Called three times before going in to pick some airbags , i was assured that they have them in stock and they the the OEM ones ( guy almost flipped at me when I asked him the second time ).I went out of my way with a load to pick them up and when I got there to get them they told me the story that everyone is using lately , that they re on BACK ORDER NATIONALLY but they have some aftermarket ones .This is after I ve seen 2 of them taking to each saying that we re not gonna govern him the OEM ones, right ? Talked to the MGR , he never even bother to check the parts , he turned briefly and spoke with the first guy and told me there s nothing they can do !!!So I suggest you don t get out of your way to get here because you re going to be in for a big surprise .TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Mr Austin at truck parts this guy went above and beyond to help me. Great man, respectful educated and patient. Great customer service. I don't always leave any reviews but this man deserves it. He represents this company very well.

This was my first time coming to this establishment. And I'm very pleased with everything. More importantly they saw me when they were actually booked up. Got me in fixed what was needed and got me back rolling. Everyone was friendly especially to my roller "Roxy" which is a Staffy. Very dog friendly. 10 star service

Bought my truck and started my adventure as an owner op and a month in my truck throws a check engine code. I took my truck to the freightliner dealership I bought my truck from who told me they can t test Volvo software but they think it s a egr valve and could order a new valve for 2,000 or take it to a Volvo dealer to confirm. Found Volvo of Fremont and they got me in 4 days and had me diagnosed and fixed in under 4 hours. Turned out to be a bad egr temp sensor saving me alot of money for a family man just starting his own trucking adventure. Great work, honest people, and got me in quickly. Volvo of Fremont will be my dedicated repair shop.

Recommend to everyone. Great place. The lowest cost for repair in United States among Volvo dealerships. Had to stay overnight, got replaced EGR cooler. They gave me ride to a hotel, picked up in the morning for free. Treated me like a family. And the problem solved easily. Saved at least 1200$, great people. Will definitely 100% do business again, with no doubts.

This place is amazing. Showed up to get diffuser pipe gasket repaired. Checked in at 7:30am fixed and gone by 9:30am. Everyone here is very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend these guys.

Great service, they fix things right the first time. This is not the closest dealer for me, but worth the extra drive to get things done fast at a good price. Nice people to work with.

Best Volvo dealership in the country! Passing through to get to delivery, and truck needed sudden repairs...drove in the previous night while they were closed and took me in for repairs first thing in the morning, and was done around noon. They got to the bottom of the problem the first time, without running around in circles. To top it all, gave us free pizza. They went above and beyond my expectations compared to ANY other Volvo dealership I've ever been to.

I only stop in for parts. Great service. While waiting for employee to retrieve a part(s) every worker that came near the counter asked, "Have you been helped?". This is everytime, Ive been there. Sign of great management and workers, imo.

I m sorry I was an inconvenience to come in and ask some questions see if you could spare an hour to check out my truck not only did I wait 15 minutes for somebody to come up front to help me after being paged three times to come to the front and the guy tells me he couldn t touch me until Monday that is five days away you know on operators don t have five or six trucks to just jump into and keep making money when we have problems we need them fixed and addressed as soon as possible so a little customer service would go along way when you are dealing with owner operators the guy made me feel like I was an inconvenience and nuisance for bothering him this is not the way to treat owner operators or any truck driver had of been a major fleet they would ve jumped all over it I cannot recommend this place for anybody How hard would it have been to check the torque on my U-bolt on the steer axle and to test the driveline telemetry

Stay away from these morons. My truck had an engine problem so I towed it to their shop, I told them to check it, so if the engine was blown I was not planning to fix it but rather sell it.They called me after a week telling me it's just the starter and some wires, so I happily told them to fix that. Then the idiots called me and said they replaced all that but the engine is still tied up, they charged me 1500 $ and even told me I gotta tow the truck from their lot in 2 days, I spent 1600 $ more to tow it to Chicago where they diagnosed blown crankshaft. Conclusion: because of the stupid morons at Volvo I threw over 3000$ in garbage.
