I cannot say enough good about this place, especially Dan. I have never, and I mean never have dealt with more professional people in all my years as a consumer. I was treated with respect, honesty, and most importantly integrity. If you are in the market for any type of recreational vehicle, these guys are the ones to go too.Ask for Dan, he is the most communicative person around. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.

Awesome experience purchasing 23 R7 from Dan Clark and the entire team. Traveled there from Michigan and they had everything completely ready for my arrival on a Saturday. Will use them for any bike or part purchases in future. Strongly recommend this dealer for your motosport needs.

I can't say enough good about the experience. I live over two hours away and worked everything out over the phone. My sales person Grayson was unbelievable. I told him I had a limited time window and needed to be in and out and asked that he had everything ready. He did just that and went above and beyond in helping me to get the ATV loaded on my truck. I wish this store was right here by me as they made the entire experience simple, quick and fun. They also have great follow up.

Took my Rmax for some warranty work. Soon as I walked in 2 sales guy's asked what they could help with took me back to service dept. Everyone I talked to in service dept friendly and knowledgeable. They called kept me informed through everything. I'm not one to leave reviews typically but I was impressed and you earned knew customer.

Dominic should be commended by his peers and owners...I sent a few texts...a couple messages to him...he was very aware of my situation and the bike I wanted....in my heart of hearts I was expecting a call from him telling me to go kick rocks...then the call....without hesitation he informed me that he was able to make it happen...Dominic as well as the entire staff definitely love their jobs...friendly staff is key..and they have been great from day one...you guys killed it...thanks man

I never leave a dealership feeling good about my purchase, it's just one of those necessary evils. Not this time. I feel I walked out with a fair deal on what appears to be a great bike (still too cold to try it out).As others have said, Dan was great to work with throughout the process. It was a long drive for me so we talked over the phone beforehand and he was extremely helpful over the phone as well as when I came to check it out in store. No pressure tactics, very knowledgeable and just great to do business with. And a bonus, you get a t-shirt at the end which is super comfy. Might be worth it just for that! We did have a little hiccup with the delivery, but no harm no foul and I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Thank you so much for your help last week on a pair of tires for my four-wheeler. Nobody else around had 10 in. tires and you guys did and we're very helpful. By the way, those Mud Rebels did wonderful on my West Virginia trip. Thanks again and I highly recommend!

Went to this dealership to look at cfmotos. Buddy and I walked around the sales floor for 30 minutes. No one ever said hi or asked if they could help. I buy 6 bikes a year. Would never go back there.

I'll start by saying I'm "that guy" who typically only writes a review when he has had a bad experience - not this time.I ended up working with Dan Clark by chance - what a stroke of luck for me. He is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Ended up buying a 2010 Kawasaki Concours from him. It was an easy transaction (flawless other than the fact that he was busy). Jamie handed F&I. She was awesome as well.It's a long drive for me to deal with Schiets (50 miles) but well worth the trip. To the Schiets staff - thank you for the opportunity to work with you. I'll make the drive simply because the level of service is worth it.Thank you.

Just purchased a 23 Yahama rmax off of Greyson. He is a great salesman! He took his time and showed me around and never tried to push anything on me. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Keep up the good work man and you definitely have my business on future purchases!

Beyond Friendly staff. From parts to finance to sales. Every step was explained to me in detail. I'm young and this was my first big big purchase and they made it comfortble and talked to me with respect regardless of my age. Greyson is the best salesman and I highly recommend him. Got my first motorcycle here, worked with Greyson, he is a fantastic salesman and a nice person to work with, answered my calls and texts even afterhours to make sure I have all the information i needed. They have huge collection. In overall recommend this place to ayone in the market for a motorcycle.

I am completely new to riding motorcycles, I came in to check out helmets to figure out what size would be best for me not planning on buying one. The employees here were quick to help me find what brand and size would fit me best, they were very helpful through the whole process. I ended up leaving with a brand new helmet for a very good deal. Will come again for my other riding needs

My go to shop. Friendly staff, straight business, and no run around. They have a pretty good selection of machines, pretty knowledgeable, and very helpful as needed. Have bought two machines there, and will buy my next machine there. Assuming I can talk the wife into one, head on over I'm sure they can help with that also.

Still a decent place to get parts and repairs but the selection of machines has dropped at least in the showroom. I didn't get to see if there were any other buildings with used bikes or ATVs.

I rarely post reviews of businesses but have to give credit where it is due. This is a great place to do business in northern Ohio. They re not exactly located close to me, but had the opportunity to do business with them as a result of a lack of product availability. They had the particular machine in stock that I was looking for and I made the drive. Unfortunately, the product I was purchasing had a malfunctioning part, even after PDI testing, and I had to leave the dealership without my purchase. I was disappointed, but I thought the folks at Schiets dealt with the situation in the best way possible. Although I left empty handed that day, I knew they did everything they could, as a team, to try and remedy the issue and send me home with my purchase. It was all hands on deck when the issue arose. When we determined it couldn t be solved that day, they were just as defeated as I was and without skipping a beat, they told me they would make it right by fixing the issue and delivering the product to me. I live over 2 hours away, so this was no small commitment. I didn t buy an expensive machine, nor did I show up in a fancy vehicle- they just took care of me, the way you would expect to be treated. Give this place a chance if you re in the market for a new machine. If you try to call and don t get an answer, it s probably because they re busy with customers (because they re good to do business with).

Amazing place to buy a bike. There was no pressure walking in and everyone was super nice from sales to finance. Would definitely recommend to anyone who s in the market. Also want to give a big thanks to Dan Clark for helping make it happen!

Took my bike in the day before they scheduled it, took almost two weeks before they touched it. Then $460 later I was told it was a mystery. Took it to a local guys shop who had it diagnosed in less than an hour, and fixed. IT WAS FUEL PUMP. Never going back here again!!!!

Buyer beware! My son got a used dirt bike from them less then 2 weeks ago. The first time he rode, he noticed leaking oil, contacted Greyson who asked for pictures and then nothing done. Then the 3rd time riding it, it cracked the block so is now not rideable. They were contacted and told him they would discount a small amount but that was it. He was told the bike was completely checked out, oil changed and everything but oil is not clean. Disappointing to say the least. We will no longer purchase from here.
