I bought a beautiful car from a terrific salesman, Wally. He made sure I knew how to use all the, new to me, gadgets, sometimes more than once. The whole process from sales to financing was seamless. Everyone was very helpful and worked together to make sure I was a happy customer. I would highly recommend Tiffin Ford for your next car.

Came in for a visit to get my pano sunshade fixed on my 2020 MKZ. Within 10mins the issue was diagnosed and I setup an appointment to get it fixed. They had the whole thing fixed within 4hr and they even took my vehicle to the dealership to do the needed maintenance on the car. They went above and beyond for me and they didn't even know me. The crazy thing is it was covered under warranty so I didn't even have to pay them but they still treated me as a family member.Keep up the great work everyoneKenneth

Service department is clean staffed with several service advisors so no waiting when I came in. They listened to my concerns, scheduled me into the shop quickly, kept me updated as to the progress being made and completed repairs timely. My car is less than 8 months old, purchased new from Reineke. That was an entirely different experience as no one was overly excited to help me order my new Explorer. I have had 2 instances with the service department in which they knew ahead of time what was wrong with the vehicle, had to schedule out a couple of weeks to have the work done, only to show up for the appointment to find that they never ordered the part, requiring another trip back. During one of the fixes, I got the car home, only to notice that there was a small dent along the hood that wasn't there prior to the appointment. I know because I hand washed it the night before taking it in. No one mentioned the incident. I will say, they fixed it the next day when I took it back and it looks like new. Really great experience buying a car from Sam. He was thorough, honest and went above and beyond expectations. It was not the car I originally wanted but am so happy with it! Highly recommend Sam and the dealership as a whole, will definitely be getting another car from them!

My fianc� and I always try to buy our vehicles from a Reineke dealership as the service is unmatched. They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Walter Cook is our favorite to work with as he knows almost every detail of any vehicle. We were indecisive of which SUV we wanted to buy and he led us in the right direction and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Every question we asked he had an answer for. Reineke dealerships and their car salesmen & saleswomen know how to take care of their customers!
