We accidentally ran over this brush in front of the Richwood Bank. It punctured a hole in our tire. Thank God it was a slow leak. We made it over to Richwood Tire & Auto Center without an appointment. They had us back on the road in 20 minutes. They are an amazing local company and really go out of their way for the community. We have been taking our different vehicles there including my mother-n-laws van and have always had excellent customer service. Thanks again Richwood Tire! You saved the day! Much appreciated, The Andersons

First place I always call. Tracy and Micha are very nice and always take in to consideration cost of everything. They don't add on crazy stuff. They fix what you need and always give me options on what I am wanting to do before just doing something and telling me later

We had an awesome experience with Tracy, Dawn, and their team members at Richwood Tire and Auto. We needed a quick brake repair and oil change and they were able to help out on super short notice. They were kind on the phone and in-person. Excellent service!!! Communication with the shop was excellent as well!!! Mike, one of the technicians, stayed in contact with me about what was going on with my car and what repairs were needed. Overall, very satisfied with Richwood Tire and Auto.

Very knowledgeable guys. They know what they are doing and will give you their best. They are also priced very well. And everyone there is very nice and polite. I will recommend this place to any one who needs auto work.

These guys are really honest and not just after your money. My car has been doing something that we can't pin down the cause of because it won't act up at the shop. One of the mechanics actually told me not to keep trying to get it fixed because my car is old, it was coming up on winter, and he was relatively sure it was related to heat. They've been as helpful as possible with the three visits I've had with them.

Have been working on my vehicle for a number of years. Very friendly, resonibly priced, get me in as quick as possible, very good at explaining what's wrong and what they will do to fix the problem, guesstimate of when vehicle would be completed and stuck to it and after the fix what they did and found other issues and brought them to my attention. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Got my car right in and aligned when I was on a tight schedule. Very fast and extremely reliable. They will not try to sell you on things you do not need what you need is what you'll get nothing extra.

I purchased a used truck from someone who had the engine replaced here. The person I bought it from picked the truck up directly from Richwood Tire and Auto Center before showing it to me. There were a lot of things that were not done properly when they replaced the engine. Without getting into too much detail they did not properly sync the computer to the engine which resulted in driveability problems and a check engine light that had to be corrected by a Ford scan tool. Either they didn't have the proper equipment or they didn't know better either one is unacceptable . Anyone who knows anything about modern Ford's understands that anytime a clutch transmission or engine is replaced it must be synced with the computer . They forgot to connect one of the main vacuum lines which caused the brake booster to not work correctly and the four-wheel drive system to malfunction. They also left one of the transmission to engine bolts loose and didn't tighten it. All of these things would be fairly serious to someone who doesn't have mechanic ability, luckily I was able to remedy them myself with the exception of the computer programming. I'm not sure if someone new was working on the vehicle but these kind of major oversights while replacing an engine are completely unacceptable considering the amount of money that was paid in labor.

I couldn't rave more about the level of professionalism and automotive expertise that I have experienced over the years of doing business with the Richwood Tire and Auto Center. They have kept my personal vehicles as well as my business fleet on the road for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

Called for a quote to have them Mount and balance a tire for me and they told me it d be Over a week before they could get me in to mount one tire.
