Had my oil changed on Friday, they had 1 hr & 15 min to do the , I asked to have a tire put on my spare, the supervisor said no we don't have enough time we close at 6. They were done w/ my oil by 5:18. I rescheduled for a tire on Sunday at 10am. I get here and it's not on the schedule. Then the price they quoted me Friday went from 77.00 to 205.00. there's guys in here are lazy.. I drove from Columbus to bring my business here. The one smaller guy was nice an apologized . I won't be back. I'm calling corporate.

Would of givin a better review because they did a great job on my tires. However here's my problem. Theres 5dudes in that garage. Walmarts policy states one mechanic per pay. Two dudes working on one bay and it takes almost 2hours to change 1 tire. Then as they pull my car out dude speeds out around the parking lot at 40-50mphs.WALMART POLCIY STATES NO TEST DRIVES. If you are not a mechanic you should not have been driving my car.

I called to reschedule my appt and the staff forgot to reschedule. My wife spent 3 hours to get started on mounting 3 tires. I could not be done because they couldn't get the lugnut off. I'm no mechanic but I got it off with a rounded nut bit. Not good if I can out mechanic your mechanic and the 3 hour wait really was very frustrating. Was like Seinfeld.. the most important part of taking appointments is writing it down and keeping the appointment.

I would love to give a shout out to Doreen and her automotive crew up here at the London Walmart off of Lafayette. I had recently purchased four brand new tires on a cyber Monday deal. The Internet said that the tires would fit my car after giving the specs, upon arrival, the crew told me that these tires do not fit my car and went above and beyond to get me an alternative tire

They did fine on my oil change, at a fair price. Only bad thing was the clerk estimated an hour but it took about 2 hours.

I had to replace all the tires on my 2011 Mazda CX9 before the shop would finish my car. They told me my wheel bearing was bad and then when I went to get that fixed and they told me it was something else and I needed to replace my tires first. This place went above and beyond for me. I came in last minute on a Friday and they still replaced my tires and did an oil change. She also told me exactly what was going on with my car so I could order the appropriate parts to fix it. I didn't expect this from Walmart. God blessed me with the amazing people working that day and I'm so thankful they went out of their way for me when they didn't have to. Faith in humanity restored.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would but you have to leave something in order to write a review. I took my 2017 Ford Escape into the London, OH auto center to have 2 new tires put on, my tires rotated and an oil change. Simple right? I had zero problems with my vehicle since owning it and zero problems before dropping it off at Walmart. The second I pull out of the parking spot After they serviced my car, going to leave I noticed something wasn t right with the way my car felt driving and the sound coming from my tires didn t sound right. I also heard a noise as if a piece of metal fell and hit something (sound was near my front driver wheel area). Once I get up to driving speed (Around 55mph), my ABS light and traction control light comes on, an error message engine fault service now AND Hill side assist not available displays on my dash. I can barely accelerate over 55mph, the steering became more stiff and my odometer read 0mph, even while driving. Well I take it back to Walmart the next day (only because they were closing when I was leaving and I couldn t take it back right away) and we spoke with the general manger Justin. We explained that SOMETHING they did, caused an issue for my ABS and traction control lights to come on. Of course him being a manager, tries to apologies and say they aren t certified mechanics so they can t say 100% whether or not they caused the issues or not. Well it s not a coincidence that when I leave after getting my two front tires replaced and rotated, that something with my wheel sensor is wrong? He said if we took it into a certified service center and they could say that they (Walmart) caused the issue, then we could bring our receipts in and they (Walmart) would file a claim to see if they could be responsible for it. I took my car to Ford service today and guess what they found? The wiring harness broke (Cut/ripped in half basically) and the bracket that holds it was completely bent and broke. I asked the experienced and certified mechanic at ford what could have caused this? His response was that this was obviously NOT a mechanical or manufacturer defect or caused by any mechanical issues and this was definitely caused from an outside influence. I also asked if the wiring harness being severed in half would have displayed the abs and traction control lights for any period of time before they were severed in half and he said no. As soon as the connection is lost or even tampered with, you will throw an error in the wheel speed sensors, which is what it did after leaving Walmart. Not before, but after. The second after leaving, it threw the errors. Well guess what General Manager Justin, your technician Screwed with my vehicle and caused me to pay more money ($279.00 to be exact) to get a new wiring harness replaced because your technicians didn t know what they were doing and when trying to get my wheel off, however they tried to get it off, maybe trying to pry it with a crowbar or hammering it from the inside out?) who knows! All I m asking is for a refund of my money that I paid you in hopes that I would get my vehicle serviced and returned to me in the same manner I left it with you in, but ended up with a cut wiring harness and an unsafe vehicle to drive my family in. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT WALMART!! If you re worried about money and saving a penny, it s not more expensive to go somewhere else and it s not worth it! Heck, Ford Service centers price matches all tires!! Take your vehicle into a reputable CERTIFIED service center to get work done so that in the event something does go wrong, they can own up to it and fix it. If I could post pictures in this post, I would to show you the proof of the damage. Walmart AND Justin, do the right thing. Refund me my money or pay for the charges I had to pay to fix YOUR horrible mistake!!! *EDITED- I attached the photos of the damages caused by Walmart technicians.*

