What a mess. Left me stranded with broken windshields because of their incorrect install. Had to argue with the store manager that was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. Safelite still hasn't got in contact with me over the issue but surely sent a bill. This location is a 1 out of 10 poor service. Beware! Allglass did a great job fixing this sham job immediately!

I called your Findlay, OH store at 8:30 am on Monday, October 30th to set up getting a crash wrap while waiting for my appointment to replace my missing driver's side window on Saturday, November 4th. I was told no appointment needed, just come in during business hours and it would be done in about 10 minutes. I told them I'd be there after work. Posted hours say open until 5. I got there at 4:15. They had already sent all their techs home for the day because they finished all their appointments. They knew a customer called ahead and was coming in for a crash wrap but still sent all their techs home early anyway. I was also told I may have to wait until Wednesday because they have no appointments on Tuesday either. But they also said they have no mobile unit available Tuesday. How do they not have a mobile unit if they have no appointments? If they need appointments to keep their techs there during business hours then they should make an appointment for the crash wrap but they won't. Bottom line is they lied to me about when I could get it done and refuse to provide service within their posted business hours. I now have a 30 mile drive to work early tomorrow morning with no driver's side window and temps that are forecast to be below freezing. This is completely unacceptable.

When I got there, the gentleman looked up. The out-of-pocket cost versus my insurance. And sure enough, it was cheaper for me to pay out-of-pocket. They were super professional. The waiting room was nice and clean with coffee and water and a television to watch. I hope I never need their services again. But if I do, they'd be the first ones I'd call.

Stopped in day before to see about appointment for my Jeep JK windshield & if I could wait while it was being replaced. They said I could, said would be about an hour to complete.Showed up next day at my appointment time. I was in & out in less then 25mins.( guessing time wise depends on type of vehicle & complexity to install, jeeps are small with ease of reach)Both days was meet with quick & friendly responses of the employees.Thanks

Will not try to have safelite touch my car again. After a month of being told that my part would arrive in a few more days, scheduling weekly appointments, they finally told me their supplier would take several months to get the part and I should try to get the part to bring to them. I called my dealership to try to order the part. The next day the G.M. called me to criticize me for calling the dealership because they had called him. This was extremely unprofessional on his part and the entire process was full of terrible customer service. Highly do not recommend. I found another service that had my window fixed less then a week after calling them. Unfortunately this process took so long that the tape safelite used on my car will not come off and seems like I might have to damage the paint to get it off. Stay clear of this place.

Great people, great job, definitely friendly and helpful. I brought my truck with a cracked windshield. Now less than a year later my car. Still great service and great people.

If there were a way to not give even 1 star that would be more accurate. The most terrible unprofessional place and people ever!To start with the technician arrives and immediately begins by putting some type of tool on my car when he receives a call that he forgot to leave the keys for the previous client's vehicle. He leaves and is gone for approximately an hour while the whole time the tool is left attached to my car with my door open. He did return and finish the job about an hour later and left. When I went an hour later to take the tape off and drive my car I immediately noticed several small dents exactly where his tool had been left on my vehicle. I immediately called safelite to tell them and was told "no problem" they had a warranty on the work and would fix it. They scheduled an appointment to have it "looked at". The very same technician that claimed he didn't see it came out and "looked at it" said his manager would call me. When the manager called he basically called us liars and said that they didn't do it. Very rude unprofessional man. Was getting very upset because I didn't buy his story of somebody had to have "maliciously snuck and damaged" my car. That next day I took my vehicle to a body repair shop and immediately when they looked at the damage it was obvious to them that it was caused by a windshield removal tool. I didn't even have to tell them how it happened. To this day have not heard back from Safelite or has anyone from their company ever even as much as layed eyes on the actual damages on my vehicle because the manager here who never saw it either said that they didn't do it. I will fix my car and move on but I just hope this review will save at least one person from going through the horrible experience that I had.

I would not give a 1 if it was possible!!! I had a tech come out and put a windshield in and he cracked it by slamming the wiper blade down! I noticed 2 crackers coming on either side of the small one and took it to this place and told them about it. The first 2 employees said they think it is warranted and they said the manager on duty had to look at it. Well when he came out he said it s not repairable and they will not warrant it because he doesn t know that there guy is the one who did it!! So I am suppose to buy a new windshield!! I will never go to another safelite!!

