They were awesome! I believe it was the owner who I was dealing with. I can't remember his name. Anyway, I had gone to get my tires rotated and found out they were bald on the insides, and I needed an alignment and all 4 new tires. The place I usually go to doesn't do alignments, and they didn't have my tires in stock. So, I started calling around to find somewhere to get the alignment done. No one could get me in for several days. When I called Keyway, they said that they could get me in right then for the alignment. When I got there I asked about my tires. He said he didn't have them in stock and offered to order them in for me, but they wouldn't be in for a few days, and during that time frame I had to drive to Lexington and back. He said, "Let me look at them and see if they will be safe enough to wait til you get back." He came back and said he would be afraid for me to drive on them all that way. So, rather than keep me as a customer, he told me he would rather I be safe and suggested other places I might be able to find the tires I needed on short notice. I was able to find the tires I needed, but I will be returning to Keyway for future needs!!!! Thanks so much for caring about my safety and not my money!!!

I needed my AC recharged but unfortunately they did not have what my vehicle required. THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL, straightforward, helpful in suggesting another shop that could help.I hear nothing but good things from neighbors who've used their service. As of today, I can tell you they're also honest and trustworthy too.

No longer does oil change. I'm very disappointed. Attitude wasn't very pleasant.

My grandson came in for transmission check. You guys said it was a serviceable transmission. Boy were you wrong. One day later and he is out a car. His car had a closed transmission. Only thing I can figure you needed money so badly you destroyed someone s vehicle and this is his livelihood. When he called you your first response was not our fault and if you try to take us to court you won t win. I am going to tell everyone I come in contact with how can you trust this company if they cannot tell you (you have a closed transmission so you are fine)

Got an alignment and tire rotation. After tax, it was only $95.45. Firestone wanted to charge me $100 plus tax just for the alignment. Only took about 45 minutes and the mechanic was even nice enough to explain how the alignment process worked. Definitely recommend.

From my short experience dealing with these guys, it has been great. I didn't get the work done that I was shooting for but the reasoning behind it was excellent. My safety is worth more to them than making a quick $50 for a front end alignment. I am getting the parts they suggested and will definitely give them all of my business. I would have them do all of the work but I don't have the extra money. My experience was with Mike and he was professional the whole way. Helva of a lot better than when it was Carey Tires.

Been w/keyway for over 10 years now! They are honest & very very knowledgeable. I wouldnt think of taking my vehicle to any1 else. I love how they dont take advantage of the unknowing customer. Wish I could give them 10 stars

I always had good service from Tommy and the boys down at Keyway automotive. If my wife is by herself and if she is local and breaks down tommy is there help.I give him all of my automotive repairs. He does the work fast and with a Fair Price.I give him an " A".

I wanted some work done and they didn t verify that the work I wanted done was what I needed done. So I spent money that I didn t need to because they didn t bother with their due diligence for providing proper customer service.

I went to this shop on 02/27/17 to have 2 tires changed out upon doing this they found bad wheel barring we had those replaced good price good work upon leaving we was given the wrong tires a completely different size the very next business day I called to let them know what had happened they said they needed sizes and such I didn't have at the time my son in law calls back today with the sizes and info people was rude belligerent and said I should've have changed good tires I had all terrain tires on my vehicle I put regular tires on the front and went and had them switched back to all terrian they basically stored 2 tires from me and gave me totally different sized junk tires back word of mouth is a crippled to businesses I left this same review to on Angie's list I had done a review on discount tires made a mistake they directed me to keyway at that point they denied me as a customer so I matched there address to my bank records showing they did collect payment and did the work people beware they should have made this right I would have become a repeat customers but not after this liars and thieves

Taken several vehicles. Been very pleased every time. Fair prices. Take a bit for your vehicle to get in but once it's in its fast and fair priced.
