I had two vehicles in the last few months have batteries go dead do to age. Both times I drove the car in after jump starting them only to have the batteries tested, good! The next day the cars failed to start. I drove the other car in to the Auto Zone and replaced the batteries. Why doesn't the testing show the batteries are failing ? . Please let us customer's know this. Good store but this upset me.

A good place to get car parts, battery's, car mats, accessories, etc. Prices are always good compared to competitors like O'reilly. Customer service is always excellent and if I ever need a dash light check or battery check they will do it with zero problems, are kind to do so, and it don't cost anything to have them help you check it. I always get parts here because if you go anywhere else you are paying double or triple the price. They try to keep the parts responsible and don't try to rip you off

I can't emphasize enough how great it is to do business with this store. You get acknowledged the moment you walk into the store and asked if you need direction. All the people in the store are very positive and helpful. They explain things to you . Been going there for ten years, have had three batteries installed, a headlamp replaced, fuses installed, diagnostics performed and lots of wiper blades installed. I recommend this store to all my family and friends, especially women who want to be treated fairly and honestly! 'Auto Zone", making your auto parts store experience "Great Again"....... that could be a good National Ad Slogan.

I know almost nothing about cars and when my oil light came on, I was very anxious about how I was going to get home from work (an hour away). Dan and Nick offered a higher level of customer service than I could have expected. Not only did they make sure I got the right oil, but Dan put it in for me and checked the dipstick to make sure I had enough and that I understood what was going on. They were completely non-judgemental and super helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Not very happy with my experience lately at the store. Normally it's great. I believe Dan helped me. I asked him to order a specific part. Gave him the part number he said he ordered it. When the part came the part was completely wrong and it was like he didn't even listen when I told him that the one they have in stock did not work at all. He tried giving it to me with a look on his face like "yea you have no idea this is the right one" I ended up having to drive over a hour away to get the part. As someone who is dependent on an auto part store to get the right parts to fix customers cars this was not a good experience in anyway. Leaving 3 starts because it's normally very helpful but yesterday was a true example of great incompetence.

Ordered brakes and rotors all around. Gave them my phone number. I am in their system. Said they would have them the next day. Went to pick them up. Not there. No order on record.

These guys are amazing, I was stuck with a dead battery, and the manager went out of his way to help me get in a new battery. He went way above and beyond!!! Incredible customer service!!

So I broke down in Geneva Oh. I cannot say enough about Hoss at this location (And also the manager too). These folks are not uncaring people! They helped me when they didn't necessarily have to. They went way above and beyond. Thank you guys!!

I came to Geneva Ohio from Columbus because my daughter had cheer competition so I drove 3 hours away for my daughter's competition and a light came on on my Dash and I didn't know what it meant so I stopped in at this AutoZone ask somebody what it meant because I didn't want to drive another 3 hours back home if something was wrong with the vehicle. So I go in I asked this guy to check it out for me he comes out to my car he looks at it and tells me that it was a temperature light... I said so are you saying my car is cold? because it's been running! he said yes,, I said that can't be right, I said you think it might mean it's too hot?? he said maybe just watch the hot and cold idle,, I said okay do you think it might need antifreeze? he said no because it's hot if you try to check it all blow up in your face... I said sir you just said my car was cold now your saying it's hot ...he just looked at me and said we'll just keep an eye on the hot and cold idle and you'll be okay and walked away. So while I'm sitting in the parking lot at the AutoZone I look on YouTube and YouTube says that the sign on my Dash that was lit up meant that one of my tires were going low!!! it was a low tire light!! I'm just saying if you're going to work at a freaking AutoZone at least know what you're doing! Smh!

Big Jim was and is ALWAYS AWESOME! "BENNY" BENJAMIN CRUZE(?) is ABSOLUTELY THEEE BEST IN THIS STORE! ALWAYS great advice and ALWAYS willing to help! I highly recommend going HERE for parts! Do NOR forget DAN" THE MAN HOSS"! ALWAYS helpful!

I believe it was Ed who helped check my car battery. He cleaned off some corrosion and determined it still had life. More customer service than I expected. Thank you.

I went there with my son to replace a windshield wiper. The gentleman working there took one look at my son's car. Told us what was wrong. And helped us with a simple fix that included buying a smaller wiper.
