Initially the experience with Justin was not ideal. He was rude and made me feel like I wasn t worth the sale, as my transaction was a difficult one. As it was an out of state purchase THANKFULLY for Eva and the general manager the end overall experience was spectacular.. and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Eva and GM for your respectful attitudes and treating me like I should ve been treated since day one.

Had a great experience at city wide auto. I walked in they accompanied my children with snacks, and beverages. Gave me the best options for what I asked for. Justin was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Made it easy for me to make my mind up. I m referring him to all of my friends.. GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

I want everyone to be extremely wary about City Wide Auto Credit. The salesman pressured me into purchasing their 2,000 dollar Freedom Warranty (extended vehicle warranty). I purchased my vehicle on July 5, 2023 and decided to cancel the extended warranty on January 18, 2024 with a woman named Angel. It is now March 26th, 2024 and my Directions Credit Union does NOT have my refund. Angel from City Wide admitted to having my refund check from Freedom Warranty on March 12th, 2024 and said the funds would mailed on Friday March 15, 2024. That never happened. City Wide has been ignoring my phone calls and attempts to get them to refund my money. They owe me a prorated amount of 1,585 dollars which includes 135 dollars in sales tax and a 50 dollar cancellation fee. Katie(Supervisor) from Freedom Warranty has confirmed my refund check sent to City Wide has been cashed weeks ago. James Duran, the owner, is never "available" to speak with. And Mike Ybarra(General Manager) has not been willing to get my refund processed either. Katie from Freedom Warranty stated my credit Union should have received the refund weeks ago. City Wide Auto Credit has my money and they are refusing to refund it, demanded by Ohio State Law.

All you need is a job and a down payment literally. I searched high and low for a specific vehicle. Norman at the dealership found it and got me approved (with LESS than perfect credit) and out the door in less than 2 hours. Fastest car buying experience I ve ever had

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD...Going to this place was my worst decision ever. I bought my car from them last year and my agent was Chris VanDyke who could do anything just to sell you the car.He is a lier... He sold me the car based on LIE. He said there is no pre payment penalty which was lie, because I had to pay $420 pre payment penalty as I paid off early. When it came to warranty he lied again and said I can cancel it anytime and they will refund me on prorated which was another lie because when I called them to cancel it they said this warranty is not cancelable.I wanted to cancel it because nobody takes this warranty around my area.After all these I decided to speak to the manager Mike to make a formal complain. Instead of admitting his salesperson wrongful act and giving me a solution he started protecting his salesperson back by saying we might had a miscommunication and bla bla bla but when I said my friend witnessed everything because he was with me the whole time then he started saying we don't have control over bank or warranty companies and we can't do anything about it and then hung up on me... how come you are not responsible for the product you have sold based on lies? And why don't you take responsibility for the lies your salesperson did to sell?STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPTED PEOPLE...they are absolutely fraud.

I had a great experience buying my car at citywide auto! Great customer service! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family looking to buy a car. Went in there 1/6/24 to just look around hoping we can find something well Norm did not lets us down he treated us like he has known us his entire life we happened to be his very first customers on his very first day with citywide which was an honor we will be back in the future to look for another vehicle
