I never had any semi services. However I have been accommodated for my work vehicles before a few times..John Shepherd has changed tires for me and helped with brakes and so on over the years.A great bunch of folk there doing their jobs every day.

Unprofessional and expensive service. They replaced trailer chamber for $350, didn t use teflon tape to air hoses. Truck came back home with air leak.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude, once they started to hear my accent. The front desk just talk very badly to you. would not recommend anyone ever to call this place for service. and they are going to rob you blind. Zero Star if i could.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a great experience here when looking for new tires on my car. They where able to find new ones quick and fast, and had them ready to swap in 30 minutes. Very friendly customer service and great prices.

Ok , this place is the worts place i call for a road service . The repair guy is nice and he make a nice jop , but the dispach he tool me bad words and make fun of me for my acents he talk like he is in a getoo and no inside a ofice . Bad bad costumer serviceService: TiresService: Tires

I was Traveling east through Ohio about the 109/7 mile marker I had a blow our on the steer axle I called just before after hrs a miscommunication lead to the wrong tire being brought out called back to the office they made it right buy someone bringing out the right tire so I made my delivery on time in Cleveland Ohio ...

He told me 60 to 90 minutes for road call. I called him after 3 hours to check why they are not there yet, he said if I don't like it, I can call another service.
