Pretty quick service at this location. Drop your car off, do some shopping and oil change was almost complete. We had both vehicles get an oil change. Cost was a little less than that I was paying before.

First let me say your staff and technicians were very profezsional. It was unfortunate that we had to wait over three hours for a 15 minute job as we were 200 miles from home and had to replace the donut tire from our vehicle after having a flat on the Ohio turnpike. I understand it is first come first serve but I thought they could have helped us in between their larger jobs. We did make it home safely and appreciated that you were able to help us get back on the road.

I wish I could leave zero stars cause it is super sad when the customer has to do the employees job we had to have 2 tires put on rotated and balanced the dude couldn't even take the lug nuts off of the driver and passenger rear tire I had to sign a waiver and do it myself I then let them take the tire off and change it. I watched them break the tpms(tire pressure monitor sensor) and didnt tell us and charged us for it i then watched him balance the tire and it's not even balanced right when I told him and he kept ignoring me continuing his job when he put the tire on he put it on backwards and I told him your putting it on backwards he ignored me again and I said it again he then persisted to yell at me and tell me I didn't know how to do there job when I have 14 years of experience in being a tire technician he then put the tire on backwards not using the correct star pattern I called him out on that and he started yelling at me again so I then yelled back at him telling him to take the tire off and put it back on using the right star pattern and he commenced to yell at me for telling them how to do there job right

I went in early in the morning and got four pre-purchased new tires mounted and balanced for sixty dollars and some change. It took them about a hour and a half to service my vehicle due to one other person arriving before I did. It's a first come first serve basis so I was thrilled just to show up and get in and out as quick as I did.

Flat tire on Easter Sunday and they were open and very friendly, eager to help fix the problem. Ended up being able to patch the tire and drive safely another 200 Miles, saving me a new tire in the process! And we still made it back for Easter brunch . Shout out to everyone working there this Easter because you were great!

Told us they changed the oil filter, but they didn't. Also used old oil when putting oil back in. Never going there again, not risking my engine.

I went in because i had a flat. They told me they couldn t fix it because my rim was bent which was fine how ever i was sitting in my car and this man came out and asked if they even offered to put the donut tire on. I said no and he said he d do it for me. He said they over heard them talking about it but he wasn t the one that was going to fix it. He attempted to drive my car to the shop but realized it was too bad to drive on so he got a jack and did my tire outside in the heat. I m not sure what his name was but it was genuinely nice of him to do that for me and even filled my tires up after the fact. I just want to give a shout out to that manService: Tires

I will be forever grateful to the people at this auto care center. They rescued me (and a rescued pup I was transporting to Michigan) when I was stranded in Fremont after my car's tire developed a sidewall bubble. These folks got me on my way quickly and SAFELY. Took car in for oil change. No issues, or so I thought. Took it back for next change. They cant get the drain plug out. Then they act like I did this. There department is the only people who have changed the on in this vehicle since I have owned it. Then I noticed after I left that one of my valve caps is now missing. Makes me angry for sure. Also makes me wonder and worry what else they messed up. Will not go back there.Service: Oil change

I've had good and bad experiences here. They've always done the work quick and everything but someone there cross thread my oil pan screw on my last vehicle. I've always gone to the same place to get my oil change so it wasn't me or another place that did it. Luckily I wasn't far from trading in that vehicle and now have a new one but I still got here. Do it again, I might consider going elsewhere, but we all get 1 bad new hire that bend the rules so, I'll forgive it this once. Service people are knowledgeable on their products, very helpful. And pending on the time of day you may even get a smile out of one of them.

The service was good, but they do not have the gadget to then line the tires to the electronic board on the car. It has been 4 weeks now and the same response I get when I ask if It is working now is, "we just ordered the part to fix it." What is taking so long to get the part or did you not order it or do you have no intention of getting it fixed?

I always get my oil changed at Fremont walmart. There is usually not a long wait to get your car in. The longest I've had to wait was 30 minutes to get in and about 45 minutes to have the oil changed. They also check and clean your air filter along with checking the pressure in your tires.

Poor customer service in Fremont. Ask about an oil change and told they dont know who is working so maybe 30 minutes maybe over 2 hours. Being polite i ask if i come back will you know if you have enough people working? Was told i dont know when they take breaks and its not my responsibility to manage their schedules. Apparently everyone goes on break 2 hours after opening. Lost a customer who would have waited for a known timeframe. Save yourself time and energy. Go elsewhere.

I stopped at the Fremont Ohio Walmart because I needed a new battery for my van. Within 30 minutes I had the battery installed and was ready to hit the road. Although it didn't happen on this visit, they will try to sell you other items for your vehicle while it's in there for repair. Just a word to the wise be sure that the items they are selling you are actually needed on your vehicle.

Small place that's easy to miss, but the sushi is fresh and the meals are large! A little on the expensive side, but a great value. I'll definitely be going back.

Arrived at 8:30 am and at 10:45 am our car still isnt done with placing tires on my our car. Unless you have the whole day to shop here dont waste your time.

Recently visted. Terrible service. "Supervisor" was extremly rude to me. Everyone was more concerned with getting off work instead of finishing work that was already on board for them to do.
