These guys were awesome. They got me back on the road quickly and where able to get my tire off when 2 other people couldn't. And I was so surprised at the bill, way less then I expected. Best of all they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

They were super easy to contact and got me an appointment to replace my tire the very same day. Prices are spot on and they were very upfront and honest about all the pricing. Didn't once try to upsell me or pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. Will be coming back for all routine work.

I recently badly needed a full set of tires for my car that I purchased used. I wanted tires that could only be found online at Tire rack. I had them delivered to their shop on south Prospect St. in Ravenna.Nick and the guys did a great job mounting & balancing the tires. Also got the car aligned. It drives so great now especially with the alignment. No more drifting on the road.Their prices are very competitive. Their mounting price per tire was between $5 and $10 dollars cheaper than competitors. Same with the alignment price. Much cheaper and great work. I highly recommend Action Tire Express and will also try them when I need service in the future.

I have been a loyal customer to another franchise location for over a decade so my expectations were high coming in. Let s just say they exceeded anything I expected. Thank you for the prompt & quality service on such short notice! Not to mention the competitive prices.

If u want an honest mechanic come here. I had an experience with Action Tire and Express that if it were anyone else would have been screwed over. They were honest and fixed an error. Great place to come if you want honest good work.

Best repair shop we've been too! Fair pricing! Quality work, honest men! It's hard to find people we trust with our vechiles, however this is definitely where you should trust! They don't sell you anything you don't need. Trust Nick and the men at action Tire and services!

Had a wonderful experience. Came in for a set of used tires. Pulling in my coolant hose came off. While waiting on tires to arrive. They went out of there way to help me get it back on and ordered up some coolant. Tires arrives here and was not in best shape. They was honest about it and was able found a set of 3 used and had a new one matching to ordered. It was the holidays so i had to wait a few days but Im am very impressed on how professional they are. Decided to have 4 new ones put on my wifes car also.

I spoke to Nick and he was literally a savior... I had no idea what was wrong with my van, took it to a mechanic and he said it just needs tires for now... I called and Nick understood my situation and was a sweetheart of a guy to help me the same day and was extremely affordable... Thank you Nick and Seth for a extremely wonderful experience....

Came in and they were busy, made a appointment for a couple hours later, and they were ready. Quick oil change and I was out the door. They even checked the brake pads and rotors free of charge. Great job !

Guys helped me out tremendously. Great deal on tires and replaced two studs for me. 100% recommend, drove from Dover for the great deal. Hankook kinergy gt tires were a great deal.

What a great experience for the whole family!! We ve brought over multiple cars they are always timely and the cost is low! Great work and also helpful! If they don t have it they get it. I brought my car in for a flat tire and an oil change. The tires went fine but when they did my oil change they some how damaged my oil filter housing. I have a 2010 Mercedes Benz C350 and it was never leaked oil. The outside of the engine has always been oil free. They finished the oil change and I drove home less than 15 miles away and to work the next morning and my car had leaked out at least a half quart of oil. I brought it back for them to try and make it right and they tell me it's not our fault it was nothing we did and you have to pay for the diagnostic fee now and for all the repairs. I don't believe in coincidences but I also do understand an accident is an accident. But the employees were rude with me the entire time and would even entertain the idea of it being an accident. And to top it all off they didn't refill the oil I had lost. Now keep in mind the car only moved 51 miles in-between the time I got the oil change and brought it back because of it leaking like a sieve.Services: Tires, Oil change

At the shop today, the mechanic, Patrick, let us come to the shop and see the vehicle, as we had known of other existing issues with the vehicle. He let us have a look around as he continued mount & balance on another tire for us. Even handed out a little education. He was excellent provided great service and totally recommend if you need new tires.

called at by 5:20 pm for my tire, and it was in stock. Pulled up at 5:30 pm for my tire. Welcomed with great customer service. Clean bathroom and waiting area. I was very comfortable while waiting a short period of time and Netflix was available for me to choose my favorite show! Great quality tire and service!

Fast an quick service. As a woman it is nerve-wracking going to an autoshop. Here i did not get that feeling. Only repaired what needed fixing. 10/10 recommend and will come again for regular maintenance...repairs also but hope that doesnt have to happen
