I was traveling (a 7 hr trip) and about half way through I started hearing a concerning noise. They graciously took my vehicle in and inspected it to make sure it was safe to drive. I'm very grateful for their help. Excellent service!

Seriously the BEST place locally to have your car looked at. In my experience they aren't out to make a buck off of you and are as thorough as they can be with diagnosing issues and quoting repairs. Luckily I haven't had many issues with my vehicle but with my daughter's older vehicle they were awesome with helping me get a new set of tires on it appropriate for her vehicle and for my finances. I appreciate their honesty and candor. Very highly recommend.

The manager is kind, friendly, and professional. I had an appointment for new tires and he made sure to get me in at my appointment time, which was very important to me. Everything went well and I'd suggest Firestone over tireman all day because with Firestone my tires have not leaked, which is fantastic!!

Took my car in for some noises when I turn my car. They couldn t figure it out (not their fault) but I have called twice this week about them not putting my wheel lock key back in my car. 2 associates stated that they would give me a call back and I have been waiting to take my car in for a tire that is leaking air and having to pump it up every day but I need the key for them to take my wheel off to look at the tire. Not very good customer service. What if I was on the side of the road with a flat and couldn't get my wheel off. I am not one to write bad reviews but this shouldn t happen.

I have taken my van to Firestone for at least 5+ years. I have never had a problem until I took my van back in August to check out the AC that stopped working that they had worked on in July. I was waiting for approximately 15min when Bryan handed me my keys back and said, "We can not work on your van" I was floored! He said the brace that holds the radiator was rusted through and they would not touch my van. OK...no one noticed that amount of rust when I had an oil change in July?!? At that time I was told I should have the radiator flushed and serviced! So one month later it was completely rusted through and they just noticed it? Not possible! I won't trust them again with another vehicle. Sad since I was a long time customer.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort from this location to address a very concerning situation. Feb 14th of this year, my van was serviced by the Firestone Fremont location. Front tires, tire rod, and brakes were worked on for a rough cost of about $1500. Exactly two months later on April 14th, I was driving from Port Clinton to Fremont on route 53 with 3 of my children, very busy one lane traffic highway in both directions with trucks and a speed limit of 55mph, my car started shaking violently and before I could slow down and pull over, the wheel on front passenger side came flying off the vehicle at 50mph. You can imagine the scare my children had. As the driver, I maintained composure, slowed down the vehicle which took longer without a wheel, and finally pulled over by a boating business. Thank goodness the van didn't steer into oncoming traffic! I filed a claim with Firestone which they denied because I, due to lack of knowledge, sold the car to an individual that offered more than the scrap yard and they were unable to inspect it. I sent them pictures and police report. No action taken. I didn't feel safe driving my children in that vehicle anymore. The wheel didn't break off, it just came off as if the lug nuts had not been tightened sufficiently and over time they became loose. The tire rolled at 50 mph into private property, crashing into the back window of a pickup on the property. I now have an insurance claim against me for the damage. I spoke with the Bryan, the manager at the Fremont location, and he assured me he would get back with me about how we can make this situation right. I have not heard from him, I have called and every call he is either out of office or was done for the day. Not one follow up call! You would think that a business would have the decency to follow up with a situation like this. There has been ZERO effort to make this right and I would advise anyone going to this location to beware and look at reviews. Something similar happened to another driver in a Yelp review of this location in 2019. Sure, maybe it's a rare incident, but do you want to have the slightest chance of this happening to you on a busy highway with children in the car?Services: Tires, Brakes

Took my wife's 2014 Jeep in for breaks. They said they called and left a message but didn't bother to make sure they called the right number or call back a second time to confirm. So they had her Jeep all day and did nothing. Very disappointed in there service.

Don't go here unless you need something basic done. They are far from COMPLETE auto care. On top of that, the last time I went there they had a poor guy that needs a new hip hobbling around the store between the kiosk and printer.First strike was putting new tires on and failing to tell me how out of alignment the vehicle was, so they wore down to nothing in a few months. Next time they charged me $140 to tell me something was wrong internally with my engine and to take it elsewhere. Never again.

They did an alignment on my jeep. They also helped me with another issue. They were honest and it didn't cost me a fortune. I highly recommend this place

Better off spending money elsewhere. Had a coolant leaked that needed fixed, paid $400 something dollars just to drive off with it and have it break down again not even 10 minutes after leaving. Recommend anywhere else but this place.

