What I thought to now, a week in, I was told the truck was thoroughly inspected with no issues, and yes, with a used car you ll have normal wear and tear, I shut my drivers door and my drivers window shattered because the pins were actually broken in the window that hold the window in place, my doors only locked when they want to and that is mainly because it is not a factory key, The tailgate doesn t open it is locked shut also because not a factory key, There is a terrible oil leak under the engine in my Truck is sitting in the shop with new tires being put on as well as an entire CV axle wheel, bearing and hub assembly and engine light on and loud knock noise in the engine, drove three days before needing to put over $1000 of work into the truck, definitely disappointed, can t drive it so it s a lawn ornamentWithin 24 hours we were able to test drive and get the loan all processed and drive away, Noah was absolutely amazing with everything from start to finish, wasn t a new truck but it definitely drives like one, thank you Noah for getting everything done and doing such an amazing job and being so understanding!! You helped the start to my dreams to starting my own business and for that you definitely have return services and many referrals coming your way!

We are ecstatic with our purchase! Ben, Justin and Mike were so helpful and made the process easy and smooth! The positive attitudes and knowledge on all the vehicles was incredible. I have dreamed of owning a Jeep Wrangler for as long as I can remember and the guys, especially Ben, made my dream come true! We appreciate the honesty and guidance through this process! Julia and Noah were great to deal with while buying a truck from out of state. Got picked up at the airport and brought to Haasz for a fast and smooth transaction.The workers at the dealership made you feel right at home.Was out of there in short time before heading back home with a good deal on my Ram truck. Would definitely buy from again.

As an out of state buyer I was a bit nervous about the process. After all I had been lied to multiple times by local dealers just to get me onsite. After confirming vehicle condition and price with Julie I booked a one way flight to Cleveland. Upon arrival their guy Larry greeted me and took me to the dealership. He even stopped for coffee on the way. Once we arrived at the dealership the process was smooth and timely. I d like to commend Julie for her work in ensuring everything is as advertised and Andy, the GM, for simply and calmly resolving the only hiccup we encountered. I would definitely recommend this dealership to locals and people like me. Thanks again for a great experience!

Jon O. Went so far above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I wanted on terms that worked for me. I cant express how awesome the service he provided was! I would give it a 10 outta 10 for sure!!!!Update 11/3/23: Not only did these guys do an amazing job helping me with my purchase, after I had already signed on the dotted line, they came back to me and said by the way we were able to get you a better interest rate than you signed for so sign this and your payment is now $100 dollars less per month oh and by the way we also got you a 2 year extended warranty to cover the truck for the first two years, as it was past the manufacturer warranty date and mileage (it was a used truck). Awesome job to Jon O. and the finance department and everyone involved with my purchase. They changed my mind entirely as far as buying a used car from a dealership and the stigma of the "used car salesman". It wasn't that at all and I felt no pressure at all in any way! They truly just wanted me to get the truck "I" wanted. Thanks again2011 Chevy silverado

I was returning my first ever lease, process was smooth and staff was helpful. I wasn t entirely sure what I wanted other than a used truck, Kendall and the finance crew really helped to make it happen. I was at the dealership 2 days in a row, several hours each time (because I m indecisive.) Kendall never got frustrated with me and was very helpful in making a decision. Justin and Mike from the finance team worked magic to get me to a comfortable payment. The truck I ultimately purchased had an issue with the drivers window, Kendall and the shop team did a great job addressing it and getting it repaired, same day, so I could take it home. This is my 3rd vehicle from haasz and would recommend. Great vehicle options and holds a small dealership vibe with no pressure, which is very comfortable. Not like other dealerships I ve bought from.

Bob, Jason and Mike made the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee very stress free. I wasn t pressured and I was given lots of information on my car of choice. I had payment options and I was able to stop and think about what was best for me without feeling rushed even when it took me a few days to decide which color I wanted! Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.I ve had my car for less than 4 years. My brakes have gone out 4 times. This was a 4 year old car with 23,000 miles on it. The first time, I took it into Haasz to get it fixed and they ONLY FIXED ONE ROTOR, although they re supposed to be changed in pairs. That fix lasted me less than 8 months, and when I took it to a different shop they told me it was done wrong.Not only is my car damaged from their lack of efficiency, but Geno, the man who sold me the car, harassed me about buying it back from me for years until I finally blocked his multiple numbers.I m currently filing a lawsuit against them as I ve reached out time and time again and no help was available to me.Take your money elsewhere.

Jessica (saleswoman) and Mike (Finance) were both great ! Because of them I had an extremely easy purchase (lease). Jessica made sure to contact me consistently every time something came in that I would want. When I finally found the perfect truck they were very easy going and not pushy at all! Couldn t say more great things about Haas! Thank you guys!

Julie and Mary were great to work with, Julie had the car I was interested in ready to go before I even got there. Once there she greeted me right away and answered all my questions regarding the vehicle. Once it was time for paperwork it was seamless and Julie once again did a great job getting me to a price point that I was comfortable with. After agreeing on price Mary did a great job setting up financing with rate and warranty. The ease of purchase and the comfort in purchasing a great vehicle was an awesome experience.

I was trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealer as an out of state resident from Arizona. One of their sales reps Jon Oriakhi made the process extremely smooth and provided solid customer service. I highly recommend asking for him specifically, it was the first time I can say I have had a pleasant experience with a car salesman in my whole life.

I was looking at trucks for a couple weeks. Back and forth with dealers pressure to get there that day . Then I came across Julie from haaz auto mall. She has a F 150 and did an amazing job to get me in this truck. Was only 2 days and simply showed up did a test drive signed some papers and out the door with my new truck we went. 5 star service from her. Would recommend this place to anyone I know. Thanks to all of them . Very happy.

Went for one truck asked if it was still here, they said yes. Hour later they said the truck had been sold that morning. So she got me into another truck, it was a little dirty for being up for sale, roof was rough and the rims looked bad. They said if I signed the paperwork they could get this fix for me, I would just have to schedule it, ok cool. Drove the truck twice check engine light came on, called they said bring it in, I said by the way every tire is dry rotted, they said when I bring it in they will check them. They replaced the tires only and did some recall notices and buffed the roof nothing with rims. I asked how it was even sold with bad tires and recall notices. Nothing crickets. Took the truck in on 12/18 mechanical issues and tires were done on 12/19 , today is 1/6 and they still have my truck called for a manager goes to voicemail and no call back. The receptionist said the manager was sitting right there, he just didn't want to take the call. If you take anything from this take a ride to a different dealer to shop.

Purchasing my new Ram 2500 from Haasz was smooth and painless. Gary and Andy were very easy to work with. They arranged to trade for a truck with all the accessories I wanted. Took less than 2 weeks to get my running boards in stock and installed with a same day appointment. The service department was easy to work with and accommodated an extra request to spray a corrosion preventative that I supplied between the truck and new running boards. Very pleased with the whole experience....Thank you Joe F.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz.I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them 5 hours away!
