I will take my cars here from now on. These guys are amazing. I had an oil leak, and the last place that did my oil change stripped the oil drain plug. These guys took the time to go purchase a replacement and fixed my car. The total was less than the oil change people who stripped it.

This place was amazing. They treated me very well and those working there were very kind. Not only were they great at communicating, they made great suggestions while not being pressure sales-wise. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Some of the best service I have received in a very long time.

The 2 men running the shop were polite. I waited in line for 10 - 15 min behind 2 other cars, not bad.

Worse service I've ever had getting an oil change. They were unprofessional. No Communication I asked what the price was for 5w30 high milage to make sure I had enough on me cause I perfer to use cash over card they wouldn't tell me then they already had the oil draining and never told them to just wanted a price first and when I got home I had to retighten my oil filter cause they did not tighten it right and was leaking everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Only 2 people working when I went and still the fastest oil change ever. Very knowledgeable, kind staff. Very fair pricing and they even washed my front and back windshields! #1 spot in Tiffin.

Not overly happy with how unpleasant the two workers were. They took their sweet time coming to the garage door, and were not very friendly at all, and I didn t appreciate my hood being slammed so aggressively.Although quick, I will make sure I take the time to do my changes elsewhere or at home as I paid over $90 for fully synthetic.Service: Oil change

I ve been going here for all of my oil changes since we moved here last year. The service is always quick and everyone is always kind, knowledgeable, and professional! Randy and Tony always take such good care of my car and help me to know what services can help my cars longevity. Also, I appreciate how kind they are to my kids when they are with me. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about the customer service!

Never had a such a great oil change experience, until today! The new manager Randy, and lube tech Ryan, at the Tiffin location were super nice and very professional! It was definitely quick! I think in total I was in there for 6 minutes. However, I have a Chevy so I needed "full synthetic", the oil change cost nearly $90. Next time, I won't be in a hurry and I will pay much less elsewhere.

Went there Friday I wish I knew the guys name but I don t, he was the rudest most arrogant person I have ever met in my life . I will never go back as long as he is working there.

Polite, professional, fast, and intellegent. Peace of mind knowing your car is well taken care of is worth the couple of extra bucks you'll spend vs. the other options in town.

BEST OIL CHANGE EVER!! I used to go to Walmart but Pioneer is SO FAST!! I didn't even have to get out of my car. Awesome service!

The guys that work there are great. Wish owners would fix lift so tires could be rotate. Come on owners get it together.

The only thing that's missing is an air freshener...but heyyy I can't complain about the prices.... reasonable in 2023

This oil change company is filled with disgustingly rude people! On top of the poor customer service, the guys that changed my oil overtightened the emptying screw where the oil drains from the bottom of the oil pan, and stripped the nut out. The only fix is a new oil pan, which costs nearly $500. If you can, avoid service from this shoddy oil change place.
