Called the day after Christmas because my check engine light popped on. They got me in right away and diagnosed the issue and fixed it that day! The price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be using them as my go-to car repair shop going forward

Called around to other shops and everyone gave me the run around no one would do a brake line bleed and ABS Module reset for me, called Randy and he got me in same day. I recently bought a vehicle from owner Mr Fitch. He was a great. He gave me all info on car and was very honest! He was very patient! And he even stored the vehicle for me for couple weeks free of charge, he even helped with being available to release car for shipping. Hes a great guy to do business. Honest,informative, helpful and patient. Would not hesitate to do business with him again!

I had recently took my f150 to fitch's to have it looked over, Randy and the team looked it over gave me estimates on everything and even helped me to prioritize the repairs so I could stay budgeted throughout the process. The truck needed several repairs and a few more gremlins were found along the way. Randy and his team were patient and professional even when I was regrettably not and did quality work each and every time, got me back on the road quickly and came in at or under estimate on all the work. Really appreciate the team there and would recommend them to anyone for any repair. Great job all around and thank you to the team at Fitch's.

I am always cautious when picking where I am going to take my cars for service. I heard good things about Fitch's so I gave them a try. Randy and his crew have always been honest with me and fixed issues that no other shop could seem to repair. I am now taking all my automotive needs to Randy's shop.

I got a diagnosis and a quote for what ultimately ended up as having to get my fan and fan belt motor replaced. He let me know when I first called it would be a few days til he could get it in. Once it was in, I got a call within a few hours about the problem and a quote. I approved the quote and the repair took only a few hours more. His supplier had the part handy and it was installed same-day. Very impressed by his speed, the cleanliness of the garage area, and his accurate quoting. Will definitely be back!

Great guy, n staff iv known his sence he was at cars in tiffin ging the to get a new coil over suspension on my car , they do OUTSTANDING work there reasonable rate too

My son had an alternator put in his car. After a few weeks, the car electricals were a little shaky. We took it back out, and it turned out to be a bad ground wire. They made it right at no additional charge. They stand behind their work.
