I enquired about a specific car online & was urged by Ricart to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment to arrive at the dealership in an hour. 15 mins into my 30 mins drive I received an email from Ricart saying someone else was also coming in to look at the car. I arrived at my scheduled appointment & was told the other person was currently looking at the car but to be patient & they would show the car to me as soon as possible. After almost an hour & still not being given the opportunity to see the car I decided to leave. Clearly they were trying to keep me there in case the deal with the other person fell through. The epitome of sleezy, car salesmen s tactics. What s the point of scheduling an appointment if you re not going to honor it? Wasted 2 hours of a beautiful Saturday b/c of this unprincipled company. Find some place else to buy your next car.

This is my second time buying a vehicle from Ricard. I had an even better experience this time. Deshawn came right out as I was pulling up. Deshawn was on point very good customer service skills. The process was super streamline and walked out the door with the keys. Extremely satisfied with my overall experience! DeShawn Sowell Totally put the experience over the top!

Friendly customer service. However, be very mindful of their service department because they will try to get you to pay for things you don't need. This has now happened to me on multiple occasions. Last year they informed me I needed new tires. My tires were two months old and purchased brand new. This year they informed me that I needed new brakes and rotors even though I just had them done May 2023. So not even a year.

Our first new car and we re thankful to our honest, helpful sales and financial team that walked us through everything! Ask for Courtney. She s very understanding of the financial hurdles that most of us have in this economy.

I would avoid this place at all costs, not exaggerating. After about 4-5 vehicles purchased from them, we will not be returning. The "service" department was unrealistically awful - could not believe it. My wife went in to have her brakes checked and a window defect fixed. They said they could not replicate the brake issue; however, the vehicle miles were the same as when dropped off (they didn't even drive it). They then said the window defect, while under warranty, was not cost effective to fix (what?!?). So after having the vehicle for 5 days, they did nothing. We went to morse road location and everything was confirmed and fixed within 2 hours.....

PLEASE do not buy a car from this dealership. I recently purchased a 2021 Rav 4 from them and my experience was awful. I asked to negotiate the cost of the car instead of the monthly payment and the sales manager said the cost of the car wasn t negotiable? (Make that make sense) I felt belittled and pressured. I received my memorandum title in the mail today and the cost of the car on the title is MORE than what was even originally posted on their website. I feel so taken advantage of.

Never even got to buy the car. Salesman had me fill out a credit application AFTER the car was sold to another person. He apparently didn't even know it had sold until like 6 hours later. Now I get a ding on my credit report and don't even have the car to show for it.They have a huge selection, but also a huge organization that obviously can't communicate effectively. If you are ready to walk in and literally sit in the car so they don't sell it out from under you it may be ok, but definitely not worth trying to work with them from a distance.

I walked in the dealership of used cars sales, the sales men didn t even bother to introduce himself and showed little to no interest in showing me any options of cars, he shared bare minimum to no explanations of cars I was interested in I left because I felt ignored because I was young women who wanted to buy a car from this 50 year old sales man. Yes I don t have a guy go with me to purchase a car for me I m independent and deal with my own business guess he didn t see I was actually trying to make a purchase but a waste of his time.