Don't go here, or at least take detailed photos before you go so you can prove what it looked like before they touched it. Dealing with a SECOND rust spot at top of windshield likely caused by tools pulling out window. They were prepared with photos to "prove" it was already there. Photos could have been from any car, and I, unfortunately, can't prove it. So...$1000+ later. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

I had a chip in my glass. No idea how it happened. I went to the closest place for Safelite AutoGlass and they got me in fast. Probably 30 minutes or less and you have to really look close to see that something was wrong. If you didn't know you won't see it.

They did a good job of fixing my windshield. However, they broke the windshield washer fluid nozzle on the hood. When I brought it up, they said they could replace it but it'd take a couple of weeks. Meanwhile, I'm headed back out of town. Convenient. So I had it replaced myself and brought them the bill. They said the manager would call me back. This was back in January. Still no phone call or $ for the repair they caused to be necessary. So they'll do a good job to fix it while you are there, but no accountability.Service: Auto windshield repair

Money hungry. Unprofessional. Had my windshield replaced there in 2019 for $147 I need another windshield on the same vehicle and they quoted me $600!! Claimed inflation. Front desk lady was rude and said ok seee Yah with an attitude, when I said no thanks. Called BG glass and they quoted $318. I will never use safelite again.

Had an appointment set for Tuesday. Get a call at 8:30 saying the warehouse missed my windshield, and that they would call me as soon as the got it in or would call me if they had to reschedule for the next day. Either way they would let me know. No biggie. 4:47 rolls around so I call the Findlay office since I haven't heard from them and they say my windshield came in a couple hours ago, and that they couldn't schedule me until Thursday because tomorrows schedule was already made. So after not getting a call about my windshield coming in or calling to get rescheduled, I had to reach out at last minute. But when the technician finally did come it was installed fast and easy. And he did a great job!

Went in to get my windshield replaced and they ended up not having it in stock- foreman was super apologetic & sincere & gave me a discount for the trouble. Tech (Skyler) came out the next day & got it replaced super quickly. I noticed he made sure to replace my Valvoline reminder sticker on my new windshield; that attention to detail meant a lot to me! Will definitely be back for any other glass needs!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very professional and accommodating. I live near Columbus, and when the service tech from Safelite s Worthington shop didn t show up at my house for the appointment yesterday, Safelite s regional office made sure I got the chip repaired as soon as possible. Even though Findlay isn t especially convenient for me, the excellent service I got here made up for the drive.

Awesome service tech. Polite, professional and on time. Showed up at my place of business, worked on his own in the parking lot until the job was done. Price was the best I could find. Would highly recommend.

The girl at the front desk was a lie to me. She wants me to pay $496.73. When I did it online appointment it only cost 298.04. here are the differences between the two price 198.69. Thanks, God I did not do it

They do a great job but the online and automated system sucks. Its so much easier to just call the shop but online wont let you. You have to make sure you get a card from them. But they staff is great. Everyone is always super nice.

I was very pleased with my experience! The technician was friendly, professional, and was quick! I went in for a windshield replacement. I was pleased that he even cleaned off my other windows- I would highly recommend!

0/5 DO NOT GO HEREI had my power window fixed here and I'll never go back. My door panel screws were left on the floor, the door handle was not screwed back into place, and the handle later fell out. I normally do all the work on my car my self but I wanted to save some time. Boy was that a mistake. I spent an hour trying to fix my door after they ripped out the bar that attaches to the handle. It was so mangled I am surprised they even got it to reattach to the handle at all. They re bent it and shoved it back onto the handle so that it would seem fine until it was used 2-3 times and then the bar popped off.Never going back and telling everyone I know to avoid it

Not only was Safelite able to fit me in at the last minute, the technician left my car cleaner than he found it. The replacement took less than an hour and I was on my way again. Over all they made a very bad discovery into a painless experience.

Not even 15 miles away when your ads on TV boast about coming to the customer. Called the number and there is no option to speak with a real person, and I think the help chat is also automated so not very helpful there either. Find another service.
