Because of my credit no bank would accept me,, so they offered me a ugly hooptie, that someone had traded in for one of thier Nice vehicle, that's the only way my credit would have been able to buy & accept a ugly hooptie Vehicle. ,, after I had turned the ugly hooptie trade N offered down,,, the car dealer sales lady told me I will not be able to get the vehicle that I wanted which was a pickup truck,,cause of my bad credit,,, the next 4 days I was able to buy here pay here at another car dealer too get what I wanted & that was a pickup truck

Definitely one of the best of the best in northeast Ohio. The haasz service team is incredible. They are very knowledgeable and respectful The quality of work is outstanding, they go above and beyond and do whatever it takes to get you back on the road safely! I highly recommend haasz automall of ravenna for your next service.

Great customer service. I called and spoke with someone named Tabby about an issue I was having with my car. I don t know much of anything about cars, but she explained things to me in a way that I actually understood and could follow. She was very helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions to make sure my problem and concern was resolved.

Service advisor, Kim Rafferty, and the whole service department crew at Haas Automall was fantastic. They did a recall repair on my auto. They scheduled a service appointment the minute the parts were in. They lent me a car for the three hours it took my repair. Blew a tire on the road and Kim Raferrty got it taken care of immediately. She was kind and courteous and was able to get me at an affordable price and back on the road. I purchased my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition from here in October of 2021. I've had my vehicle serviced with tire rotations and oil changes over the past 10 months. I've always received great service from them. The wait time is great too I've only had to wait for about an hour. They offer free beverages and snacks to their customers. The service staff is always friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place for purchasing a new vehicle and or service work! Keep up the excellent customer service! I had to have my oil and transmission fluid/filters changed. My 1500 is running and shifting great. Kim Rafferty showed amazing support for my service needs. I was made to feel as part of the family. Makayla Ritter is my adorable adopted daughter. She has exceptional knowledge of her job classification with her aptitude comes grace and kindness, she makes me smile every time I see her face, her skills and manners are impeccable. I could go on and on .. Don t loose her and I m sure she deserves a raise even though I do not know her salary.

I took my 2012 Toyota Camry to them and told them that it was shaking at 30 and 40 mph. I also told them that I thought it was the torque converter and that I wanted to know what was up. They called me saying it was the crankshaft sensor which I thought was great news and told them to go ahead and fix it. They then call me up later saying that it is in fact the torque converter as I suspected in the first place. That s $300 down the drain.

I purchased a car on 1/28/22.I worked with Lloyd and had a great experience.He was flexible with my schedule and accommodating. Due to my work schedule I could not get onsite easily. He was responsive to everything I asked and even returned my texts after hours. Would definitely recommend working with Lloyd!

Estimate was prompt and accurate. Service was quick and well done. People were pleasant and accurate. We were quoted a higher price and were pleasantly surprised that we came in lower due to one part of the service that was not necessary.
