Not a very good experience. Brought our jeep here for a simple alignment after the lift was put on. After two hours I was informed that they could not get it aligned. Owner said he would search for some adjustable upper control arms or whatever parts he thinks would fix the problem and give me a call with what he found and pricing. Week and half later nothing. I called to see what was up and was told by Seth I ll have him call you back , week later still no call. I m not a mechanic but I found the parts as there are only two places who make adjustable uppers for a WK2 Jeep and ordered them. Took the Jeep to the dealer and problem solved.Not good customer service at all and makes you wonder about the ethics of a company like this. Follow thru with customers, not all jobs are going to be simple and easy. I would have just paid for you to do the whole thing, just wanted it done as it s my wife s pavement princess and I want her to safe.

I ve taken two trucks here; 1 gas and 1 diesel. They ve called me before they ve done any work to let me know prices and an estimate on time. They re quick and do excellent work. This place is super reliable, fair prices and they get the job done so you can be back on the road in a timely manner. They return your vehicle in pristine condition. Jerry is trustworthy, honest and dependable. He s very knowledgeable about what he does. My truck ( 2007.5, 2500, Dodge Ram 6.7 turbo deisel) was in this so called repair shop for over 2 months. The bill was $3000.00. Shortly after I left this so called repair shop. My truck started to over heat. I stopped and had to put 3 and 1/2 gallons of water into it. To get my truck back home.

Finally found a place we can trust... Haven t felt taken advantage of ,actually feel like he cares... Tyler goes out of his way to make this a customer friendly shop!!! Will definitely be taking our cars to him from now on!

I don t do many reviews but these guys are exceptional for a repair shop. They stand behind their work and take care of the issues even after the sale is closed. Tyler is very professional and honest. Highly recommend using their service.

I took my Honda Pilot into Elite to have the AC repaired. The dealership told me it would cost over $1000 to repair the AC alone. Not only did Tyler repair the AC but found issues with one of the ball joints and arms on the wheel axis. He fixed all three issues at a much more reasonable price. I even got a loaner car! Elite Auto is an honest business and the employees take pride in their work! Highly recommended!

Tyler is awesome. He won't talk down to you and his prices are more than fair. I've had oil changes, tires replaced, and brakes replaced.
