Got finessed by one salesman and never got anything back. Waited 4 months for parts then just today called asking how you managed to order the wrong parts when parts are literally all you do and got hung up on by Ricky

Never heard of this company, but I'm giving a 1-star because one of their drivers was weaving around traffic and nearly ran me off the road, along with a few other cars. I'll be filing a police report of reckless endangerment.

Spoke to Ricky on the phone about a part I'd purchased (it was used, broken, and unuseable by the way)! He was extremely rude (interrupting, wouldn't let me get a word in etc.) and hung up on me but did answer my question (sort of).

I called last week(1/10/2023) to get a price on a re-used engine to purchase for my GMC. the man I spoke with said he would call me back, but he didn't. I called again today, and this new man said that they don't speak to just consumers and that I would have to place my order online. He was very rude and short with me, it's almost like he didn't want to talk to me and now didn't have to talk to me. What about the people that don't have internet access, how you plan to help them? Had high hopes, but I'll go to some other place. Thanks but no thanks.

This company has gotten so bad I wish we had a competitor keep your money until they feel like giving it back lie to you on the phone as well been in Automotive for 22 years they strip and break parts and no responsibility! My advice try to find another source before dealing with this Company!

They claim it s Money Back Guaranteed on their returns but that s definitely not the case. They took off half of what I paid originally plus I have to pay for shipping even though I didn t even open the box. Won t be doing business again with LKQ.

This place has some of the rudest employees ever. I called earlier today and talk to a store rep name Richie or Rickie. And was just calling on an inquiry of my car ac compressor. I didn t know what Engine it was. So I told the guy to give me a price range of both engine and acted like it was a big deal. He was so rude about and even hung up the call on me. Who owes this company needs to do undercover boss and see how rude and unreasonable their employees are.

I heard from my co-nechanic about LKQ and called them to ask for some parts I needed, but I was totally blown away by their customer representatives and I called to Fenix auto parts. They delivered my parts from Cincinnati to columbus with great responsive way.

I went there on Friday with my bf Kyle to try to get my A.C. fixed during our staycation but it didn't work out very well. I am still working on getting the part I need from them since I originally bought the wrong part then did an exchange but the correct part I need was missing (the most important piece on their) and so I am trying to work with them to get it. Heather at LKQ (and staff) have been easy to work with to help get the part I need even if their has been hiccups along the way. I can also say I love the price it cost me compared to Subaru dealership. $57 compared to $1,200. Downfall to this place, they are only opened 9-3 or 4 on Monday-Friday. They are not opened on weekends.

When I came in the secretary at the desk was on the phone, there was a sign to take a number and have a seat, I did so, but I was never greeted by anyone or told something like we will be with you in a moment. They didn't seem apologetic about taking 20 min and still not called my number. Bad customer service unless your a big buyer.

I ordered a reman motor from LKQ, in which i paid a bit more than 3k for only for the motor to be faulty. My mechanic and I have reported the issue because i have a NO QUESTION ASKED which states labor and replacement will be taken care regardless of failure. Well they have been giving me the run around for a month which has left me car less. No only are they steady telling me they don t have any information for me, they continue to say someone will call me back but no one ever calls and I have to always call to be transferred around. I have been paying for rentals each week because I don t have my vehicle but no one can give me an answer when Something will be done. The Columbus location is putting everything on the Texas Corporate and the Corporate doesn t answer the phone. I would highly highly suggest looking into alternative options because My experience with LKQ has been god awful thus far.

Customer Service on the phone was great with Jim. Got to the front door and it turned awful speaking with Jeremy. They need to give people prepare customer service regardless of COVID or not.

Priced great however Im surprised on how hard Mr Ricky works to make sure we get what we need. Mr Ricky has been very helpful with everything weve asked and always comes up with an answer making our shop successful. Hate to operate without his help.

Called Monday morning for parts in stock.Parts promised Tuesday. Still no parts Wednesday nite. Told on both days they were on the truck. Customer took his vehicle unfinished. Lost the job and stuck with $1000 worth of other parts I cant use.

I bought a used part for my truck, it was ready the next day, they bubble wrapped it and put it in a box so it wouldn't get damaged, plus I saved $300. Over a new piece from ford.

Made 2 trip out to this place to buy an alternator. Finally got it on the car and it still wouldn"t charge. Jumped it and barely made it to Autozone to have it checked and it was putting out less amps then my old one that I took off. This place does not even test their products before selling it. Bad business! I will not be back!

LOVE THE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING TALK TO VICK HE KNOWS HIS PARTS AND IS A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM HERE FOR MANY YEARS ALWAYS HAD GOOD PARTS SHOW UP AT MY DOOR AND FAST.

I was looking for a spare tire option for my Chevrolet Volt that has none; just a bottle of tire sealant. I didn't trust the wheels they were recommending, like off a Nissan Juke and Ford Mustang (?).

Did not get what I was told I would get. They did make it right some what. My repair ended up costing 700 dollars more than I had planned

Received defective parts from LKQ and they don't except returns. The ball joint received was cracked. That concerns me as related to quality assurance.

I ordered a part and was told that the part was going to be delivered the next day, I had to wait a week for the part, they charged me extra because I didn t give them my old part but they never told me anything about it, and after all that I got the wrong part and when I called they were super unprofessional and very rude.
