My stepdad bought a car here about a year ago, as soon as i started driving the car (shortly after we bought it) we found out that it has MULTIPLE oil leaks, along with MANY other problems. Now im spending even more money on this damn car to get it fixed when the dealer never told us about the problems.

Sold me an absolute garbage car! We had to put over 7k into it in repairs in less than 3 months of owing it and it still isn't right. Attempted to cut a deal with this dealership and he pretended to not even remember the sail. Don't buy here!

What dealership does not allow test drives on a used vehicle. Told me I had to have an accepted loan or cash before I could test out the one I was interested in. Very over priced rust buckets fill the entire lot! Every car I test drove had a list or problem. A chevy crew cab 4x4 that has oil lights and engine lights pop up after a mile drive. We also test drove a volts wagon with a steering wheel with a bad steering linkages. I work hard for my money, and this place will never see a penny of it. Tiffin Auto Mart may be pricey. But at least your not buying a piece of junk you'll be regretting as soon as you drive off the lot.

I bought a 2016 Ford Escape here last week and it s been phenomenal! I drive long distance a lot and this vehicle has been a treat on the highways!I also love their dog Paris! She s so sweet and adorable!

I didn't even want to rate a one star for this place. My son a bought a car from here and didn't even drive it a week and it already needs a new motor. He's 18 and now he has a car that's gunna cost more to fix then what he paid for it. I will never refer anyone to this place! It's a shame he sells cars like that to people.

I bought a car at this place in January 2023 and not only was it the worst experience ever... they charged me 3000 more then what kelly blue books says it's worth! I will never recommend anyone to this place.

Of my 50 years of buying cars off and on, I have never had a worst experience, these guys want you to think they are christians, I would suggest they look up the definition, bought car online trusting what they said, shipped to my location had a gas leak bordering on blowing up, muffler fell of due to excessive rust, they obviously never looked under car! 53,000 miles, yeah right! Never buy a car here trust me. Mark Scott

If I could give them zero stars I would. The car had front-end problems before I bought the car.They kept the car and extra week to fix the front end. Bob the owner claimed they fixed the problem. No such luck. Pulled out the car lot front end still bad. I'm stuck for 1/2 the price of the cost to fix it. With the incompetent mechanic who didnt.fix.it initially.Never go to this scammer

I cannot say thank you enough to Bob and Mike and everybody at Integrity Automall!! What a blessing it was to get my car from them!! Awesome customer service in every way!! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a car/truck,etc.!! I didn't take buying a car lightly, I checked out ALOT of places and prayed about it!! God answered my prayers with a great car that fit my price range, and a great fit for me and my family and the miles were WAY BELOW anything I expected!! God bless you all!!

Found a great used car, and took it too a mechanic in town said it was pristine other than than a minor problem with the brackets for the exhaust and a couple little things . My wife and I went back thinking we would try to get them to split the cost of the repairs, but they said no problem we will fix it here at the shop. They weren t pushy when we were looking. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them again. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would

Everything was great at first. Had a repair or two done on the car I bought from them. But then the same issue kept popping up. My steering kept having issues. I let Integrity Auto Mall have two tries at fixing that. Third time it happened I decided to take my car to my family mechanic. They found that not only was it not the right parts that barely worked for my car but a host of other problems including but not limited to BUNGEE CORDS holding parts together.That's NOT Integrity. And when my mechanic called to ask about the "fixes" he was given the run around.Not impressed.

