No lies or gimics. Pricing was straight forward and fair. Walked away happy. I usually do my own auto work. Took my truck to Honest to take care of some thing out of my realm of knowledge. Did a great job. Definitely will be back.

Within 2 days from my initial call for repairs, my car was fixed. Very quick turn around. I was very impressed with Brittany's customer service and knowledge. The guy who I dealt with (sorry I don't know his name) took the time to ease my fears after i was screwed over by a shop in Kent. I would absolutely recommend Honest Auto to anyone and everyone. Honest work, Honest pricing, Honest people.

I wasn t able to put air in my tire today and was traveling to Michigan. I showed up at Honest Auto Repair and the staff helped me right away. They were able to air up the tire and get me on my way in under 10 minutes! They refused to take money or charge me for their time. They have my future business! Thank you!

I was referred here by a friend of mine. I have a newer model muscle car that needed a new cutch, so I was a little nervous at first (IYKYK). Bryan treated my car like it was his! He went above and beyond what many auto mechanics would do. Excellent service with great pricing and very professional! We go here for all of car repairs. They truly live up to their name. They never try to recommend unneeded services just to boost their sales and are always fairly priced. A neighbor recommended them to us after we had a couple bad experiences with other shops. We have been coming here ever since. Quality work!

Bryan is amazing, my car was having issue after issue, but he was able to fix it and made it way safer to drive.. highly recommend, prices are fair and he's very in depth on what's going on. I'll always bring my car back !!

A+++++ - Honest auto is the most straight forward place I have ever taken any of my vehicles. They tell you everything that is wrong/needs fixed, they have great attention to detail from scheduling apts all the way through to getting work done and their prices are extremely fair! Best auto shop in Ravenna. They fixed my window that wouldn't roll down and had it done fast. I also dropped a $50 bill without noticing, they checked the cameras and got in touch with me to let me know. They truly are honest!

Bryan was super helpful got us right in told us of the issue (wheel bearing) got it fixed and even let us know what to watch for. My wifes truck had wheel spacers and he explained that they make the bearings go out more often. Honestly could not be happier how we were treated and the price was fair. I will definitely be back when I need anything automotive done to any of my vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I tried getting an honest opinion of a problem I was having with my truck only every now and then and noone else could figure it out. It was pretty frustrating until I brought it to this shop and Bryan knew exactly what was going on before he even started the truck to take it for a test drive, which only confirmed what he diagnosed. I m so glad we found this place. We took our Jeep to the dealership for service and after them taking our money for things we didn t need and not fixing the problem, it was fixed right the first time here at Honest auto.

I was stranded with my daughter after hitting a deer 6 hours away from home. Honest Auto Service wasn't able to fit me in due to their busy schedule having no openings for two weeks, but considering the situation they worked me in and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate them working with me, it made an already stressful situation that much less terrible. I wish they were located near me, I would be a repeat customer, but I suppose if they were there wouldn't have been anyone to help me when I needed it the most. Thanks.

Took my car in for brakes and rotors. Price was amazing and they have warranty. It's a hot day and I have 2 young kids. Out of kindness they pulled my car up with the A/C on high and left my car running to cool down while they took my payment. I'll definitely be coming back. They are truly honest, hard working, men with great customer service.

Brian was wonderful! We were on a road trip when our tire pressure began to drop. We pulled off the highway and found Honest Auto Repair. They were pretty busy, but Brian was kind enough to stop what he was doing and put a new tire on our vehicle. He wouldn t accept our money when offered. Great service, great people. Thank you, Brian!

My SUV was making a lot noise and I'm not familiar with many auto shops in the area; so a friend of a friend recommended here and I'm glad they did. I was able to get in relatively quick, thanks to a cancelation. SUV got looked over, problem mentioned to me, and soon as I can I'll be taking it back to get fixed. I'm terrible at names but the two I spoke to were super nice and explained things in a way I understood (I'm car stupid lol). I highly, highly recommend Honest Auto.

Took my 2009 Nissan Murano to them, not knowing what the issue was. Brian figured out the issue and called quickly and was very upfront and honest about it all. Turned out being a pretty big job, being the front differential. All said and done they were very well priced and professional. Great place, great customer service. Will recommend to anyone!

Needed to replace my timing belt, water pump and tensioner for routine maintenance. The dealership wanted $1900. Honest was less than half that and far more affordable than other local shops. My entire experience was great. I called to get a quote and Bryan got back to me within 5 minutes with the price. Scheduled a month later and guess what? The price he quoted was what I paid. Dropped off at 8am, picked up 3pm the same day! Plus no "upsell" for more services or parts. The name says it all...HONEST!

Truly feel so blessed to have come across this company. always fast, reliable, and fairly priced which is always hard to find in car services, at other shops it always takes longer than they say, you have to bring it back or priced way to high. NEVER had to deal with any of that with Honest Auto, Service is amazing pricing is fair and they really are honest with what needs fixed right away and what can wait. i will NEVER use another Mechanic. Keep up the amazing work! Truly Honest & Fair Auto Services!

When my son s car died on the side of the road, the tow truck driver recommended Honest Auto. Bryan repaired his car quickly and at a VERY reasonable price. I started taking my cars there for maintenance (brakes, oil change, etc). They charge 1/2 of what dealers charge and the quality of work is impeccable. I would highly recommend Honest Auto for anyone needing auto repairs or maintenance.

I have had THE best experiences here. usually when I take my car to a mechanic I am never quoted anything under 300$ its ridiculous! and there is always add ons that I didnt expect, that cant wait, and hiked the price up. I'm so glad I found this place they're honest do great work and have fair pricing. Bryan will tell me if something can wait or if it needs fixed right away. I'm so glad I have found this Mechanic and I will NEVER take my car to anyone else! Thank you for the great honest fair service!!!! You have a customer for life! Finally found a mechanic I can trust.
