I visited Ricart after having an unpleasant experience last night at another dealership. I was straightforward with the sales person, Drew, and there was absolutely no pressure or typical car sales techniques from other dealers. Drew and John helped us get a good deal for our new car and drove out very satisfied. We had a purchased from Ricart before and we look forward to continue dealing with them for any future needs.

My husband and I came in to purchase an SUV. We met with JD at Ricart Kia. He was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable about the car, very pleasant, and did not pressure us into buying. Even though we didn't end up buying from Ricart because they didn't have the color we wanted, we know more about our car because of JD. It was really incredible to work with him

I worked with a few very nice gentlemen that made my overall experience satisfied Robert, Lorenzo and Shaun. They all worked together to get me and my wife in a carnival the whole process took less than 2 hours start to finish and i never felt like they were trying to work me over i would definitely purchase a car from them again. I gave four stars because there are things that could be improved but nothing glaring.

This was an excellent car-buying experience. We purchased a 2024 Telluride SX. I d highly recommend working with Andrew. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Negotiations w/John went quickly and we were very satisfied with the final number. Sterling, in finance, took good care of us and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

The service was PHENOMENAL!!! Like I went in from being a nervous wreck to feeling like I was dreaming on cloud nine! A few days ago I settled a claim on a total loss vehicle that I just recently purchased, I didn t have much hope that my pre-approval would go through but I was able to drive off with the car, down payment and monthly payment that I wanted to stay within. Shawn, Case and Sterling has truly made my day. I appreciate the kind, encouraging words.

They were able to figure out what was wrong and fixed the issue. A new noise developed the part was replaced and wasn t exactly related. We wanted to confirm it wasn t anything serious so we took it back. Two days later they said the noise was gone and they tightened an air intake tube. I picked it up, drove 20ft from the bay door and the noise was still there. I notified them the following day and they simply said they would need to look more. Had already rented a car for the previous day. Wasn t worth it to me to risk having the vehicle stuck therefor days and them having no idea what the issue might be. I took it elsewhere. Communication is a little spotty at times, think it s just due to the volume of vehicles that role through.

My first service visit to Ricart. Seemed very thorough, honest and on time with their estimated schedule for service. It was a little inconvenient as they did not order and have a recall part in stock to perform one of 4 service items that day. I'm hoping when they come in, they will send them to me to install so I don't have to drive 2 hours for 2 fuses and stickers.

This was a wonderful place to buy a new car! We worked with Jos� and he was very knowledgeable and easy going. We never felt pressured to buy and the entire staff was so welcoming and hospitable, especially towards our little 6-month old who came along with us. We went with the Kia Telluride and couldn t be happier with our purchase.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased hated from Ricart. The team is always very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles I am looking for. I am always able to call ahead with 2 or 3 selections and they have them ready to test drive when I arrive. There is never a rush or pressure to make a selection.

On 19 Dec 23 we took our 2019 Honda and 2013 Kia to Ricart for replacing coolant annd oil change and checking and replenishing fluids. They did not replenish the fluids and coolant was low in both cars. We had to take back the next day. Customer service was great. Maintenance was not great. Customers should not have to return to get the job done right

Took my 2015 Kia Soul in for an oil change and to diagnose a small oil leak I was having. A few days before I topped off my oil with oil we had around the house. Didn't realize that it was older. I noticed it was a milky brown. When the mechanic called me about the oil leak he said the head gasket was leaking. Said the only way to fix it was replace the engine costing $8000. Asked him how he knew and he said the oil coming out was milky brown. I asked later if there was any other method they used to diagnose it and they said not that they knew. Paid a $150 diagnostic fee. 20 minutes later got a call from a salesman offering to sell me a car. After a quick appraisal offered me $500 for my car. Drove the car for the next week and checked the oil every day. Oil remained clear amber and stayed on full so far. Thought a Kia dealership service department specializing in Kia cars would have advanced diagnostic capabilities. Guess I was wrong. Most likely just a capability to con the customer to buy a car and obtain their old car dirt cheap.

