Stay away! Went there and he quoted me. Touched up paint on a tiny spot and clear coated the top of the trunk. Picked it up and it had bad scratches and nibs/dirt all stuck deep in the clear.Went back a 2nd time for him to fix these. Was made 10x worse. Horrible scratches everywhere and wet sanded so far that the clear coat was burned through and there are many waves/dents in paint. Paint runs all over. The job that was done I guess you can say fixed the broken brackets. But it was definitely rigged. And nothing was even cleaned up. Compound all over back window, was told to go to a car wash.Went back a third time to ask for a refund. Lady was extremely rude as soon as she came out. Told me I was wrong and this work would be acceptable by others. I told her that I went to 10+ other body shops and they all said how it could not get any worse and they all quoted $600+ in paint damages only. Nothing involving the rigged bracket (will fix those on my own). I told the lady I would be moving forward with leaving a review and getting my insurance/filing a suit. And she said knock yourself out. Horrible business policy and will treat you poorly. They will take your money and do a low quality job and move on. I would say read reviews before going but he has buddies post 5 star reviews for him. Had 10 new five star reviews right before I posted this. He knew it was coming so he bumped up his ratings. 28 reviews since he opened in 2017, but 10 in the past 2 hours? You know that s not right!! This is not the place to go!

I Got a wide body kit put on and this is how I got it back.. this car is brand new also had only couple hundred miles on it. I had to take it to a different shop and had to pay 8500 for the extra work they had to do and strip the paint job and redo it correctly. Everything circled is Dents and scratches..

Alex treated my 19 year old daughter with respect. He answered all of her questions with thoughtfulness and consideration. He worked within our budget, and did a great job on the damage. We definitely would use Minor Kustoms again! Thank you!

Alex has great customer service. Not knowing much about cars, he made the process super easy for me! He fixed my front bumper and car door handle very fast, and even picked my car up and dropped it back off for me!! Awesome experience. Alex and his shop worked with me and insurance to have my car repaired. Their work is impeccable. Alex is humble and gracious. Alex even worked with my busy schedule and came in after business hours so I could pick up my vehicle on my own time. Amazing shop and amazing work. Honorable businessmen!

I was urged by several people to find a different body shop due to the location and appearance of the building. However, after talking with the owner, I knew this business put a lot of care into their work. Minor Customs has been superb at answering my countless questions and staying in constant contact about the status of my car.Alex and his team fixed my car after a rear end collision which cause much more than cosmetic damages. My car looks perfect not to mention all of the other issues that were caused by the accident, he has fixed and got back to normal.The prices are fair, attention to detail is magnificent. Their customer service is to be envied by other mechanics and body shops. I can not recommend or talk highly enough about Minor Customs.

I have a 2012 Honda Odyssey that had paint flaking off on the roof. Minor Customs gave me a great price and the roof looks great! They were able to match the existing paint perfect! They got the job done quickly, which was a bonus! Give these guys try you won t regret it!
