The staff at Alpine did an absolutely phenomenal job with my car door!! After my sister backed into my car we took it to a few body work shops but Alpine was the best by far. The service was personable, very pleasant and Andrew was terrific to work with! I ended up needing to get a new door, which Alpine found, and you wouldn't have any idea my car was ever hit after their team finished with everything. My dad and I were both floored on how wonderful a job their staff did!! My car was done in a few short days and it was well worth the wait. Clearly a lot of attention to detail had gone into fixing my car and it was greatly appreciated. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. 10 out of 10! I can't recommend this great shop highly enough!!

Highly recommend Alpine. Andrew and all the staff are great. They will work really hard for you. They care about your needs and will do what is right. Which can be hard to find sometime. They fully explain every step and you know you are getting great service. I will be using them again in the future when needed and recommend everyone should use them. Thanks Alpine!!!!!!!

Great customer service! Andrew is very customer oriented and goes above and beyond to provide the very best service. Not to mention, my car looks brand new! They ve done phenomenal work on my car twice now and I will never go anywhere else.

Andrew did a great job making sure I was satisfied! He got everything done in a timely manner and made my bumper look brand new! He did a great job keeping me updated during the process. I was very pleased with Alpine and their work. I took my Jeep there to get some rust and other miscellaneous issues fixed with the paint. I was quoted months prior to bringing it in and despite adding a few things and making changes, they did their best to keep me as close to that original quote. Overall, good work and Andrew was great to work with, very personable and friendly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Could not have been more happy with my experience here and with Andrew. Having been told by another shop my car could be a total loss, I was fearing the worst. Andrew spent time with me discussing the options and process and at no point made me doubt I could trust him. They kept me well updated on the repairs. When I got the car back, I couldn t believe how it looked- they did an EXCELLENT job and worked with the insurance company directly. I will recommend this to anyone in my position. Had the best experience with Alpine and their amazing staff! I had to drop my car off for two days to get repairs after an accident. They were so easy to schedule with and communicated very well throughout the entire process! When I picked my car up, it looked brand new. They went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my car as well. These guys are very nice people and did an amazing job with my car. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend the team at alpine. I had a front end accident a few months back and a different body shop improperly repaired my vehicle. I took it to Andrew and his team to correct it and they knew exactly the best steps to take as well as finding imperfections that I wasn t even aware of. Everything was made very clear and I was kept up to date the whole time. They put a lot of attention into even the smallest details and really worked hard to ensure it came out perfect. I m very happy with my results and intend on being back with any future issues.Service: Body & Trim

I took my 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee into alpine after a car accident at the end of December. We knew it was a lot more damage then what the eye could see. Insurance was very insistent that the damage was nothing major and low balled the estimated repairs. Alpine auto was quick with their quote to insurance. Insurance proceeded to want vehicle fixed, so car was waiting for an opening in the schedule to have the final estimate of repairs. Once he was able to start pulling the Jeep apart he found additional damages. Again very professional in dealing with our insurance company to send the additional repair costs. After it was all said and done insurance totaled the vehicle. However we plan to use alpine in the future for any cosmetic repairs on vehicles. Very friendly and easy to work with!

After my wife hit a deer. We took her car to alpine. Expecting our car to be down a month or more was stressful. but Alpine kept us so informed that stress went away. Great service and they had our car done after a week and a half.

Great customer service, Andrew and his team stayed in contact and gave updates, and it never felt like we didn't know what was going on. We always felt that they were advocating for the best service for us, even when the car had to leave their property. After the exceptional service we received there, our car had to go on to a dealership for another issue to be corrected, when it was returned, they found a scratch and they replaced that part without hesitation. We would absolutely recommend Andrew and Alpine Auto to everyone for their body shop needs.

I could not have asked for a better experience then the one that I had with Andrew and Alpine. He genuinely cares about people and takes the time to get to know you. You do not get the feeling of just being rushed through the process like you do at so many shops where they treat you like a number. Not only does my bumper look brand new but the paint job that he put on it looks like it just left the factory floor. I would recommend anyone go to Andrew for any type of bodywork or collision repair.Not only is he professional and compassionate, but his work takes a backseat to no one. If I EVER need anything done to my truck again, I ll be bringing it straight to Andrew and the folks at Alpine! Not only did they do a fantastic job, they also bent over backwards to get parts that are back ordered nationally and got my truck shiny and new, back to me in less time than I thought it would take. They did a chrome delete and fixed up a couple spots that needed some attention on my 07 Tundra. Andrew and Tony were great to work with and really know Toyota's. I was thrilled with the results!

This body shop is a hidden gem for all vehicles. We were very happy from start to finish with this shop. Our SUV got really banged up in a local wind storm & had a lot of dings, dents & smashed windshield. We had a horrible experience previously with a big dealership body shop, so we were trying to avoid those. Alpine was recommended by a friend so we called to check their availability. They were so nice & got us in the next day. They said it would take 3 weeks, but finished in a week. They found dings we didn't even see. The paint job was Amazing, they matched it perfectly. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The owner was amazing & loves what he's doing. I highly recommend this shop for all body needs. They are fast, very attentive & priced reasonably.Service: Body & Trim

Andrew worked with us on our auto claim for an accident and he was fantastic! He did perfect match up paint on our drive side door and fender! Best customer service I could possibly get from someone! My Dad took my 2010 Honda Insight here to get rust repair work done and I am so happy with how it turned out! The owner was very kind and accommodating and communicative with my Dad through the entire process! We will definitely be back for our car detailing and auto body work in the future.

Alpine auto body is a real class act. I've never parked at a car shop and have been actually impressed by the look and the atmosphere. The owner is a very humble, but very skilled and nice guy. Most places treat you like a pain or waste or time. I will only be taking my car to Alpine from now on!

One of the only decent places in Rootstown, and we don't have much so it's nice to have somewhere actually good to go to. Service was fast, done swiftly and I have no complaints about the finished product.The owner is very friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend this shop for your car needs.

Excellent customer service and great communication throughout the whole process. The owner Andrew is a real class act. I had a hood custom painted and didn't give them a color code to go off of and just told them what I was looking for and they nailed it.
