I took in my 2010 Jeep liberty to get my tires balanced. everything was good except it took them two days to complete the job. two weeks later i heard a thumping noise from my front left tire on the freeway. turns out they did not torque the lugnuts. after pulling over and inspecting it, i noticed my tire was extremely loose and nothing was tightened. this also caused irreparable damage to my ball joint. additionally, they broke multiple of my studs. this could have been a fatal mistake. will not return do not come here if you like having money in your wallet and value your life

Ordered new tires off of their website that had $150 dollars in rebates with a deal ending that day. Made the appt for a few days later but their website wouldn't process payments at that time and was told to just pay at time of service. The service was great, but was told that since I paid after the deal ended, they wouldn't give me the rebates. Just use a place like Costco - good service, upfront costs, warranty included in price.

17 days ago, it was 01/29/2019. I did OIL change in Tireman, and you guys told me to need extra 15 dollars to do something for my battery, I knew Tireman is big also i thought you guys are specialists, so I trusted you guys, I paid 15 dollars to do it. After fixing my car, I checked it, you guys changed the connector in the battery and threw the red small box, it was on the connector. I thought you guys are specialists, did it is right, so I did not care it. But after 17 days, it is today when I drive my car on the road, the electric power system shut up 1-2 seconds !!! I back to home and checked my car, I found when the rod touch the connector, it will have electric spark!!! That is the reason why my car shut up the electric power system. I changed that battery for less than three months Now I know that small box was working protecting the connector, but you guys threw it and did not back to me I trusted you guys, but now, it brought danger

I needed my tires balanced and the sales manager Nathan Meek was extremely accommodating. He had me out of there in no time and was very friendly, his excellent customer service is the reason I will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future.

Went in for tire replacement and rotation. Was called about multiple other issues but agreed to have rotors and breaks replaced for $364 and id handle the rest because funds have been scares, but neglected to tell me this was only for one set so when I arrived I had a surprise bill of over $800 when i was expecting half. They did the job but I still feel robbed due to the poor communication. Came back 8 months later to take advantage of all the wonderful free extras and to use my warranty because a metal piece poked through my tire I entered the store 2 hours before they closed and was asked "your picking that up on Monday right?" And nothing else when i needed a patch that would take minutes to repair. They were closing early for a tireman event that was not posted or noticed anywhere in store nor website! An absolute joke of an establishment and business with greedy lazy employees!!!

While I received a decent deal on tires, the bald gentleman behind the service desk was the least helpful clerk I ve experienced since the pandemic. Lazy and inept, he doesn t try to notify customers that their vehicles are finished being worked on. I ended up sitting for who knows how long for a car that was already done being worked on, a basic attempt to inform customers who are only 8 feet or so away could solve this simply. In noticing this and then wanting to just get my receipt and key and leave, he put me aside to do an incoming sale, further prolonging my wait. Then, ready to go, in letting him know I d already paid, he took his sweet time. Obviously ready to go, I wished him a good day in attempt to be nice about it. The wish was not returned. Won t be going back to this Tireman. Good customer skills are the least they could have at the service desk for the prices they foist on people. And really, that s the impetus behind this post. If a customer hasn t gone off on you in any and you still can t wish them a nice day in return, in a spirit of goodwill, just shutter your business, it s all downhill from there.

Called the day before we took our car in to see if we could get an appointment or when they were open the next day, because it was too late in the day to bring it right then, told them what we needed done, the guy said he could get us in right when they open at 8 said it should be about 2 hours, we had a family trip planned, it worked out perfectly because that s the time we were planning on leaving well it s over 4 hours of being there and they have 2 people working on our car, which it wasn t anything difficult on our car being done some brake work. I will never refer this place to anyone, I get things happen but they haven t even been out to talk to us about what s going on.

My experience was a mix of phenomenal to marginal. The manager who checked me in was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling the entire counter on his own. He was a super star! The down side of my experience was related to a few things. First, while I was originally told on the phone my oil change would take roughly 2 hours (and I dropped off my car 15 minutes later) it ended up taking 7 hours. Second, when I got in my car the paper which protects the floor board was still there and very dirty. Third, I found the sticker with the information about when to get the next oil change under the paper protector on the floor mat rather than placed on the windshield. Finally, the oil meter on the vehicle was not reset which I had to do. I would still go back but recommend asking for better information on how long it would take and lower expectations on how the vehicle will be returned.