We went down there to look at a 2001 Toyota RAV4 and we had an appointment with a mechanic to get it looked at so, we went to take the vehicle to the appointment and didn't even get around the block before we found major issues with the car. When the salesman started the car, the exhaust had an obvious leak and it had white smoke coming from the tailpipe. Now it is wintertime and it's cold but, the exhaust would clear up a bit and look less milky but this one didn't. We were told that and I quote this, "I wouldn't let you drive a car that I wouldn't let my kids drive." The tires had less than roughly 25% of their tread on them and the website said that it had at least 75% tread left on them. The next issue we encountered with the car was that the brakes were spongy to the point where my husband had to pump them a couple times to stop at a stop sign. The pedal nearly was touching the floorboard. When we put the car into drive, the gear shifter moved very easily. So you know whenever you switch from park to drive you should hear a click through each gear that you pass through? Well, this car didn't do that. Also, for the cherry on top, the car was loud and had a rough idle like it needed new spark plugs. Did I mention that they wanted almost 4 grand for this vehicle?!? Please whatever you do, don't go here. You'll get screwed over for a hunk of junk car.

I've bought a couple of cars from Integrity, and was always pleased. The owner, Bob, is a very good guy and is quite easy to deal with. Definitely recommend checking out Integrity if ya need an affordable ride, and tell Bob I said hello!

The very WORST place to purchase a vehicle and/or to have your vehicle worked on. I wish I could post pictures. Took my wife's van there to get worked on a month after we purchased it from there. Come to find out, in the storage compartment was standing water and mold. Found the electrical problem and why wife and kids kept getting sick. It was from all the mold.

Will never go back. Bought a vehicle from him (Bob). He said nothing wrong with it that he knew of. Got in the radio didn't work. Came back told him talked him down a little on price. Paid for the vehicle got it home I drove it to Lima for school ran out of gas. Gas gauge didn't work it read full, finally got it to school got it on a jack, rack is going out, fuel tank leaks, rear valve cover gasket leaks, transmission pan leaks. I didn't notice any of this the day I bought it because it was down pouring. The power steering pump went out a week later and the back struts was bad. So called him and he refused to fix any of it and then I get to looking at my title he never lowered the price to what we agreed on. He had me under the understanding that it was all tax and everything that brought it to that price no. He lied. I have never been so mad in my life. He lies, he steals and he makes you believe he such a wonderful man. Yea your a joke and one day you will have to answer for everything you have ever to to all of us people you have screwed over. I hope you enjoy all the Money you are stealing from everyone. I hope everyone reads this and takes my advice and never buys from you. I don't want another family to be take advantage of like mine was.

Bought a Volkswagen convertible from them, nice guys, but car was dirty when picked it up, inside out and they were suppose to put on boot inside trunk. Which they did not do. Took to get oil changed and it was very very dirty, guess I expected them to do at least that. Took to mechanic because leaking oil, main rear gasket needs replacing ($1,000). Very disappointed they don t clean up their cars and don.t check them out. Won t be using them ever again.

I bought my Kia Soul from there about a year ago! Loved the entire experience. They gentlemen, mechanics and salesman, were all patient and helpful. Not once did I feel like I was asking to many questions nor did they make me feel like I was just some unknowledgeable female buying a vehicle. I am exploring possible buying another vehicle this year (my Kia still runs amazing and I still LOVE it but I have a new driver in my home again) and I am defiantly keeping an eye on their stock! Plus the on the windsheild is makes me smile!

This place is a joke stay away!!!! Check engine light came on the day we boughg it. They fixed a sensor, he left engine light came back on. Fixed it yet again he left and the engine light is back on!! Hes refusing to fix it. He sells junk and is rude and disrespectful when we paid cash for the car!!!! Will never go back again!!

Cleared a code on the truck my husband purchased. Light came on within 16 hours after purchase. Husband took it in and the mechanic hooked it up to check on why light was on. My husband walked up as he was removing it and asked what it showed . Mechanic said oh I don t know, I didn t look. Poor salesmanship and doesn t honor their word. Place is filthy as well

Awesome owners and sale reps will try and help you on any ways .... honesty and truly integrity may be buy here pay here or cash but at the same time you don't know what type a vehicle you get unless youe smart shopper but st the end they are honest and they try to fix anything before selling awesome job and great people

was helpful. but when the truck he sold me. had major probleoms not even after having it a full day. he refused to fix the probleom. wanted me to pay for it to get fixed. i wouldnt recommend this dealer ship to anyone.
