I just can't say enough good about these guys. My husband was there with a blown out trailer tire after being down for 14 weeks overhauling our N14. Needless to say we are not in a great place financially after that. This was only the 3rd load since the rebuild and he was late already. I called Tim and he said to send my husband right over and they would repair the tire if possible and find something affordable if not. Within an hour they had him rolling to his delivery. We are so grateful.

I caught a flat tire and Googled tire shop near me, when Great Lakes was the closest. Not knowing it was for Semi Trucks they actually had one tire that was the size of my car tire (Thank God). The staff was so friendly and took care of the issue right away. My husband and family have their own Trucking company (3 Semi Trucks to be exact) we will definitely be going to them for service. Great Service Dept. and mechanics. Saved a lot of money compared to what dealership wanted for parts and labor. I got my suspension kingpins replaced and 2 new Bridgestone steers. When replacing kingpins, the mechanic seen 1 of my brake pads was cracked . They replaced cracked brake pad and also threw on 2 new shocks I had since I knew I was getting new steers. Thanks

Needed truck innertube for my pool to close for winter. Those blue pillows just didn't serve purpose! Ask around. Trucker we knew suggested going there. Bought one. Had good service and good conversation.

I had purchased steer tires and 2 sets of trailer tires. This company mounted them as well. The mounting was done very badly. Both of my trailer wheels were severely damaged as a result. The damage that they caused due to the bad job that they did cost me just over $5,000. 00 in repairs. Fortunately no one died or was hurt as a result. DON'T GET THE TIRES MOUNTED HERE! If you must, it's actually a good place to buy tires, but have a good shop mount them.

Good management but took 3 1/2 h to change 2 steer tiers and two rear tires even do I was first customer in line and I missed my appointment for delivery wich caused me 2 days delay

This place has 3 guys that control who stays and who goes and one of them is lazy and does not want to work at all. If you complain they gang up and get you fired and the two supervisors are no help because they are afraid of making the three on the floor upset. Save your time or you will be doing it all and being treated like a dog. They all talk about each other behind there backs.

Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Tim is the manager. He will not stand behind his work. I bought a new rim in July. Come to find out. It's not the right rim. To big for my application. The rim dug into to pilot tangs on the hub. I also picked up a vibration in the frontend. Took it into them to have my tires rebalance. When I left it was worse. Unable to go back. So I went to another Michelin dealer. They helped figure out the tire was out of round because of the rim not being the right one. Also not mounted correctly. I call to tell tim and he said bring it back. I told that was impossible, but I have pictures. Refused to even look at them. His answer was that my equipment was just worn and he hold's no responsibility. First and foremost, if the rim would have been right. It never would have damaged my hub, causing the tire to become out of round from sliding up in down on the wheel assembly. When his people balanced the tires they should have caught the out of roundness. Not to mention the improperly installed the tire back on the truck causing more damage to the hub. This is the world we live in. No one wants to except responsibility. I paid good money to this shop. They only care about taking your money.... and the hell with the quality of the work. If you don't like here's the middle finger . Please take your business somewhere else. Don't let Tim get away with this. We consumers have to stick together.

This is my new tire shop I was 2nd in line to get in had one in the shop ahead of me the guy pulled his service truck up to me and changed my tire right out in the parking lot, very impressed no one has ever done that anywhere else I ve been

Big business with small businesses mentality. You'll get the same service if your spending 5 dollars or 500.
