I have gone to courtesy auto from the minute they opened their doors..always have given me fabulous service..my car did not start at tiffin mall one time and they were closed but mechanics still there .they came right over and got car started....talk about customer service..!!!It has never changed from the beginning ..they would take me to work and pick me after ...a mechanic lived on my road, 8 miles from tiffin..he picked up my car and brought it home...even if I didn't work that day....wish I could give 20 stars and more.TRY THEM...YOU WILL BE SHOWN THE WAY IT USED TO BE....WHEN PEOPLE CARED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!.

These guys are the best!! They are always honest and fair. They do quality, outstanding work. They want to make sure that you're safe driving your car and they give you so much good information on how to maintain it. I highly recommend them! I do not know any of them outside of them working on my automobiles so this is an honest and fair review!!

I called trying to make a last minute appointment and even though they were booked for the next two weeks, they were still very sweet and tried to work out a time to squeeze me in. Great customer service and I'll definitely be coming here if I need anything else in the future.

I took my car to another auto shop for regular check up & they told me several things i needed to have repaired . It would be pretty costly for me.I was in doubt of their price quotes & recommendations. I came to courtesy Auto..turns out I know the owner. They check my car over thoroughly & gave me quotes for further repairs & changed a light bulb & a cabin filter that no one EVER changed before. It was filthy. Price quotes are reasonable & they showed me everything that needed to be done. They're friendly , knowledgeable. I'm changing my choice of auto repair shops to local businesses. LJH.

Had the motor in 2004 ram replaced with a remanufactured motor and couldn't be happier. Truck runs great. Once the new motor arrived they had it in my truck and running in a day. Pricing is extremely fair

Awesome service. When I called i was told itd be a 3 week wait but if I wanted to take the gamble they could possibly get it in sooner. Had it towed out and they were able to get it in within just a couple days. Took the car in for running rough issues. They found the problem(broken intake valve spring) had it fixed and road worthy. Now she runs better than she did before the issue. New spring valve cover gasket and carbon build up cleaned out. At the end of the day after was said and done $394 dollars. Thanks guys.

Good work! Good people! My husband took our suv to get checked out(check engine light popped on) and they fixed the problem for us. If your new in town or just need a reliable shop to do good work this is the place!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

We are new in town and needed to find someone to work on our SUV. Dave at courtesy was great. I Dropped my car off in the morning and the work was done around noon. Prices were reasonable, but more importantly the customer service is honest and fair. Not to mention my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! I will be returning for all future auto work.

We come here for most of our repairs. Always good service, always good attitudes. They work very fast we got our van back the same day and they had a full parking lot. It's hard to find good autoshops I wouldn't go anywhere else

Car reapirs are not cheap, so go to the place that does the work right every time. I have never had an issue nor have I ever felt talked down to. Highly recommend.

I brought my Yukon XL in here last spring while making a stop in Tiffin on a long road trip. Dave and the staff at Courtesy Auto Repair were very honest and professional and their prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair.

What a beautiful course. We also had a family get together while there and everyone raved about the space and the location. I am sure we will go back for future gathering, and golf ofcourse.
