Friendly and cool there. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is 2.6 miles away. They came and picked me up! Easy in easy out.

Good group of people out there. I went to pick up a truck for my company and the staff were all helpful. They pointed me in the right direction and help me find the truck in their huge lot. The truck had been sitting for months and needed a jump. They had no issues helping me out with that.

The reason I chose Palfinger USA to build my 1st crane was the fact that they had 1) a great product built in North America 2) a world class facility. 3) engineers that can think outside the box and are capable of building you a 100% stable crane truck 4) employees willing to stand behind their product with unmatched service and courtesy. Cranes are big, expensive, complicated machines with lots of high tech parts. Things break sometimes (usually my own fault) and I've never had a problem getting service or parts within a day or two. Since then I've purchased 2 more cranes from Palfinger USA and each time it was a good experience. In a nutshell: 5 stars in every respect.

I have been to other crane builders and I can say Tiffin Palfleet has the largest and most capable shop of any of them. They are competent and reliable, when there are issues they have the techs and knowledge to fix it right the first time. Uptime is one of the most important things we need and they have the parts in stock for nearly every unit. Its hard to tell what someone really is with "social media persona" these days but they are still the best. Take a drive and see the shop for yourself.

Very nice, newer facility with an excellent staff. These knuckle boom cranes are able to handle nearly any job you can come up with. Give them a call to see how they can solve your lifting problems.

DO NOT BUY PALFINGER PIGGY BACK FORK LIFTS. We bought two new GT55 piggy back lifts that have been a total nightmare. From day one the machines were falling apart, bolts loose hydraulic lines loose, mounting bolts breaking. The steering pistons have literally burst 3-4 times leaving gallons of hydraulic oil on customers properties. The hydraulic control valves have gone bad at least once on both machines in the first few months. Its a good thing we kept our old machines because for the first year the old machines were back on the truck more than the new machines. We have had these machines now for almost 4 years with the promise that Palfinger was developing a totally new design machine. We were assured, promised, buy the people in charge that they would replace these Lemons with the new model when they came out. Buy the way these models were discontinued and the staff involved in the design of this model were all terminated.For the last four years we were constantly promised that as soon as the new model came out they would make good for these machines. One of the individuals making these promises was Tim Arkilander and others. Now for the last three months we have been trying to call anyone in charge including Tim Arkilander to no avail. They dont even have the common decency to return calls and discuss the issue. Rather they have had the local rep in New Jersey call and offer fair trade value on these machines toward new machines. These machines cost me $ 48,000.00 a piece now they have insulted my intelligence by offering $ 20,000.00 toward the price of the the new $ 54,000.00. machine. We have constantly asked when the new machines were coming out and it took Palfinger almost four years to develop and come out with the new model. Even one of the local dealers who did some of the repair work wrote up that the problems with our machines are not acceptable for a new machine.So if you are even looking at any equipment from Palfinger think twice because they don't stand behind their equipment and don't live up to their promises. In fact they should be a part on Shame On You!!!! The only reason they got one star is because I can't do negative stars or no stars. OK Palfinger feel free to call Me but I know you are a bunch of Spineless individuals.

We ordered our pk33002 Treemek in 2016. From our first experience we have been nothing but impressed with Palfinger USA. From their communication to their fabrication precision the Tiffin outfit is an all around 5 star company. Highly recommend having them handle your next build and service any existing builds.

We were deciding on which brand of crane to buy, and Palfinger really proved to be in a class of its own. We wanted the most technologically advanced, with the best support, and after having owned and run our Tree Mek we can confidently say we made the right choice!

The best crane trucks and tractors to roll out of the united states come from tiffin Palfinger. Best service a guy could ask for. Top welders and mechanics as well. Leaves the sompetition in its dust.

Come check out a new crane, or talk with the guys about the new features of all the new equipment. Come talk to them about signing up for the NCCCO class (written exam and practicals)

Palfinger - Tiffin Loader paired our truck with a knuckleboom crane along with a grapple & saw head. It is an amazing asset to have in our fleet with particular jobs being safer and smarter. All these trucks have some difficulties getting in and out of set ups because of size and room available so being creative is key. Make sure to have extra GVWR & GCWR in case you want to carry items on the bed and pull a trailer behind your straight truck. Definitely Recommended.
