I am an owner of a Genesis G80 that I brought to Genesis of Groveport (Ricart) because of a defective part in my car. The dealership had my car for a total of 76 days for the first time, Oct 10-Dec 24, my car was being worked on. I picked up my car only to find out that it is still not working, the Sr tech person confirmed that it was not working before leaving, and damage had been done to the interior of my car. (which I did not know until I went to clean my car) Since bringing my car back to the shop to fix the part that was not correctly fixed the first time, they have had it for 5 more days. A total of 81 days of having my car and I still do not have it. When I picked up my car the first time, I had spoken to the service manager Mr. Mark Reese, which told me he was new but would make sure that things would be taken care of correctly. Since then, I have left messages for Mr. Reese to call me about my car, left on his personal voicemail. He did not return any of my calls. The only one that he picked up was when it was transferred to him and not knowing it was me calling.I would think that if a person had to wait almost 3 months to get his car back that a dealership would make it a priority to correct the issue in a timely manner. Instead I get the runaround that the technician has not responded to where they are on the repair. Also, I had sent Mr. Reese pictures of the damage from my car and have heard nothing from him in this regard.I think I have been more than patient with waiting on the repairs of my car. The process does not seem to be improving with my second visit, needless to say my last.Update: 2/25/2023 - no repairs on the damages done to my car while in service and not all the repairs from work supposed to be done. I did receive my car after having it an additional 18 days for the second time around. A total of 94 days they had my car for one part replacement. Granted they did receive defective part for the part I was getting replaced but not sure of the total details on why so long to complete job. Most times I had to inquire on what was going on with repairs. I have all text to prove my communications. I have concluded after all the issues with the car and services I can no longer recommend a Genesis or their service.

We had a great experience working with Jason, our salesman. He's really first rate and on top of things. The finance department was also knowledgeable and easy to do paperwork with. So far so good. We'll see how the service department measures up at maintenence time.

Test drove Genesis at another location and dealer was frustrating. Sent a quote request and received an excellent offer which improved with negotiation. Easy buy experience and very friendly staff!

Genesis of Groveport is good...the intake process & professionalism of intake staff is good and lobby area is very nice! As to the department(s) that clean vehicles and/or responsible to ensure tire pressures are good, particularly when a customer asks and it is not done, improvement is needed! Suggest after all things done, someone double checks the asks and/or inform the customer.Thank you!

We had a wonderful buying experience with Christian. Everyone was so nice and helpful while we were there. Multiple people helped with questions on how to set up the car for my me. All Ricart dealerships are great to deal with. We have been to Ford and now Genesis.

A thorough disappointment. Location did not represent or uphold the standard Genesis conveys nor match the experience at other Genesis dealers.Update: Reached out to them and they were dismissive. Go here if you like friendly people who do not put words to action.

If I could pick 10 Stars I would! I was blown away from the second I called the dealership to the time I left in my new G70. JD and the entire team went above and beyond getting me into this car. If you want a frictionless customer obsessed car experience go see JD and the team at Ricart Automotive. They truly are #1 in the car industry. And get this they offered to drive the car to me over 2 hours away. Go see the team and thank me later! 10/10 truly an amazing team.

Excellent experience. Jose was a great salesperson, and everyone that i dealt with management wise including Case and Sean made it a good experience. Happy with my lease and will definitely be back when the time comes.

There are 15 Genesis dealers within an hour and a half drive from me, but I chose to take my business 5 hours away to Genesis of Groveport because they:* Had the best price.* Had the vehicle on the lot, NOT in transit.* Did NOT have any MAP, unnecessary add-ons or other ridiculous fees.* Were able to do electronic signature and negotiations over email and text.* Were upfront and honest.My salesman, Jason Motter was great. Not pushy, very communicative, and spent more time explaining all of the features of the car than we spent with the Finance manager, Sterling Monk, double checking the paperwork.I have spoken and dealt with 35-40 dealerships across the US, and Groveport was the best experience out of any of the others, with or without the actual vehicle on the lot.

