Fixed a tire with nail & rotated tires at no charge as I had bought tires from them. Awesome customer support. Will buy all tires from them in the future.

Woke up Tuesday morning 6/7/22 to a rear flat tire I thought about trying to drive to gas station very slowly to put air in the tire but decided not too and glad I did cause it probably would have damaged the rim. Anyways Charlie's tires sent a worker to my house to inflate my tire so I could drive to their store for them to fix it. They did a great job they were professional and polite and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely return for future business.

Buyer beware. Bought 4 tires for my sons truck with 75,000 mile warranty. The tires have approximately 40,000 miles on them and are bald. They will not honor the warranty due to the road conditions around here. Very poor service.

Absolutely top notch service. My family and I have always used them for our tires for as long as I can remember and you will not find better service anywhere. I highly recommend them for your tire, wheels, etc needs they will treat you like family, like they've known you their whole life. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the only place I will buy my tires. Charlie and the guys are great, fast service, great selection of products in stock and takes care of any issue you might have. By far the best tire shop in town! Even my girls love to go Charlie's, they always change the TV channel to cartoons for them and have coloring books to keep them busy. This is a great local small business.

They have always taken care of all the tire problems I have ever had and so I keep going back there for tires and battery service. Great folks to deal with. Stop in and see them sometime and tell them George Apple sent you on to see them. Give them a try if you have never shopped there before.

Excellent personal service. Tires cost more than retail but the quality is extremely better. All tire sales comes with lifetime free balance, rotation, valve stem replacement and fixing flats

Everyone here is professional, the prices are good, and they can even come to your home if you're in a certain radius to their store to replace a flat tire! Love it! Great job guys!

A reputable tire company in another state told me the slow leak in my tire could not be repaired. I was visiting Ironton and my cousin referred me to Charlie's. Charlie's fixed the leak, no problem. That was almost a year ago, and the tire has been just fine! I'll be buying my next set of tires here.

We have always bought all of our tires from here. They are the best at what they do and will always go the extra mile to help you on whatever it is that you need. I wanted some oversized tires they looked at my truck measured and then met me know what would work and what wouldn t. They have a greats selection plenty of choices for both wheels and tires. So it s worth the drive to goto Ironton for some great prices and great support.

I had a slow tire leak. I went into Charie's (without an appointment). 15min & $15 later, they had me all fixed up! Fast, friendly service, I would highly recommend!

I was delivering food got a flat tire I walked 4 blocks with a tire on my back they got me in and out in an hour with a used tire in for 20 bucks I was thankful for there help because if not i couldn't have kept delivering and would have lost out on money that day