Vince from the fast lane was excellent I was visiting from out of town and in desperate need of an oil change. He assisted in making the process quick and brief while being very detailed and professional. Got me in and out so I could enjoy the remainder of my visit.

Horrible experience. I brought my car in to have software downloaded. They asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes, and was advised they d call once everything was done. When I went to pick my car up, my antenna cover was missing where the software had been downloaded. I asked the rep if they could find it, and she said I mean I could have someone look, but it ll be at your expense. No ma am, my car will be returned the same way it was brought into you. I spoke to the manager, and she advised she needed to watch the car wash footage to make sure it was on before the car went into the wash, even though they brought it to me from inside of the car wash. great inventory, but not so great customer service skills.

Jose and the rest of the team were great with helping me lease my new 2024 Sportage, I was in and out quickly in less than 3 hours. I reached out to Jose on Wednesday and he didn t bug me until I came in on Friday which I really appreciated because everywhere else blows you up with 100 emails and texts as soon as you initially reach out! The service appointment went well. Everything went to an anticipated schedule. I had questions about the rear window wiper which had been broken off in a tunnel carwash. I believed that this was covered in a bumper to bumper I believe I accepted when I contracted for the vehicle. Service advisor told me she would verify one way or the other in my contract and would text me. I agreed to that on November 8; I have not received any texts except the ones asking for my review.

Awful experience. I have spent thousands of dollars at Ricart Kia service center because the limp mode keeps coming on. They are not quick to fix so it also costs a lot to rent a car. The limp mode just turned on again. I'm about bankrupt dealing with this car. I still have 2 years left to pay too.

Ricart Kia has a very efficient and thorough service department. I had a regular service due and a free recall for undercoating. I made an appointment and got in and out quickly. They have a nice waiting area with TV and beverages. They provided a summary sheet with my receipt as well as things to watch for. Thank you, Ricart Kia!

Honestly, the only place I've taken my vehicle, for servicing. I've never had a bad experience at Ricart Kia. They've never tried to upsell things I don't need, & will tell me if something is unnecessary. They are always friendly, & super helpful when I have questions. 10/10, would recommend

My woman purchased a 2024 kia sportage xpro from your dealership and she has been getting the run around ever since. Wesley Hoover make all the bad salesmen I dealt with in the past look like saints. He never does what says he is going to.

Sent our Kia soul in because it couldn't accelerate over 25 and it needed a catalytic converter and they gave it back to us with a flex pipe fix and an exhaust assembly and it didn't fix the problem at all. Clearly wasn't test driven because the check engine light is still on and it still can't get over 25-30. We tried to go to night drop off so we can get our other car back from your parking lot and the gate guard refused to let us in. So now we are stuck with a damaged vehicle and our gold vehicle is locked inside over night. What happened to fix it right the first time? The problem was clearly described by us and reiterated in the RO.EDIT****I had to take steps to fix this vehicle myself. They replaced an O2 sensor which wasn't even broken before they tried to look at our catalytic converter. The very first drop off message said that it needed a catalytic converter. You know who helped me? Valley Ford in Hilliard. They took my car in and did the fix for me and it wasn't the nearly $4,000 bill that Ricart Kia wanted to charge for the fix. It was a FRACTION of that. You need to seriously reevaluate your technicians when they can't fix a car that is specifically built to be easy to work on. Everything is excessively modular on these vehicles.Frankly we were insulted that we received communication that you'd buy our vehicle on trade in right after your ridiculous service price was given to us.

Heather is my new service advisor. She did a great job. I was early and they took me right through. Did not have to wait for my appointment time. They had my car finished at the time they stated. The Ricart service department does a really good job.

Sales people are excellent. We were able to look at, test drive, say yes, handle all paperwork, give us top dollar on our trade in, and drive out of the lot within about 2 hours.

I have been here two times now. I can t tell you how great the service department is at Rickart Kia. Everyone is very professional but pleasant and friendly. Most dealership service centers try to upsell you by telling you that you need to do something that doesn t need done. Not my experience here. This is the best service center I have ever been to, and that s saying a lot.