Walmart tire center isn't the indy 500 meaning that the young long hair ponytail guy shouldn't drive other people vehicles 40mph out of the garage and around the building like a race car driver.

Said they had my tire got all the way there. And they so nope they didn't have even even though I talked to them 15-20 prior. I had a plane to catch and really didn't need the games. This is the 3rd time I have had issues. One was messing up the break line. Second was leaving well before closing time. Oh wait I forgot about the time I was told yeah we open at 9 but it is really whenever they get in we open. It's a roll of dice if you can get service. Atleast the one guy who was always there was nice.hence the second star.

Worst auto care ever! If I could call it either one of those things since they've proven time and again. Whatever savings and Warranties you're promised don't believe it. A simple battery replacement took over three days underwarranty and still not sure it's done but best understand that's how they left me understanding it.

Went in for a set of tires. I was called to the service desk after 2 hours only to be told 1 of the new tires was defective and could not safely be mounted. Left the store with 1 old wore out tire and a promise of the final new tire in just a few days.. 2 weeks later still no tire and nobody would answer the phone. Finally got thru to a rude lady that informed me we were in the middle of a pandemic and my tire was not a priority. I informed her that my wife's safety was my priority and if they were not going to provide all 4 tires they should have told me up front so I could buy them somewhere else.. had to call corporate office to get my last tire . Should not be this hard to spend my hard earned money.Tired of lazy poor business practices being blamed on covid...

Terrible experience! They couldn't even get my lug nuts loose. They Didn't have the tool to change my oil. Went there to get new tires and an oil change but after an hour, left with nothing.

STAY AWAY! Absolutely disgraceful. I brought my car in on May 30th and asked for a basic oil change. The service was quick and I was in and out within 25 minutes once they started on it. However, the service was about as far from good as it can get.First, I had to wait for 10 minutes at the service desk for someone because nobody was in the garage. I waited there with another customer and rang the bell multiple times. We locates the crew in the garage after we had waited for help and nobody came go the desk. There was no sense of urgency and nobody offered an apology. Strike 1I let the first thing go because im usually too laid back. I drove away after my oil change and drove back to Lewis Center as I was in London for work. I drove the next day to Milan for work and when I got home I got a warning ping from my car as I pulled in my drive way. The next day more warning pings and finally I got a check oil level warning. I checked the oil immediately and there was none in my car! My dip stick was bone dry. I drove 300 miles at least from the oil change. God knows how much famage has been done to my engine and its a 2014 car. Strike 2Wal-Mart has now denied any wrong doing. I had to pour over 4 quarts of oil purchased on my own into the engine and the oil level is finally correc. They claim their video footage shows the mechanics putting oil in, but they won't show footage to me because only law enforcement can view it. I am incredibly disappointed with the way they've handled this. They've given a refund, but that is miniscule to the costs I'm going to have related to this lack of attention to work due to needing synthetic blend oil changes now and my cars life being cut down now. There's already a noticeable difference on the way it drives. Shame on you Wal-Mart. Strike 3

I've never been treated poorly here. Merely indifferent to a customer's presence. What finally caused me to leave a review is the hours listed are wrong. According to their website, they open at 7 a.m. on Wednesdays. Not the case. They open at 9 a.m. and this inconveniences me.

I went to get air in a tire that was low and the man that waited on me checked all 4 tires, and evened the pressure in all of them with no charge. He was friendly, courteous and informative. I will go back to Walmart for all my tire needs.

Work was completed properly but was just a oil change and took over two hours and was only a couple of other vehicles there.

Closed 1.5 hours early, which would be understandable if there was a line. Not a single car in the garage.

Set there in car waiting on service. Workers walking in and out. Two employees sitting outside garage talking just kept looking at me, but never talked to me. I only see one car in garage with no one working on it.