Great customer service from Keenan. However, Wayne was unable to tell me if my auxiliary battery under my passenger seat was tested. The mechanic couldn t even remember if he tested it. And another mechanic didn t even know I had a battery under my passenger seat. Which leads me to believe they never tested it but they sure had a bill ready. I also don t believe a full diagnostic test was done since they couldn t get it to register with my car. Saying their scanner needed an update. So did they really do everything I requested them to do? They couldn t prove they did it.I went back inside for a receipt and asked a question unrelated to the reason why I brought the car in. Total separate question about my wheel alignment. I just simply wanted to know if it was ever done in the past. Keenan assumed that I assumed that s why my car was acting up. No sir. I know it has nothing to do with the current issues I was having with my car. I told them I wouldn t be doing business with them ONLY BECAUSE no one, including Wayne, could tell me what was done when they had my car for 2 days!!!! I am still having issues so why did I leave my car in your care for 2 days?

Not impressed. When you have extremely expensive tires on your truck, need em repaired, and they won't even try. Just want to sell you a new one instead... went to Midas and they had no problem helping me out! And the repair was perfect!

Downgrading my rating now for 2023 compared to past 13 years of service at this location. Just got a damaged passenger rear tire replaced with a new one. Tireman has been bought out by Belle Tire recently, but tire pricing quoted at the shop is not the same as what is quoted on either the current Belle Tire website or the old Tireman website. When questioned, their response was "What you're asking about is a difference was [just] $9, we have 85,000 other issues to take up with Belle Tires." Trying to shame the customer into acceptance by belittling the negligible $ difference involved is not ethical. Whether it is $9 or $90 is irrelevant, it's not the customer's job to fix their internal miscommunications between their workshop and their corporate firm. Additionally, a warranty is not something a seller can just slip into the bill directly - you have to first ask the customer if they want it or not; not the other way round. And the quality of the job was sub-standard too - within 3 min back on the road, I was hearing a clickety noise coming from the rear passenger tire area - the new tire was clearly not attached or aligned properly. Taking it to another workshop tomorrow to get it realigned properly. The only positive part of this experience was the speed - I came in without any appointment from a road mishap; they still took me in right away - I was in and out in about 1.5 hr.Unexaggerated bottom line : this may not be the worst service I've received from a car repair shop, but it is evidently below-average compared to the higher standards this location once had, both in terms of ethics and service quality.

Called to schedule an oil change, they said Saturday is their busiest day but if you get there early they can do it. Was told I could put my keys in the drop box, and it would be serviced first thing and done by 11am. So I dropped my car off the night before with the keys.Next day, no call. Called at 1:30 to get the status of my car. We re planning on doing it between 3-4. Okay, also I wrote to please swap out my headlight bulb (I had already purchased it- $20). I was told it would be $130 to swap the bulb bc it s 0.8 hrs of labor time . It takes me 5 mins to do this I was purely doing it for the convenience bc it was freezing. I said never mind and re-confirmed that I would be called when the car was ready.They close at 4. It s 3:40 so I walk down to the shop. At 3:55 I walk in, the clerks on the phone and stares at me like I m a huge inconvenience. I wait for him to get off the phone. I asked if they closed at 4. Yes . Okay well I m here to pick up my car. Okay let me go check on that for you. I wait another 10-15 mins and am called to the desk. Your car s ready but the tech didn t see my note to not change the bulb so I won t charge you for that. But it s not working bc there s an issue with ur wires. Hmmm okay. After reading the reviews of time management and negligence, a part of me is wondering if my bulb would be working right now had I just done it myself. Regardless, was I even going to get my car back today or were you guys just planning on holding it till Monday without letting me know?! I haven t even looked at my tires. I presume they re not rotated. Helpful hint: stop telling people you can do things when you cannot. This is how you lose customers. This has CLEARLY been an ongoing issue. The same posts from 3 years ago with the exact same thing I m saying today.

Staff was friendly, service was quick. Three stars because I was billed higher than what was advertised for their gold oil change (I was charged about $20 more) the itemized invoice has the entire charge as one item so it's unclear why I'm being charged more. Just keep in mind you will probably pay more than what you think.

I would not recommend this location. I dropped my wheel and tire off so that they could replace the tire. The next day the guy called me and said that he couldn t guarantee he could install and balance if I got there after 4:30 as most of his tire guys leave at 5pm. He said if I got there by 4:15 the next day that he could get it done in 30 minutes. At 4:07 the next day he tells me that he could get it done as quickly as possible but still could take until 6pm. He said he has no idea the work that is going to come in and no idea how long before they could get to my car. Then why would you tell me to be there before 4:15 so that it could be done in 30 minutes?