I purchased my GV80 from out of state and Ricart couldn t have done a better job. The transaction went smoothly and was one of my better car buying experiences. In fact, I am about to email them about a car for my wife.

I went in to have my interior ambient lighting and HDA II fixed due to both being removed with the last firmware update from Genesis. The technician stated he would have to download a new update as a fix but that it would take at least 12 hours to put on a USB drive. Due to it being a 2 hr drive for me, he and his manager agreed to have it shipped to me. Fast forward 3 wks and nothing. I called to ask about the status and was told I needed to call Genesis to get it done. I explained that I was originally told the above. The kind man then stated he tried to explain it to the case manager, Morticia but she keeps avoiding him. He then explained to me after several attempts to reach her, that she stated she is too busy to talk to me and that she would call me back. I have yet to hear anything from them. I reached out to Corporate Genesis to complain so we'll see if anything gets done.Update as of Sept 9, 2023. I received a text from Morticia stating my USB was mailed. I received it and installed it only to find out it is no different than the update the removed my features. This is so frustrating to have to continue this insanity. The gentleman who called me to try to patch things up and get my review fixed by talking to Morticia has yet to call me back after I called and left him a message of my frustration. So mow I am directly working with corporate to get this resolved. They have moved me to a different service center. This location has several issues when it comes to Genesis owners. They mix Kia, Hyundaii, and Genesis owners together under the same umbrella and waiting area. The service receptionists don't treat Genesis owners any different even though it's suppose to luxury in all settings. They also get people in and out quick whether the issues presented during scheduling may require more time. I felt rushed once they let me know they couldn't fix it in the "time allotted". I live 2 hrs away. I'm not coming back every week or two just because you allotted time that was inappropriate. They also seem to have one tech who seemed overwhelmed. I don't see how this can continue. I made sure corporate understood why I am so frustrated with this place. The one star will remain for treating me like a McDonald's Drive-thru customer.

If you go there, ignore the sign pointing to the Genesis showroom and instead, go in the Hyundai showroom next door. where all the Genesis staff actually works for both outlets. Ask for Malik, who knows his stuff and is not a pushy sales guy type. The guy smiley type who sits behind the counter, however, is an insufferable old timey winking grinning asshat. Decent inventory. The odd showroom arrangement is supposed to be temporary, because eventually, Reichart will build a dedicated Genesis building. About the cars, I was interested in the G70 "sport sedan" but the steering is over boosted, and the suspension is tuned for comfort, not handling -- too soft, too much sway on hard maneuvers, resembling a base model BMW 5. None of the driving mode settings seemed to affect the suspension. A sport suspension upgrade is not a factory option. Both engine setups are pretty quick, though, so the model is at least partially high in sportiness. Important to me, the radios were not even partially high in fidelity. Ergonomics were good.

We had a great buying experience! Andrew Altrillisch, our sales rep, was fantastic. He did everything that he said plus he stayed a couple of hours after closing to help us purchase the car. He went above & beyond! John, the sales manager was also very friendly & helpful. Over all we had a great time buying our 2023 Telluride SUV.

Not a happy camper.I purchased nine vehicles from Ricart from 2007 to 2022 , the service was always great until Augusta 4th 2022 car was brand new only 6 months old.Took my Genesis g70 to the shop, sunroof would not close.It took Ricart of Groveport 78 days to fix my sunroof, I called what was then the old service manager for Genesis multiple times with no return phone, I was informed by one of the service employees that my vehicle was not a priority at that time to get fixed.So I complained to Genesis concierge service.The service manager gave me a call then in a timely fashion.Hopefully this new service manager will take into consideration on how people feel about their vehicles being in the shop for long periods of time and return phone calls to them when they call hopefully.

My seat is still not fix. It took 5 days for an oil change. My car is only a year old and the breaks are vibrating. Over all I am not happy with the service.
