I have to say the sales department was awesome! I did not purchase on the first night because I knew what I need my payment at. To my surprise and even my Salesmen s surprise, they got it done. The only issue I had was working with financial person by the name of Michelle Hamilton. She is loud and offended me by calling my insurance person basically a liar. She said what my insurance lady told me was a lie! Well in fro t of my mother and I, we both heard her and as loud as she is the whole waiting area probably did. She did like it when I called her out on it and said I don t appreciate you calling her a liar when I have been with this same insurance company for over 12 years or so. She left a couple of times and brought someone else in to tryTo cool the situation. I still felt very uncomfortable with her and wanted to sign my papers and get out! She was very u professional in the eyes of my mother and me. I m assuming she was not happy because I had already had gap insurance put on the vehicle. However I went ahead and accepted hers because she then had me questioning which I am in correspondence with my insurance company anyway. I understand that this is money out of her pocket but I also have rights too! She never once apologized even though my mom and I both heard her.

I am so happy with my 2022 Outland. Ricart on Hamilton Road. Is one of the best dealerships I have ever experienced, and their service department is top-notch. I highly recommend them.

I went to Ricart when my Mitsubishi had a recall. I took it in and they fixed my car where it was damaged for free. But they did an inspection on the the whole car and when I picked it up it seemed slower like it was dragging. Now my back brakes are grinding on my rotors and never did before. They even rated my back brakes a 7 and they said they didn t do anything to my brakes. When I picked it up the guy said nobody knows how to drive a standard so they left my e brake on while it was parked and when I drove it off the lot I was getting bad gas mileage. This was never an issue before I took it there. I had great brakes on all four tires. Now a week later my brakes sound horrible. They are grinding on my rotors so bad. I had to email them at Ricart three times before I got a response and they said I could bring my car back but it would cost me $150 diagnostic fee. This was never a problem before. Now I have to replace my back brakes and pay to have them put on. So thanks for doing the inspection but not putting my car back together right and then saying I must ve done it when it snowed . Disappointed

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at the Ricart used car factory. They are not perfect but they worked with me as a customer until I was more than satisfied yes exceeding my expectations. Steve Walker (sales manager) and especially Steve Holsinger Sales Director went above and beyond. I highly recommend this facility for your next new or used vehicle. Also can t forget Nate who put together a great extended warranty package. Great experience!

I want to say that I appreciate all of James honesty. I told him what I wanted and what I would walk away if it didn't come back to my needs. I could tell he felt bad when the car I was trading in came back a bit lower than offered via mail but he explained why and I completely agreed with him. James and Taesha got me exactly what I wanted and then some. I greatly appreciate their patience and help. I also appreciated that Taesha followed up via voicemail to make sure I understood the car and if she could help with any function I didn't understand, to let her know. They make a great team and my husband is looking next year for a car. I will definitely ask for them again!

My feedback is related to the vehicle. My wife bought her 22 Outlander SEL in July of 21 and at the time of service it has less than 23k miles. Ricart is recommending at rear brake pad and rotor change that would cost $700+. Brand new brakes and rotors shouldn t need replaced in two years and 23k mile old vehicle. Also, we replaced the factory tires around 22k miles as they were down to the wear bars. Not good for a $35k+ vehicle.

Had a good experience until I found out my touch screen didn't work. I guess it was a flaw on that particular car. I thought the cars would have been inspected better.

The young man that sold us the car didn't tell me my driver side rug was worn, it was hidden under the white paper they had down there. I wasn't given a car wash sticker. And I already need work on my car. So I will never go over to the used car lot again.

Ricart was great, and they have plenty of vehicles for you to surely find something you like. The gentleman who sold me my car, Desmond Walker talk about going ABOVE & beyond!! He found my EXACT car that I wanted at a great deal at that. Just totally hooked me up! Great customer service and wasn t in a rush to just sell a car quickly. Handled all of my pickiness too lol! He wanted to be sure that I left with a car that was reliable and that I would love. He did just that. And I just loved how he talked about his wife and daughters nonstop. I like giving my business to good people who have integrity and I can tell are all about their family. Ricart, I hope you know what an asset he is to your company being that great customer service is pretty nonexistent these days! Hope he gets a bomb raise or bonus or SOMETHING soon! And thank you Dez, you worked your butt off to make it happen for me & my family!! Got me a good deal, good rate, GREAT warranty & a beautiful brand new truck I am in love with. God Bless you all!

I ve never even purchased a car from Ricart but I received two personal letters from the GM saying he wanted to buy my car for above market value, and that he had other good news to sweeten the deal . I finally call and ask for Jeremy to see what he had to say. Never got to speak with him, and basically found out they re just trying to cold call sales with no real offer in mind. Regular car salesman tactics.

Joe is always amazing and friendly. He is kniwledgeable and helpful and always gas a sense of urgency. He even takes the time to ensure I am comfortable while i wait and always checks in to let me know the status of my car. I'd give him more than 5 stars if i could.

Dez was fantastic. He was thorough, didn't push us to jump through any hoops or do anything we weren't comfortable with. Additionally, he was proactive in helping us find options that fit the criteria we were looking for some didn't have to go through any letdowns with something that may have been out of our general budget.

I went because I wanted a new key fob because my car will start sometime and then it won't. I get there at 8 am, when I had driven over an hour and they say their going to a diagnostic test on my car. After waiting 2 hours, I was ready to go so I could go back yo workI ask for my car. They state they couldn't do the diagnostic test because the car wouldn't always start right up. They did an inspection of my car which if I allowed them to fix it would be over $1600. I am not returning for nothing.

Oh man first time stop by 1 Ricart and meet Ryon wood , i tell him take a look coup model , he take me around seen and I tell him I want try 3 models, and finally I choose 1 Mitsubishi outlander sel 2024 . Thank you so much Ryon wood and financial help me have my first Mitsubishi .

Our sales person was very nice, but other than that, the experience was just so-so. The remote starter that was to be installed is now on hold because of software issues - not the dealer's fault, but it would have been nice to know. The part that disappoints me is that we have asked 3 times by phone and 2 times by email about a mobility rebate for adapting the car for my husband. Mitsubishi will tell you it's a dealer issue, Ricart will tell you it's a Mitsubishi issue and to call them. It shouldn't be this difficult to find out how to get reimbursed for the handicap modifications. This has NEVER been an issue at all other dealerships/car companies we have dealt with in the past 20 years. What really sucks - beside not getting any help, is that if you submit your question online, all you get back are sales calls.