Actual scammers with a horrible case of miscommunication. All those surveys you harass us to fill out, and for what? Do they do anything? Nope! They tell you you have benefits, only to surprise you at time of service because you didn't jump through their loopholes to actually get it.Why did you guys continue to sell Kia's and Hyundai's, despite the HUGE safety defect? The same reason you honey your words at the time of purchase of a vehicle; money, money, and money. This most recent (and hopefully) last time I went was just today for an oil change for my spouse's vehicle. They had their number on file, and even though I told them I was waiting in the lobby to pick it up for them? Absolute silence. And this isn't the first time that annoyance has happened, either. I don't get to know that the vehicle is done until my spouse has to call me from work to say so.Why bother asking if I'm waiting in the lobby for a vehicle if you aren't even gonna bother to tell ME when it's ready? The best part was I initialed and signed some papers after I was asked, not realizing the initial was agreeing to a payment.I approach to ask if the vehicle is done, waiting for the girl to finish counting up her drawer. Asks me for my name, and I just say, "Oh, it's X, but this is my spouse's car, so their name is Y." A snappy, "Fine, but who's the car under?"Maybe the person I said I was picking it up for?We have a back and forth about how we thought the oil change was covered, when they pop up with a "WELL, you aren't part of the VIP club." (Another stupid policy loophole for you to pay and hassle through, y'know?) She continued to point to my initials, "And it says here you aren't VIP. You SIGNED to pay for this." Which they did NOT communicate that that was what I was initialing for.My spouse bought a Hyundai a few years ago from y'all, but after the safety issue, y'all just shrugged and continued to sell. We gave you benefit of the doubt; we had to get a Mitsubishi to replace the Hyundai after being broken into for the 4th time in 3 months, and I got my Ford CMax from there.Maybe I still have oil changes available from buying my car? Only changed it once? And y'all couldn't even track who I was or that the vehicle was under my name. You hassled me for surveys CONSTANTLY, and gave me no means to even know if it meant anything. So, free oil changes or not, I'm NEVER going back, and we'll be doing any future car work/purchasing elsewhere.Keep on chasing that money, y'all, cause Lord knows you can't do much else.

Sales department at this location is absolutely terrible with communicating accurate details. Refinanced my car here and signed up for EasyCare. Was told finance wise it was factored into our monthly payment, and any repairs covered by EasyCare wouldn't have any out of pocket cost. WELP!!! That was incorrect, and there's a $100 deductible anytime a claim is covered. The money hungry mentality of this establishment is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend buying any car from them and their dishonest tactics. The 2 stars are only for the amazing service from Brittney Ball, her supervisor Cindy, and Lynn in front office.

We were trying to find a Kia for my daughter. My husband was working with Brandon and went in several times to meet with him. My husband asked Brandon to be on the lookout when Kia Souls came in and gave him an idea of what we were looking for. Brandon said he would put a reminder on his phone to call us. Bottom line Brandon never called. My husband had his eye on a Soul that had been on the lot for sometime. It was priced at 15,030. We asked if they would be willing to drop the price bc it had been there for a while. Brandon said he'd check with management. He never called us back. My husband reached back out to him and Brandon said the price was firm. The next day the price on this very Soul dropped to 14,100???? We found a Kia with less miles and about the same price at a Nissan Dealership in Hilliard. Poor communication. It's almost as if they're trying not to sell cars.

This company sells overpriced vehicles and then when you come with car fax and actual market values of vehicles they try to devalue you the validity of the information you re presenting them. Overall, I felt belittled as a buyer and not at all like a human. I felt more like a number than a human being. In fact, when I walked inside, I noticed that they have a daily sales board to motivate their sales people to get more sales. Overall, If you are looking for the best deal on a used car, don t go here. They are not in the business of helping you. They hide behind the saying of Hugh volume, low profit as their justification for not moving on price but when you look up market value, they are still overpriced. Do your research, and choose another dealer.

This is just a review of the Service center: I bought a car in April and everything was fine until it broke down last week. Battery light came on and car would not accelerate but I could turn it on no problem. Got it towed to their service center and they told me I needed a new battery and charged me $550. Drove the car home then the next day tried to drive and same exact thing happened battery light came on and car stopped moving couldn t push the gas at all. Luckily I got off the highway but my friends had to push my car the rest of the way. I called ricart service center, told them I had the same thing happen, and they towed the car back to them. Paul who worked on my car a couple days earlier called and said he would call back with a quote. He never did, instead, Ricart emailed me a quote of $1200 for an alternator. Paul texted me and claimed this was a new problem that wasn t there when this first happened. But the quote also included a 10% discount so sounds like they knew they messed up the first time.Today, I had it towed to Turner Auto and they just quoted me $750 after tax. I highly suggest NOT going to ricart for repairs because clearly they charge way too much, almost feels like I was getting scammed.

Will not be back. After reading the reviews it s no surprise the type of sales people I would ve dealt with. Had a sale finalized only to be met with snarky, pompous comments from the sales manager Dan Grimes. Did not disclose there were not 2 key fobs, wouldn t accommodate (standard almost everywhere else you go). Our sales person was very green, don t fault him for the experience. He just needed manger approval on every single detail. 3.5 hours of our day + the hour and a half drive. Worst experience I ve encountered.

