Very kind and helpful! We had an unexpected flat tire and they took care of everything! They were fast and wonderful! We're back up and running! Which is very important because our van is our only vehicle and getting to work and taking kids to school is important!

Horrible customer service from Rick. Didn t fix the problem with my dump truck. Rick said they could fix it but all they did was a process of elimination. Truck is still not running and they kept it for over a month and a half or longer. They put a coat hanger where they broke all of the clips and didn t tell me. Ruined the starter from over use. I could go on and on about this experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor management and customer service. They do not deserve any stars!! Thousands of dollars down the drain.

Best shop in the area. Every time I bring my concrete truck there they immediately jump on it. Prices are fair customer service is excellent. Always a great experience with these guys. I highly recommend them

Great guys, made a tire delivery there the dock is in the back of the building. If GPS tries to take you down a no trucks allowed road just continue straight past the high school and make a left at the sheets. Make a left at the first light and another left at the following light. That will take you to the shop about a mile down the road. The service area is right there. Then you will go between the buildings. There is a big turn around and you can back up to the door. No problems in 53' trailer. Even someone as unexperienced as me.

Was quoted $125.00 for a alignment. When I picked up my truck they changed me $365. I didn't even get a call from them telling me it was going to be more until it was done!!! Take your vehicle to another shop!!!

We were heading back to NJ in our Class C motorhome and had a tire running low pressure. Called several places who turned us away. Then called Bob Sumerel and Bob, the manager said, "Sure, bring it on down. We'll help you out." We arrived and met Bob who had us pull into the bay as soon as we arrived. They determined that the rim was cracked at the weld. Luckily we had a spare so they mounted that. They also noticed the front tire had serious wear, so they moved the good tire from the bad rim to the front rim. When they got done, we tipped the gentleman who worked on the RV and went to the office to pay. Bob came in and said, "Have safe trip!", and wouldn't take any money for the labor. This man was a lifesaver who helped out a traveling RV family who were stuck. Thank you, Bob! We feel much safer to continue our travels. We highly recommend this business for your tire needs.

The team members at Bob Summerel tire in Ravenna did a great job of completing the installation of my Goodyear.com order. The shop has the latest no touch mounting dismounting equipment for passenger and Light truck tires. The tires that were installed were balanced perfectly with no vibrations or shaking up through normal highway cruising speeds. The team there was also willing to work with me for a custom request to dismount and scrap several sets of older tires from larger diameter OE performance wheels, and then check and mark the loose wheels for possible bends. I highly recommend choosing this location if you are in the greater Portage county area of Ohio.

Well day three of waiting to here if my tires are installed. They had to order them so day one they would have them in by 230 and installed by 4 no call nothing ok fine that's except able. Day 2 I call after 12 hey a dropped two tires are they done sling blade answers says nope not done and hangs up on me not well have them soon or anything. Here's day three I'm going in and getting my rims as soon as they open. Zero communication from a business good luck if you trust that kind of service

Called and got a price to balance the tire on two vehicles and was given a price of $10 for rims that use standard weights and $15 per tire for rims using stick on weights. When they finished I was charged $15 per wheel even though they used the standard weights. Was told they had always charged $15 regardless of which weights they used. Deceptive pricing, guess it depends which associate you talk to. Better Confirm charges when you arrive.

I had them come out and replace front tires on my tractor. They did an excellent job. I had a misunderstanding regarding the service charges. After discussing it with them, they were more then happy to adjust my bill.

My teenage daughter went here to get a tire plugged. They plugged her tire and had her in and out quickly, and did not charge her for the repair. Will definitely be going here when I need tires. Thanks for taking care of my girl!

I had scheduled new tires at the Ravenna shop for my wife's car two days prior, and when I arrived, the tires had not arrived yet, causing a delay.. They apologized, got them in right away, and thentook over $100 off for the inconvenience. Thanks for making it right! Great friendly service, quality and price! Highly recommend...

I had just done a bunch of body work to my truck myself before bringing it here for a coolant leak. I know it's a normal problem for F-150s to break and leak coolant but the truck is a rusty mess. I know they had fight with every bolt to get the intake out. I'm thankful for the great job they did in getting my truck back into something I enjoy driving, something I'm not worried about breaking down. About a year ago they did the brakes on the truck as well and they've been great since.

I confirmed my appointment and showed up and they didn t have the shocks they said they had so they had to order it and I had to come back. Next appointment same thing... I call before to confirm they are ready. I get there they ordered the wrong shocks. The second visit I got my fuel filter, separator and oil filter changed they charged 2.5 hours labor to do that. What a joke this place is. I should send them a bill for all my wasted time.

Had front tires replaced brought my own tires. Was charged a decent price less than i would of paid else where. They was very professional and had me in and out as soon as they could. Had a little wait but couldnt beat the price.

While towing my boat to nearby West Branch, my boat trailer tire separated. Luckily I was able to locate Bob Sumerel Tire nearby and limped in. Although it was mid morning and they were very busy, they replaced my tire and got me back on the road within an hour. Having four teenage boys ready to go boating for the day could ve been ruined had they not been so helpful to get me going again so quickly.Good Customer service can be hard to come by anymore and these guys definitely care about their business and customers!

I was in the area for Bussiness and I had flat tire, I went to bob sumerel tire shop. They were prompt to help me. Both tech Conner and front desk Thomas were professional and provided me with great customer service all with a very reasonable bill.

Staff is accomodating, able to recommend the right tires for me, even price matched the tires. I got an appointment right away and I only had to wait about an hour. I also get a free tire rotation and balance for as long as I have the tires.

Great Customer Service! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tires. We had an unfortunate inner tire blow out on a dual axle tire late in the day, Bob Sumerel Tire employees could not have been more helpful. They took our truck in, put on 2 new tires and helped our company out of a jam!

I was just a driver to help drop off a vehicle to get repaired, but my goodness, the person inside was not too friendly at all. I hope their prices and actual quality of work speak louder than their personable skills, because I'm now not interested in ever doing business there.

Fantastic service! Came here for a nail in my tire and it was done in 10 minutes. They treated me like family even though it was my first time coming here. Great shop.

Was a continuing customer until today of this company not taking responsibility for what they broke. In my steering system on my pickup truck they would rather spend time arguing with the customer to get them mad and make them want to pay for something that they didn't do. This place is a joke I dont know how this place stays in business.

They do great work but communication needs Improvement. When it was Ravenna Tire it was the best around. The employees really cared about you & your vehicle. The mechanics R always top notch.