I paid $22 for them to basically turn on my car and not inspect anything.I heard screaching they stated they didn't hear anything and that was it.When picking up my car I asked them did they inspect it they said no because there was no noise nothing was wrong with my car.Now I have an appointment at a different place hopefully I can get some answers.Thanks for nothing.I thought paying $22 they would at least inspect my belts to make sure that my belts were OK I'm very unsatisfied and I won't go back to this location.When I dropped my car off I stated to 2 different people that I wanted a full inspection of my car that was not done.By the way.I paid $25.61 for 2 Uber trips to and from this TireMan. I feel that they should refund my Uber and my "inspection" this really upset me.

I was in a DESPERATE SITUATION, my tire busted while in route to dropping off my nephew's to school and I was able to pull into Tire Man right before they opened and was put first on the work order resulting in my tire being replaced within a hour. They gave me excellent customer service and they also gave me a discount considering my situation. I truly truly appreciate when I encounter professional and courteous customer service!.

They looked at my car for me no charge and even helped find someone to buy it as junk when I couldn't fix it. They were so helpful and nice in this stressful time. Someone even looked for something for me in my glove box when I couldn't get to my car. These guys were awesome and I will be letting them work on my new car!

I had decent service the first day I was there. When my vehicle was taken in to be done, it was noted that it would take a while due to being short staffed. However, it took over 3 1/2 hours to be completed. I was provided a discount due to this inconvenience. It would have been nice to be informed so I could have left and been called when the vehicle was done.

Staff is very friendly and very courteous and I appreciate that. I have been bringing my cars here for oil changes and tire issues for years upon years. Yes the wait is longer than the drive-thru oil change companies, but I trust these guys so I don't mind waiting.Yesterday I came out from work to a tire that was 90% flat I drove straight to Tireman it was nearly 5:00 p.m. and they worked me in as if I had an appointment, it saved the day for me. My tire was unrepairable, I left with 2 much needed new tires.Kudos to the entire crew!I went back for another tire installation and staff does not disappoint! Even while working short staffed they do their best and that works for me! Thank you!!

This was the worse experience I ever had. Zero stars. Came in for a brake inspection. The passenger side brake cylinder was bad. When I came back to get the car because of the crazy price I was quoted. The brake cylinder on the other side was completely blown. So not only did I not get it fix they messed up my car more. I will never use them again and will suggest any other shop besides Tireman.

Service here is not good. I had an appointment for 10am to put a new tire on my vehicle. Got there at 10 was told it would be a few hours. I said I need it done by 4pm and they assured me that would be no problem. I return at 4 and they haven t even started. Didn t get my vehicle back until 5:30. I kept asking what s the point of an appointment if it s going to take 7 hours to just put a new tire on? I d rather pay more somewhere else and have them actually honor their schedule.

I ve gone to Tireman for the last few months, and they consistently make great effort to help me as much as possible. They help to accommodate to my schedule, they charge fair prices, and do good work! My only complaint is the length of time it requires to get your vehicle back. As everyone and their brother wants to use Tireman to get their auto work done, they always have a long list of customers to help. Nonetheless, they work well and help a ton!

I was sold immediately by the kind people I spoke to on the phone. I needed a brake inspection & was so happy to hear they did free inspections. They were so respectful & courteous. Highly recommend going here for your car woes.

I took my SUV in to have a nail removed from a tire. I left it there around 9:30 AM and was told I would get a call back later that morning or early afternoon. I didn t get a call until around 4:30 PM when they told me that they could not repair the tire. I did notice a lot of cars there when I dropped it off. Although I was not happy with the time it took to hear back or the answer about the tire, I was provided with good customer service from the person working the counter. I called back this morning to talk about replacement tire options and he took all of the time that I needed and answered of all my questions patiently.

The customer service men were wonderful. AAA told me by battery was dead and needed replacement. I took it to Tireman Auto Service and my battery was fine, It was a bad alternator. Durango is running great! Thank you Tireman employees for your honesty and good service.

Tireman Auto was great. They installed my runflat tire and balanced it fast. Also they did a good job and were friendly. I will go their again.I went their again. Had another tire installed. They did a good job. They found a crack in my rim and referred me to majestic auto where I got my rim welded and fixed. I am back on the road now and happy.

At the last minute, l discovered a leak in my tire, just before a 2 1/2 hour drive to Columbus the next day. They fit me in, found two holes in my tire, & they did their best to expedite my tire repair. I was pleased with their service, & grateful that l was able to travel without concern because of it. I wouldn t hesitate to use their services again.

I had no appointment and a bolt in one tire. The advisor was honest that it could be up to 2 hours wait time.He kept me aware of the status and was very caring and pleasantThe tire was repaired and the vehicle parked.I would have given 5 stars, but the technician didn t fill the other tires as I had requested. I had to return to fill them