I do not recommend! Bought 2 cars here and I badly regret it! Their gap insurance is trash. Noone is even educated to answer your questions.

My father purchased 2024 Telluride from here, called to get a copy of the purchase order and was transferred to Janda Miller. We were greeted, advised what we needed and Janda Miller's response was " You should have that in your paperwork". Where is the customer service here. My thing is as finance officer that should have never flew off your lips. If you don't like your job get another one. We will make sure we never purchase from Ricart again (2 cars in less than 6 months) and the nerve of her. Obviously you don't value customer loyalty or practice good customer service.

All the vehicles they have with the 2.4L eco tech gm engines is ridiculous, proves they don't care about their customers, their trying to sell you trash that's a lemon engine, that should be enough to tell you to stay away from this place,

Where do I start about another horrible experience from Ricart. I swear I can't make this up. My best friend went to look for a car. He called before hand and told him what the desire payment would be. And not a dollar more. Our salesman was Greg Boytman. So me, my best friend, and fiance get there 4-13-2019 @11:45am. We didn't leave the lot until 7:30pm, without a car mind you.So the first car we look at is a 2013 Dodge Charger RT. Fully loaded. Our salesman brings us the carfax report on the car and proceeds to tell us that there is 3 recalls on the vehicle and all we had to do is take it to a dodge dealership and they would fix the issues for free. I proceeded to ask is the vehicle ok to drive with the recalls, and Greg said it's just a alternator issue, you will be fine. So we take it on the test drive, go down Williams Road to Alum Creek and jump on 270 East. As we proceed to head on to the freeway, the car shuts down. The gauges go all the way up, then down. The 8 inch screen goes black, the A/C cuts off. Mid you we are on the freeway full speed. The windshield wipers come on , gauges going haywire and now fear is setting in. The car locks up the steering wheel and we have no BRAKES! ZERO brakes!!! We are coasting down the freeway and coming up on the Hamilton road exit. Thank God it is a uphill exit. Because of that we come within inches of hitting the car in front of us. The car completely shuts down at the top of the ramp. No power or anything, we can't even put it in gear to push it off the road. So we call are salesman Greg and proceed to tell him the car broke down on the exit ramp and we can't move. And we need someone to come and get up. He asked us was we serious and if this is a joke. We have him on speaker phone and tell him this isn't a joke. We need someone to get up. And asked again if this was a joke. No sense of urgency or belief what we are telling him is truth. Until we finally get aggressive with our tone and tell him, this isn't a joke and send someone to come get us NOW!So we get back to dealership. They apologize for our near death experience. They bring us another car test. This one was able to complete a test drive. We didn't like it so we moved on to test drive a Ford Edge. We all really liked it a lot. We get back to the lot after the test drive and we tell Greg this SUV is the ONE. We go back inside and proceed to get the numbers to work. Mind you we told him $400 a month was out limit. Nothing more, it was non negotiable with the $400 a month. Well of course he comes back with a $485 a month term and $500 down, smh! We tell him that's not acceptable. He says why not, it's a nice SUV. Then immediately he says what about $450 a month lol just like that it dropped $35 a month. We tell him no way, we ask can we get a discount for our near death experience in their car on the freeway. They laugh at that statement like it was a joke. Mind you we didn't think anything was funny. So after back and forth about the $450 payment we ask can they just fix the Dodge Charger and gives a extended warranty and we would buy that car. We really really liked that car. They said they would do that for us and they got the payments where we needed it. Perfect, done deal right?? Nope!! Then they asked us if we would put the $500 down on the car to hold it. I ask him why would we put $500 down on a car that isn't running or working? He looked me dead in the eye and said to hold it. Like that made sense. I asked him again, "for a car thats not working'? I let him know that would be foolish to put money down on a car that isn't fixed yet nor is it guarantee it would get fixed. Greg assured us by Wednesday it would be fixed, Friday at the latest lol Once we told him we're not putting money down until we test drove it again and it was fixed. Next thing I know Greg said well how about you sign the financial paperwork that you are purchasing the car. We told him it would be absurd to sign a deal of a non working vehicle. He told us after its fix the public could buy it(bullying us)! BUYER BEWARE!!
