I purchased a radiator for my truck from here. The radiator was damaged and the only solution offered was to remove the radiator and bring it back for an exchange. When asked if they would pay for those mechanic fees they said they would not. I also suggested they refund a small portion of what I paid, and I keep the dented radiator, they also refused that. I spent a lot of money, received a damaged product, and poor customer experience.

Not all that glitters is gold. As soon as I paid this guy/s for a part, a friend warned me of the likelihood of receiving a knockoff. I promptly asked Ricartparts to not ship the item 13 hours before he/she handed it over to USPS. As obstinate as his behavior was, I m still waiting for a prepaid label to return this suspicious part. This guy turned out to be pretty petty. He/she has been fighting tooth and nail to keep the meager $5 for return shipping. This isn t the source you want to trust for your car s safety, and ultimately YOUR safety. At least not the guy that represents RicartParts on eBay.
