I had new tires put on my Jeep and overall, I had a very good experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center at their Ranenna location.I made my appointment at 7:00 am (the beginning of their operating hours). They did not unlock their doors to let customers in until about 7:10. I actually called them at 7:05 and they told me they couldn't open up until a higher up came in. However, it was worth the wait.Once they opened things up, they were very friendly and got to work on my Jeep. Before I knew it, they had my tires replaced and I was on my way.The tires I bought were Goodyear Reliants and Walmart had them on sale for a very reasonable price. Before choosing Walmart I had done some online price comparisons, and having my tires replaced at Walmart saved me about $250.00.I am very pleased with the tires I bought and the service I was given. I will not hesitate to use the Ravenna Walmart Auto Care Center in the future.

Went in to get my oil changed they said it would take 20 minutes that someone would contact me when ready got no call went up to counter almost hour later and was told called wrong number. Than got in my car and oil all over my steering wheel. The guys in the shopwere very rude and disrespectful. Yes I was mad but gave them no right to start laughing at anyone especially someone that is elderly and disabled. Then got in it a week later to go some were and heard something dragging and they didnt even sercure the felt paper back underneath properly. I will never do bussiness with Walmart again. I was a loyal customer. Called customer service the day of my oil change and filed a complaint the day I had my oil changed and was told someone would contact me in 1 to 3 bussiness day. It been 7 days and no call. Very unsatisfied customer. Will not recommend anyone to do business with them..was very rude and laughed at me when I left because I was very mad. STAY AWAY! The automotive staff (especially Ariel) is rude, condescending, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Worst customer service experience ever! I ended up going to the customer service desk to get a refund on the tires I purchased because I didn't trust that they would do a good job with the installation, or worse, sabotage the install. Last time I ever go to a Walmart.

Stopped in today at 10 till 6 to buy 4 new tires and was turned down cause they said it takes over hour to change 4 tires. Both tire bays were empty. No customers waiting for tires. Only had oil change they were working on. . Manager in auto care said they close at 7 but shut down early to clean up so they can be off the clock at 7. Why not just close at 6 then. Pure laziness

I was picking up some tires I had purchased online. The manager was unfriendly & barely spoke to me. She made me wait while she argued with an employee about some unrelated infraction. She had trouble locating my tires. When she finally found my tires she left them outside. She didn't offer to help me load them.

Came in for an oil change after being turned away at another Walmart, and they were super nice and accommodating. I was in and out within 15 minutes which was very convenient. Will probably come back for future service!

I would never recommend this place. Hopefully other Walmarts are better. Out of complete desperation and regretted every time

Honestly extremely thankful for whoever was working the night I came in. I needed tires and they were close to closing time but they let me get my tires put on. If they hadn't I would have had to wait till that following weekend to get them on. So I'm extremely thankful. They did take awhile but any tire place does so it was not an abnormally long wait or anything. The people were also very kind. They definitely deserve a 5 star review.

There was no mechanic when we arrived at 8. We were told they would be there at 10. Returned at 10 and there was still no mechanic. There were already 4 people ahead of us waiting too. I feel you need to pay and treat your mechanics better. Just saying they might show up if they made a living wage. We did not have any work done because of their unprofessionalism.

I have been here 3 times for an oil change. The first time was great. The second time I got the standard oil change specifically because it included vacuuming the interior, which they did not do and lied about it when I came back to tell them. The third time I went with my S.O. to get his oil changed and two new tires. They did the oil change fine, but we walked around the store for 1.5 hours waiting for them to call until we decided to go back and check on the status of the car. They said they couldn't get the tires off and they did call, which was not true. I absolutely won't be recommending them to anyone else.

Good grief, I waited 3 hours just for a battery exchange!! I unfortunately had to wait that amount of time, because they had the right tools to blast off the corrosion on the terminals from the old battery and sadly they were cheaper than anyone else by $60! The cheaper price was paid for in time lost though! Hope I don't have to ever take my car here for anything ever again. They are ridiculously SLOW! Mechanics seem to work at a snails pace!

