Bought a Supreme/Spartan service van two years ago. I have less than 17k miles on the vehicle and now the body is sagging and coming apart from poor design/workmanship. Trying to get the warranty department to care has been a complete waste of time. One solution I proposed would cost less than $500, but they won't budge. It's sad that their reputation isn't worth that much to them. I will be repairing this at my own expense and never buying a truck again with a Wabash, Spartan, or Supreme body on it!

I called the day before to ask about getting DOT Inspections for my truck and trailer. They said no appointment needed. When I arrived they informed me they didn't have an inspector on duty. I drove 90 minutes for a total waste of time. They didn't care and didn't offer any resolution. Very disappointed. You better call the day of your needs. Don't recommend them. Go somewhere else.

They were helpful. But they ONLY deal with Semi Trailers... Not cargo trailers or car haulers like you would pull behind your pickup truck.Nice people though

Horrible place !!! They are on a 4 weeks wait before they can touch any new repairs ..... 4 weeks !! The manager don t care and very disrespectful . I m not sure how he claims to be a manager . Wabash should be ashamed of such a horrible ran authorized repair shop . I took my trailer down the road to another shop and got it fixed in less than an hour . Avoid this place at all cost !!

Picked 2 new trailers for h w Julie was professional and had both trailers ready 2 roll each time I came to pick them up