Save your time and money. A hour and 50 min for a oil change and tire rotation is way to long for a appt. Plus I verified with rep what was requested and it was not completed. Plus they charge more then the dealer. Just find another place.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Took my truck here for an alignment after another shop in town replaced some suspension components. The manager, I think his name was Brian, informed me I could get the work done for a reduced price thanks to a promotion they had going on at the time. Naturally, I agreed that would be great.While the alignment was being done, the techs discovered another issue with the suspension that was amiss. They managed to squeeze me in for it to be repaired very quickly. I paid a bit more than I would have liked, but it seems like I got what I paid for. The issue is fixed and the truck rides better than ever.I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took my truck in after making appointment the day before. Had an hour wait for tire patch. When done I was told because I have had tires done there and alignments done there that the patch was free! Being a return customer has mutual benefits for sure!Thank You very much!

Just wanted to give Josh and his crew a nice review. Although they were unable to fix my car, which was towed in off of the turnpike, they were able to make some recommendations as to where it should be sent next. They did not charge a diagnostic fee and let me use their lobby as I waited for the next tow. Thanks!

Service and Integrity! We were in from out of town for my Dads funeral when the rear wheel locked up on our civic. Brian and his crew went out of their way to get the car repaired in less than a day, despite being short handed and already busy. Car repairs were the last thing we needed to worry about and thanks to this team, everything went smoothly. He also applied a bunch of online coupon codes, so it was all complete at an extremely fair price. Can t thank you guys enough!!

This place is nothing but a joke trying to sell anything possible they can to collect their commission. Totally dishonest with customers on services they need for a corrections of problems that they are having. Totally upmart parts by a bunch of money. service is slow as hell. Always double booking appointments or taking forever to do a simple task. I have canceled my Firestone card and Will be doing business in probably the Perrysburg location since so many are untrusted anymore. Sad to see salesman take advantage of elderly people or people that have little to know education on vehicle maintenance shame on you!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

****PLEASE READ****Anyone going on vacation or buying a car,, should take up Firestone's offer to check your vehicle. Breakdowns away from home can be costly. Well worth the money, ( about $20 or less with coupon ).Also well worth the time and vehicle safety.From the first call to scheduling to booking in to the repairs, both Josh and Brian were extremely professional. They are very reasonable on prices and helpful at suggesting what actions you need for repairs. Please give them a call.

My son took my vehicle in to have an alignment check and if needed to have it done. Only AFTER the alignment was completed did the mechanic/office manager tell my son that the vibration felt when driving was due to a bad tire. In fact, all four should be replaced. IF he was told this information prior to them doing the alignment I would have had him buy all new tires! I paid for the alignment and I'm still driving with a bad tire because they sent him away. Affording four new tires is now going to have to wait because I paid for an alignment that would have been included in a "tire package" price. The whole thing is head numbing. Poor service. Very shady. Fremont location.

There website says they open up at 7am.on Saturday. No they don't. I was there to 7:30,waited till 8, only to be told it would be 3 WEEKS before I can get an oil change...do what, ARE YA'LL SERIOUS...I mean really 3 weeks.

I didn't expect much from the local Firestone service center. I was Pleasantly mistaken. The Turn around time was great. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I would gladly recommend this shop.Good management!

My driver side rear upper ball joint popped out recently while heading out of town, and I had my vehicle towed here mid-day around 3pm. They got to my car immediately, checked it out, and quickly diagnosed the issues. Within 2 hrs i had both rear upper ball joints and control arms replaced, and my car was ready to go. They also did this all for a good price, even giving me a 15% veteran discount. So all in all they were quick, fair, and complete. I would recommend this shop.

I went into get an estimate for some work that needed all the way around my vehicle, & all they cared about is the suspension. I get the suspension makes the vehicle to stay running, but I also have other problems that needed to be addressed too.

Three o'clock on a Saturday, 3 hours from home - check engine light came on and engine started running rough. The crew read the code, diagnosed the problem, and had me fixed before closing! Great experience - would definitely recommend.

Stop in real quick to make an appointment. Staff was incredibly helpful and as welcoming as any other in the business.I look forward to having some work done on my truck, now I'm a lot more at ease after my visit.Thanks again !