Came at 5 to get all four tires replaced. Was told to come back in an hour as they were swamped with cars, came back at 6:15, was told to schedule on another day as they were going to be closing. Scheduled for 3 the next day. Was then told they did not have my desired tires in stock so i had to upgrade to more expensive tires. Showed up 10 minutes early and the clerk was no where to be found, which is understandable as they have other things that need to be done. Turned in my car and then proceeded to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes get my tires change all while watching the mechanics start working on cars that just came in and leaving mine raised up without any tires. Was also with a lady who had been waiting 3 hours to get one tire changed. If you want your tires changed best look somewhere else. The staff was kind and respectful, I encourage you to get your oil changed here but nothing else

I unfortunately was initially disappointed with my visit!! I purchased a battery with the intentions of having them install it....the previous night I even verified with the employee working the auto service desk that this was going to be a viable option...he told me yes!! I went the next morning and purchased the battery and they proceeded to tell me that they would be unable to install it because of the location of the battery. I was frustrated because I had verified the night before that they would be able to do it. I voiced my frustration to Gemma and she was amazing!! She apologized numerous times and even offered some compensation. Thus the 3 star rating which was really only a 1....

I waited and waited and waited and waited, etc. Worst experience ever with "Wally World". I will never deal with them again. The way that particular department is managed should be dealt with immediately! I know I'm not the only one who has dealt with this particular store, so I'm sure there's more negative views on the way. Great job Walmart!

Went to have my two front tires changed because the passenger side tire had a hole in it and was completely flat. Went to go out the next day to find out they just swapped my front passenger tire and back passenger tire and the back was completely flat. Go somewhere that they know what they're doing and won't ripe you off!!!!

My daughter had a flat at kent state university. We drove from Massillon to help her get fixed, 40 minute drive. Called and they were very busy with tire replacements. Only few hours left open. They worked us in and replaced her tire. We are so appreciative they did this for us. They were busy and still worked us in. Thank you. Very kind and without doubt, hard working department and crew.

They refuse to give me an oil change because it was 2 hours until close and one out of the 4 guys was new. I waited 20 mins to get someone to even come to the desk just to til me no and they weren't busy at all.

The Lady went above and beyond to help me out not just calling 4 a riding chair. But going up front 2 get one 4 me and with that being said there should be at least 2 chairs back there at all times. And U may want 2 update ur chairs.

I have had some bad service from this location before. So I was planning for the worst but to my surprise I had the best service. I was in and out in 20 minutes with my tire rotation. So thankfully. Department worked so well together.

Tires don't even last 12,000 miles pathetic..thought maybe it was a manufacturer defect so got new set after arguing with them it was supposed to be an 60,000 mile tire so they wouldn't replace them but gave me a buy one get one which should have been replaced for free same thing did not even last I'm a mechanic so before u think there was something wrong with my car causing the issue there isn't my car only had 30,000 miles practically brand new

Got my car battery here. Was having power issue from all the amplifiers and subwoofers in my car. But got a great battery with 3 yr warranty and my problem was solved for around $100! Can't complain bout that.

Let me put this into context first. I ordered 4 tires that were supposed to be delivered Saturday or Sunday, Monday I called and they magically came in. Monday evening 3:45 p.m. I went to have them mounted and balanced which shouldve taken about an hr. 3.5 hrs later still there and was told they were having issues mounting the tires to the rim (20" stock Dodge Ram rims). I was then told that they could put old ones back on or to give them an hour to get rest done. So 7 p.m. rolls around and they have only mounted 3 of 4 and I had to take the truck somewhere else because they said they couldnt do it for me. Really??? Do they not have the required tools to mount the tires that they sell? So at 8 p.m. i had 3 tires on driving on an old one having to take more time on Tuesday to finish what they couldnt. Huge dissapointment.

Waited 3 hours to patch a tire, they say they can't find anything in the passenger front tire, I told them I wasn't sure which tire was low, they said to check the other three they'll have to charge me three more times. Had I known i had to check which tire was low I would've done that prior.Edit: tried again when they weren't busy to give them benefit of the doubt. Took them 3 hours to change a tire and add oil

Aweful service, i waited 2 hrs for them to change 1 tire (by the way i had an appointment for at 2:00 and they still put people infront of me), only to find out they wouldnt touch it bc my breaks "needed serviced" even tho my car has a electrical problem that has nothing to do with the breaks at all! Piss poor auto care would not recomend

It was ridiculous I had to wait about 40 minutes just to pay my bill and there was no one in front of me! The woman was on the phone going back and forth and back and forth into the Isles had no idea what she was looking for and then run me out finally.
